My family chose the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel to spend the week of Passover in Israel, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.|I would be remiss if I didn’t mention one inconvenience: the hotel has no USB ports in the rooms or elsewhere on the premises. When I asked the front desk for a converter, they gave me one that unfortunately didn’t work. Thankfully, my son had brought an extra one from home. Had I known in advance that a five-star hotel in Tel Aviv wouldn’t provide USB ports or working adapters, I would have come prepared.|One morning during breakfast, Moshe Kanyas, the General Manager of the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel, was walking around the dining room introducing himself to guests. I asked him to join us and shared my concerns about the lack of USB access. He listened attentively and assured me that he would personally look into the matter. He told me this issue would no longer be a concern the next time I visited—which I truly appreciated.|During our conversation, I also mentioned that I wished I could stay another evening to spend time with my niece and her family, who were staying at the Hilton Hotel. Without hesitation, Mr. Kanyas offered to move us to a suite for the extra night. That kind of thoughtful and immediate response is what I call true service.|Overall, it was a memorable and heartwarming stay. The combination of attentive staff and a genuinely caring management team sets the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel apart. I look forward to returning—and hopefully, to a few USB ports, too!
