I visited here when I was in business trip but it was close to closing time, I did not expect to having something but finally it was really great time to spend there because owner Mr. Winshire Wan was really kind and open the shop until I fully satisfied. According to my request, he recommend several LPs and all of them were so great so I had to buy them. Unfortunately because of my luggage limitation, it was really sad that I couldn't having them all. Most of all, I found LP what I really wanted to have more than 10 years in there with reasonable price! This is great place to enjoy the music and having musical experience. Furthermore there is good audio sound system!!!

I bought a brand new box set of double LPs from them. Both of the discs were warped. Roxy Disc House pressed them both flat for me promptly and without charge. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Winshire was able to recommend a superb turntable based on my budget. He is super friendly and went out of his way to help deliver the turntable and vinyl records on several occasions.
