Royal Apollonia by Louis Hotels

The Royal Apollonia is an amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! Everything is new, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the pool and facilities are excellent. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive, making our stay extra special. We celebrated my husband's birthday, and they went out of their way to make it memorable. Our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a fantastic experience!

Wonderful chilled out 10 night stay. Old school hotel with a walk in pool and plenty of sunbeds. TV’s in room could do with an update but everything else was great. It’s the friendly staff that are at true heart of this hotel, call outs to Mo’Ibrahin, Mahmoud and Sangita for looking after us. Beach or pool are both nice for an early morning swim. Nice pool services, cool towels and fruit jellies throughout the day thanks Michael. Only used the buffet restaurant and there was a great choice for each meal.

My husband and I had the most amazing 10 day stay at the Royal Appolonia from 14th to 24th of September (2025). Our room was fabulous, so clean! The bathroom was spotless and included lovely scented toiletries. There were fluffy white robes and slippers, water, tea and coffee facilities in our room. Also on arrival there was a lovely little jar of preserved fruit in syrup, fresh apples and some other lovely goodies. Oh! and we looked forward to our chocolates every evening, yum! We would recommend a pool view room as the road view room ( our choice at the time of booking, room 604) was quite noisy when we were sitting on the balcony. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. The lobby and bar area area is lovely and feels quite opulent. The breakfast buffet is probably the best we've ever had. The waiting staff are super friendly and helpful. The reception staff could not be any more helpful and friendly. The pool, pool bar and sunbed areas were great. One tiny annoyance for me ( being slightly older lol!) the sunbeds look wonderful with thick cushions... until you lie on them and try to get back up ugh! not the easiest task! The foam filling is perhaps too soft? Most people in our age group using the sunbeds shared our thoughts on this. However, the ever helpful pool staff managed to find an extra and firmer cushion to put on top and that certainly helped. This didn't stop us enjoying sunbathing and swimming every day. We had the bed and breakfast package but we ate in the hotel one night and had a beautiful meal. We highly recommend the Royal Appolonia and the wonderful friendly staff.

Lovely hotel , room was lovely staff at breakfast very professional, cleaners great and very consistent , pool area really nice comfy sunbeds and member of staff came round with fruit and cold towels nice touch . Better to have a car if you stay here as some lovely restaurants in the port not much right next to hotel , although bus stops right outside and is only 10 mins in taxi if that. Only bed and breakfast so can't comment on food at night . The only thing that let the hotel down was reception asked for a late check out as my flight wasn't till 10 pm reception just said no were full didn't offer to store my luggage or tell me there was somewhere I could take a shower I have never had this before also I checked online and there was loads of availability so wasn't full . But really nice hotel would definitely stay again .

We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Apollonia. The hotel is not cheap, but definitely worth every euro! The food was excellent, with an impressive variety and quality. The service was absolutely outstanding – the whole staff was always friendly, attentive, and professional.||A special mention goes to Mr. Mo. Ibrahim, who was incredibly courteous, attentive, and made sure all our wishes were fulfilled. Thanks to him, we felt even more comfortable during our stay.||Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed here as part of a mini tour around Cyprus with our paddle boards in late August . We chose this fabulous hotel with a lovely outside pool set right on the beach just a few steps away so that we could easily access the sea to paddle and it was perfect. As a pair of fitness freaks we need a good gym by the sea with great food and this hotel had it all including an amazing inside pool and spa area. We had a slight hiccup on the first evening but the service manager Yiorgos went above and beyond to make sure the issue was solved. The highlight of our stay was the most wonderful meal in the Japanese restaurant. The only downside was the evening buffet . If we stayed again we would only do B&B but go to the onsite restaurants and eat out and not the evening buffet as it severely lacked atmosphere and choices. Our Room had the best sea view and the room extras and chocolates were a wonderful added bonus.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious – every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed at the hotel for a week and it was wonderfully relaxing. The beach is right in front of the hotel, the pool is quiet, the sun chairs comfortable and the cocktails are great. What we particularly enjoyed was the amazing restaurant with high quality delicious food and the extremely friendly staff. Above all we would like to thank Mahmoud and Rafael who were incredibly amicable, professional, and very charming every day!
