Royal Botanical Gardens

Such a beautiful place. Its far from us, but we went for the fall pumpkin trail and it was a wonderful night. Everyone we spoke to there was also so kind. Its like stepping out of thrle harshness of the world and letting this beautiful place refill your heart with joy.

A gorgeous and serene garden. The grounds are well maintained. The rock garden is beautiful. There are trails to walk. You can learn about all of the plays. It’s a great place to read and relax. Overall, the place is lovely. I recommend visiting.

Beautiful facility! We visited on a weekend and decided last minute to go—buying tickets on-site was quick and hassle-free with no wait time. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially as we had dogs with us and were figuring out where we could go. Clear signage made it easy to know which areas were off-limits for pets, and our dogs loved exploring the outdoor spaces. Overall, such a wonderful and relaxing activity—I’d highly recommend it!

Our family has been coming here for years. We have had memberships in the past and enjoyed visiting the indoor and outdoor areas year round as well as the many events they offer. We especially enjoy the hiking trails and visit regularly. There are a variety of wildlife to see including many birds (swans, ducks, chickadees, cardinals, blue jays and on occasion blue herring) as well as chipmunks, squirrels, frogs and turtles. The trails are well maintained and easy to explore. There are plenty of paid parking spots on site.

Include 3 gardens in one ticket plus they arrange nicely all annuals, roses, tree species and also medicinal garden. Although good collection of succulents plus green wall and pillars was very attractive. Rock garden is also good in architecture, nice concept of rockery with small waterfalls. Overall, worthy for nature lovers or Botanical students.

I was a memorable visit. A great variety of plants and flowers. Spaces are design to the detail to maximize the experience. Many artwork to complement their beautiful gardens. This Botanical Garden has several facilities so make sure you allow yourself enough time to enjoy it to the full. By purchasing the General Admission Ticket you will also gain access to the Rock Garden witch is very enjoyable too.

Great getaway spot for peace and Quiet! Royal Botanical Gardens is such a beautiful and peaceful place to explore. The gardens are stunning, especially in spring and summer when everything is in bloom. There are so many different areas to walk through the flower gardens, nature trails, even quiet spots near the water. It’s really well-kept and easy to spend hours just wandering around. This is a good date spot to have long conversations and long walks. I actually met my date here, and it made the experience even more special. It’s the kind of place that makes a great impression, romantic, calm, and full of natural beauty. Whether you're into plants, photography, or just looking for a quiet escape, this place is a gem.
