A nice place to rummage thru old and new cd’s. pauls a friendly and funny dude. Found an old obscure blade runner orchestral version soundtrack and lenny kravitz’s mama said 2nd hand cd where surprisingly the cd inside was in pristine condition. took me back to 1991 when i owned the cassette tape and did not know how great the cd actually sounded. Wat have i missed. Came back a second time and got reunited with astrud gilberto and johnny hates jazz. Will be back again for sure.

Highly recommend buying from Roxy Records as they are truly amazing as what they say - specialise in hard to find items. They managed to get me a copy of the long-awaited 2005 Pride and Prejudice soundtrack vinyl release! They were also the only record store willing and able to secure my pre-order, when no other store (even in China’s record stores) could even confirm they would receive stock. As it was a preorder, I had to wait several months, but they kept me constantly updated on the progress, which made the experience all the more reassuring.

First and last time dealing with this store, extremely disappointing experience. I reached out to them in July to order a US pressing of Megadeth’s Peace Sells vinyl record. They quoted me $168, which I agreed to and paid in full upfront as a deposit. Since it was my first time ordering from them, they confidently assured me the record would arrive within 1–2 months and even suggested that this could be a “test order” to see how well they could deliver for future purchases. Two months passed with no updates. I had to constantly check in every week for progress, and each time they blamed their purchaser. I was patient and understanding as I know delays happen. But communication was poor throughout. After three months (already a month late), I was finally told the item had arrived and was ready for collection. However, upon inspection, I discovered that what arrived was not what I ordered. Instead of the US pressing I paid for, they delivered a Canadian pressing, which is less valuable and inferior in sound quality. They didn’t even inform me beforehand. I found out only by checking the record’s label myself, which clearly stated “Manufactured in Canada.” I politely told them I would not accept it since it was not what I paid for, but remained open to hearing their solution. They said they would check with their boss and purchaser and get back to me. After several days (and a couple of follow-ups from me), they eventually responded and told me I could order another US pressing for $186, which is $18 more than what they originally quoted and I had already paid for. That made no sense, given the original agreement was already for a US pressing. At that point, I decided to cancel the order. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. From the long delay, to receiving the wrong item, to being asked to pay extra for their mistake. Despite warnings from friends to avoid this store, I decided to give them a chance after seeing their Facebook post claiming they could source any vinyl record you want. Big mistake.

I was seeking an out-of-print, "impossible-to-find" CD that was initially released almost 25 years ago by a Malaysian singer. A Singaporean friend of mine, suggested that Roxy Records & Trading, a family-owned business, located in Singapore, might be able to assist. As a New Yorker who had never visited Singapore; I was a bit hesitant at first to conduct such an overseas inquiry and transaction. However, I established an email communication and submitted my request to Roxy Records & Trading. Sure enough, the staff was very attentive and located the CD I sought. It was in excellent condition; and had to first be imported from their supplier before it would be shipped to me. The transaction in purchasing from Roxy Records & Trading was smooth. My order took some months to arrive due to expected factors like shipping routes and Custom clearances, etc. However, throughout the wait period, the communication with regular updates from a team member at Roxy Records & Trading was simply stellar and quite encouraging. Once the item was at hand in their store, the shipping (with tracking) & delivery was quick. In addition, the CD was securely packaged and arrived in good order. I highly recommend Roxy Records & Trading's awesome all-around service (& staff) as top-notch; and definitely the music store to shop. I'm indeed happy with my purchase and look towards future requests. Thank you & many blessings!!

Love this place, lots of CDs and vinyls to browse. Shop owners are quite friendly and helpful, they'll help you find specific bands or albums you want, and they can also arrange for albums to be shipped from overseas for you. Bit hard to find the store because you need to take a specific elevator though.

They have a lot of CDs and Vinyl records. Found a few rare Taylor Swift CDs as well. Shop owner is very nice and friendly. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Awesome service! I ran down to pick up vinyls as a gift and I was reccomended great vinyls that my brother absolutely loves as a Swiftie! The reccomendations and service is amazing and I will definitely shop here again!!!
