Rooms, service, location in general are all top notch. I wanted to bring out some details so far in our stay: Ronen from Maintenance came to help us with the TV and was just really lovely and friendly all around, pleasant man to talk to while doing his job professionally and making sure to tell me whats the next step to follow up. The guest service round at night was special: housekeeping came around seeing if we needed to replenish anything at around 8pm maybe. I thought that was super accommodating. Breakfast is worth waiting for, I just hope that with all that abundance, the rest of the leftovers dont go to waste. The reception desk is of course always staffed with excellent, professional, pleasant men and women. Noam checked us in on Monday and was just exceptionally welcoming, with that extra extra touch that made my daughter feel special on her bat mitzvah/12th birthday. They also placed wine and a box of chocolates in our room. Lastly, just cuz Im smitten: the bar of hand soap in our bathroom was just a magical mixture of like peppermint and jasmine. To die for. I know its just soap but omg. I highly recommend if you want to make someone feel special, this is the hotel to go to.

I had an unforgettable experience at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I’d especially like to thank Ruhama, the PR manager, for her kind help and professionalism - she made my stay even more special.||||The highlight of my visit was the Friday night dinner (the meal on the night between Friday and Saturday). It was without a doubt the best meal I have ever had in any hotel, and certainly the best in Israel. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and created a truly memorable atmosphere to begin the weekend.||||The hotel itself is spotless - everything is immaculately clean, the room was amazing with a perfect sea view, located on the first line to the sea, close to HaCarmel market, which is also very cool, the facilities are excellent, and the pool was kept at the perfect temperature, which made swimming so enjoyable. On top of that, the service was outstanding: every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.||||Royal Beach Hotel sets the standard for hospitality, and I cannot recommend it enough. I am already looking forward to my next stay!

A fantastic experience. We have stayed at all the nice hotels on the Tel Aviv beachfront but this was by far the best experience. A hotel that the staff care about, well maintained, fantastic pool area (always kept clean, brilliant doors and drink service), superb food in the dining room and a beautiful spa. ||Right on the beach with towels available at the front of the hotel for taking with, everything has been thought through. ||The best bit is the people that work at the hotel. The friendliest , warmest people that made our stay really enjoyable.

I'll start by saying that the location is amazing, at the center of Tel Aviv promenade and the view to the beach is stunning!|The minus is that they don't have any parking at all only nearby parking area which are either fully occupied or cost too much.|And also the noise from the street was a bit annoying even from the 19th floor.|The interior decoration is absolutely stunning and really unique.|Reception and all the hotel staff are super nice and always helpful.|Rooms are well equipped with everything you may need, I would expect more then just 1 free bottle of complimentary water in the room for 2 persons but ok...|Free WiFi is good enough.|The pool is very nice and relaxing and even when the hotel was fully booked you didn't feel it in the pool.|SPA looks nice but overprices treatments.|The business lounge is really nice although the food never change and the variants are getting bored after few visits.|Breakfast is very good with lots of choices.|Prices are a bit high even for such exclusive hotels but still a true gem in Tel Aviv.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a family wedding. In addition to rooms we booked for ourselves and family we also booked a junior suite with a honeymoon package. |On the day of the wedding the suite was used for hair and makeup for the bride and family and then after the wedding for the married couple to stay in. ||The team at the Royal Beech were outstanding and I highly recommend the hotel. The service and attentiveness of the staff was really excellent and the honeymoon suite was superb. Food and drink was provided during preparations for the wedding with extra mirror and chairs to help the hairdressers and makeup artists. The room was decorated by the staff and when the couple returned after the wedding there was food and drink as well as a beautiful arrangement in the suite with balloons and towels shaped like swans.||Our complements and thanks to the team and in particular Ruhama Azuri for a brilliant job!

An amazing property all the way around. I received fantastic service from everyone I met. The room was very, very spacious (Ocean One Suite) and the 2 massages I received in the spa were both outstanding. Would definitely recommend the property to any discerning visitor. The location is also top-notch as the beach is across the street and Jaffa is only a 10 minute walk right along the beach pathway. The Carmel market is also only a couple of streets over as well as numerous places to sit down and enjoy some local cuisine.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my mom and I were treated during check-in. Our check-in time was 3 PM, and although we arrived early. which is completely understandable.we noticed that every other guest who came after us was welcomed warmly, checked in immediately, and even offered drinks. We were the only ones told to wait until exactly 3 PM, and the staff’s attitude toward us was noticeably cold compared to how they treated others. The difference in behavior felt discriminatory and made us very uncomfortable. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt singled out. Traveling should never involve experiencing this kind of treatment. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures every guest is treated equally and respectfully moving forward.
