If you love a good juicy, bbq flavoured burger, DON'T go here. You get the direct opposite. I got a burger solid as a rock and tasteless. The spicy cheese fries were good, and their beer didn't disappoint. But the burger, wow.(as a negative wow) This is my second burger restaurant in Bergen, and it's the same all over again. This city needs a hamburger school.

The burger as in most places in Norway was overcooked. It was ok though, I also really liked the sweet potato fries, great with their own spicy ketchup. The bartender was super chill and friendly and made me a really nice alcohol free cocktail.

Royal is a chill place, perfect for some food before or after the cinema. Staff are friendly, and you'll get food and drinks in no time. Their burgers and fries are great, but where this place really shines is their drinks menu. Well worth a visit if you're in the neighbourhood.

Amazing burgers! The meat patty is nicely cooked and a bit smoky, having the same taste as the burgers I cook on my grill at home. The ingredients feel fresh, and the burger overall is very juicy. The sweet potato fries are also good, it's just the drinks that are a bit pricey (you pay for a drink almost as much as you pay for a burger). The restaurant was not too crowded ans the service is nice. You can order directly from the table using your mobile phone and pay once you place the order. The serving took less than 10 minutes. Best burger I had at a restaurant in Norway, by far! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really nice place! The choice of burgers is fun and tasty with a very good price/quality.

Great burgers and the side dishes are quite generous in their sizes. Drinks are on the expensive side but that's the norm in Norway. Good for a night out with your friends or even for a couple :)

Lovely restaurant with great service and servings. Ordered a Royal Burger and our meals came in less than 10 mins.

Tried the blue cheese burger and cheesy fries. It was good. In the evening it was a bit crowded and needed to wait in the queue to make an order.
