What a fantastic experience with the meet & greet service at Charles de Gaulle! Our representative was easy to spot, waiting right at the terminal entrance. They took care of every detail, from expediting our check-in to guiding us effortlessly through security. We bypassed the usual long lines and were through in minutes. This service truly makes a huge difference and is well worth it for a smooth, stress-free travel day.

My family of 6 traveled from Washington DC to Rome and from Rome to Israel. We had a 1.5 hour stopover in Rome so we needed to get through Rome as quickly as possibly. We used Royal Airport Concierge to get us through Rome and we were so happy with how quickly they got us through, we used them again on the way back. Getting through security was a breeze! Both greeters were extremely friendly, helped with our luggage, and were just a pleasure to work with. I don't think I can travel without this VIP service again. If we had not used Royal, we would have spent 3 - 4 hours in the security line when leaving Israel (at 2 AM with four tired and whiny kids). Overall, I'd give them an A+.
