To The Management Roxy , Park hotel Kolkata I am writing this to formally lodge a **serious complaint** against the conduct of your security staff at Roxy Club on [mention date], which was **unprofessional, discriminatory, and threatening** in nature. Despite being **above the legal age of 21**, I was **arbitrarily denied entry** to the club. The reason cited by your staff was that **“only ladies are allowed”**, which is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about **gender-based discrimination**. If such a policy exists, it is neither publicly displayed nor legally justified, and denying entry solely on this basis is unacceptable and unfair. The matter escalated further when the **bodyguard/security personnel behaved in an intimidating and threatening manner**. I was explicitly threatened that there would be a **“police raid”** if entry was attempted. Additionally, the guard threatened to **call the police**, despite the fact that I was accompanied by a **guardian**, was maintaining decorum, and had not engaged in any unlawful or disorderly conduct whatsoever. Such behavior is **harassment**, misuse of authority, and creates an unsafe and hostile environment for patrons. Threatening customers with police action without any legal basis is not only unethical but may also amount to **criminal intimidation**. I would like to remind you that: * Discriminatory denial of entry without lawful grounds is unacceptable. * Threatening patrons with police action without cause is a serious offense. * Security staff are expected to ensure safety, not abuse power or intimidate customers. I expect a **written explanation and apology** for this incident, along with details of the **action taken against the concerned security personnel**. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate the issue to **higher authorities**, including the local police, consumer grievance forums, and relevant licensing authorities. I trust that the management will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.

Awesome experience! If you want to chill out on the weekend, you must try this pub. The food, service, and atmosphere are great. You’ll definitely feel relaxed after visiting.

Prices are a bit on the higher side when it comes to drinks or food. But their choice of music was dope. The amount that you pay as entry charges gets adjusted during the following final bill. But imho, if I'm spending this much, I'd rather choose Phoenix (Astor hotel) instead of Roxy as it's pretty nearby.

Not that great, the dj was repeating songs more than twice. Not that great of a crowd. Mostly creepy uncles bothering young girls.

Roxy is Kolkata's go-to spot for a high-energy night out! The glamorous, chic ambiance and the pumping DJ music create an electric atmosphere perfect for dancing. Their cocktails are excellent and a definite highlight of the evening. The food is standard bar fare, but the overall party vibe and stylish setting make this a must-visit club on Park Street.

Park hotel should changed their staff bouncers they are rude they don't know their job which guest gives sells! Hospitality is bad staff behaviouris also bad it has became cheap 5 star now drinks foods everything expensive I spent 20k and hospitality crowd were pathatic this place is not more for decent people to hangout

Best club in park Street, but will get the best vibes only on weekends, very normal during week days, not much costly, easy to reach, music is very good and ambience is also good. We tried chicken and some drinks which we obviously liked very much. Would be good to go if staying nearby.
