Royal Collection Savassi Hotel

I came here from Phoenix, AZ and stayed here for a week. It has been an amazing experience. The housekeeping service was punctual and paid great attention to detail. The breakfast had an exceptional selection and taste/quality rivaled any hotel I’ve ever been in. Even the lunch buffet had many options, excellent quality, great tasting, and very reasonable priced. Th front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfectly situated in Savassi and everything you would need is within walking distance to include nice restaurants. The gym is nothing to brag about but I just paid for a one month membership (which was inexpensive) at a gym that was just a 10-12 minute walk down the street. The price I paid was the equivalent that I would pay for a typical hotel in the US but with 4-5 star service and amenities. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belo Horizonte!

This is the 3rd time my husband and I stay at this hotel and would certainly return in the future. Matheus was incredibly helpful when checking us in. The staff is always very nice and the restaurant downstairs is delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel is actually a bit worn out!Bit different than what we were expecting.But all was good and hotel breakfast was fantastic

really nice hotel , very clean and spatious rooms ||very nice breakfeast , all choices you need and want ||gym is ok |sauna. is small but logical ||very friendle people , room services ||good and nice stay on walking distance to many plcaes so will be back here when i’m back

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are good, but the bathrooms could be used with refurbishment. Staff don't speak good English. Only one guy was helpful. I was overcharged for upgrade I didn't take, need, or requested. I emailed the manager and still heard nothing from them. Be careful when booking superior and luxury rooms. There is zero difference in it, and superior get you better room than luxury. Disappointed with breakfast, I stayed 5 or 6 nights and had zero difference or variety.

The hotel is very well located, the people who work there are super friendly breakfast was good, but the rooms are super old and in particular the bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. It was disappointing.

The remote shows Netflix but their 20+ year old tvs don’t have Netflix (it’s just the menu button)

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, drinks and snacks were available in mini fridge. We also had access to a solid gym and wifi. The location was centrally located with a lot of restaurants close by. Alef helped us in english. He was very helpful, excellent and professional. I highly recommend and hope to be back soon.||-Alice
