Very nice museum with impressive full dinosaur skeletons, but unfortunately the accessibility is lacking.
At my visit today I used one of their wheelchairs. One of the footrests was falling off, so I had to fold it up and just use one. The armrests also kept coming off and constantly rattled.
There are a few exhibitions that you can't get to in a wheelchair due to steps/ a few stairs, and many things I couldn't see because I was too low down or I couldn't get close enough/roll under.
If you are visiting the museum in your own wheelchair, beware of many lips with the ramps, one which I came at too fast which made me fall out my wheelchair. I could not use the ramps without help from my friend (this is for all ramps except 1 on the top floor).
There was also a door on the top floor with a big bump infront of it, even with help from my friend I found this very hard to get through. She ended up helping me over the bump and I had to use my legs to open the door.
Overall it's a very nice museum with many things to see, but if you're in a wheelchair you will definitely struggle, especially if you're by yourself.
Edit to add: some of the doors and lifts are quite narrow so if you have a bigger chair/ powerchair you may struggle
