It's a great hotel. We had a lot of fun. Everybody is so nice. The breakfast was beyond. The location is on the beach very convenient to walk wherever you want. The pool was amazing experience and also the spa I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated opposite the Tel Aviv beach promenade. We had a room on the 16th floor with access to the lounge on the 18th floor which is open from the morning until late night offering delicious dairy foods and beverages. From 5pm in addition to that they serve Italian specialties such as pasta lasagne pizza etc. |The room was very comfortable with a toilet at the entrance of the room and a separate well equipped bathroom with a good sized bath with a rain shower. The bed was very comfortable and a very thick and heavy door made it soundproof. The room had a good-sized balcony with chairs and a table. The view of the beach and city was magnificent. Breakfast amazing with excellent service. They have a very nice 20 meter pool great for laps if you get there early enough before it gets crowded. It wasn't difficult to find deck chairs whenever we arrived.

An expensive hotel, not a good value for money. The pool was crowded and there was no seating. My bathroom only had hot water in the shower, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. US$ 500 for one night, with these issues it is insane. Never come back The only good thing was the manager Uriel and a girl from the front desk named Ronny who tried to help me in every way.

Thank you to the staff and management for the wonderful experience we had when visiting Tel Aviv in May. We appreciated the personal attention. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are sooo comfortable. The breakfasts were on another level. The Service on arrival and departure was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. We hope to return soon. Once again thank you. 🤩

A hotel that claims to be 5 stars but in reality, the staff acts more like it’s a 3-star hotel. Everything costs extra. The room rates are extremely high and simply not worth the price. We were forced to check out at 1 PM on Saturday, even though we specifically asked to pay for a late checkout upon arrival. We were told it would be arranged, but apparently, it wasn’t noted, and we had to leave early. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful — especially at the front desk. They acted as if they were nightclub bouncers in a shady part of Harlem, New York. In addition, the entire hotel area, including the rooms, smells like cigarettes. The pool is far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel — dirty and poorly maintained, as is the poolside area. I frequently stay at Isrotel hotels, and this was a major disappointment. I won’t be coming back. The only positive aspects: the location — right on Tel Aviv’s promenade — and the breakfast. However, there are plenty of better, higher-quality hotels in the area.

My family chose the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel to spend the week of Passover in Israel, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.|I would be remiss if I didn’t mention one inconvenience: the hotel has no USB ports in the rooms or elsewhere on the premises. When I asked the front desk for a converter, they gave me one that unfortunately didn’t work. Thankfully, my son had brought an extra one from home. Had I known in advance that a five-star hotel in Tel Aviv wouldn’t provide USB ports or working adapters, I would have come prepared.|One morning during breakfast, Moshe Kanyas, the General Manager of the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel, was walking around the dining room introducing himself to guests. I asked him to join us and shared my concerns about the lack of USB access. He listened attentively and assured me that he would personally look into the matter. He told me this issue would no longer be a concern the next time I visited—which I truly appreciated.|During our conversation, I also mentioned that I wished I could stay another evening to spend time with my niece and her family, who were staying at the Hilton Hotel. Without hesitation, Mr. Kanyas offered to move us to a suite for the extra night. That kind of thoughtful and immediate response is what I call true service.|Overall, it was a memorable and heartwarming stay. The combination of attentive staff and a genuinely caring management team sets the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel apart. I look forward to returning—and hopefully, to a few USB ports, too!

3.5 star on the best day! Great location however staff is absolutely terrible! Hosts at the restaurant, spa, pool, guest service all were doing a favor assisting. Complete lack of service. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place! Only the reception staff was courteous and friendly. Rest didn’t speak English and got visibly annoyed when we asked questions in English about what spa amenities they had. Guy at the pool couldn’t even open his mouth when we asked for directions, just used his chin to point at the direction. Called guest services for beach towels, they couldn’t understand so they hung up twice on me. I am very disappointed. After I brought this up to management, they just called to apologize from the spa, absolutely clueless how to make it up for their lack of service and hospitality! Breakfast felt like the whole country was there, waited for 45 min for an omelet. Bathroom doors in rooms have no locks and massive gaps so you never have full privacy. Told my friends that live in Tel Aviv, apparently it’s a known fact about Istotel hotels, stay away!

2 stars because the service and staff is excellent. But we came here to enjoy the pool, but it was overload with people. There wasn’t any chair or bed available until around 4/5pm. People will leave their stuff on the chairs for hours without nobody using it. Also to get into the pool they didn’t have a strong control about the people coming in.
