Booked a room for two, with balcony towards the back garden. We didn't complain about this, even tho we paid for it. When entering the room there was no balcony. No hot water first night. Morning after my husband spoke to the staff and they fixed it. Later that evening we had no hot water again. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom making it hard to put on makeup. There was a small makeup mirror in the bathroom with blue light, which was horrible. Very hard, uncomfortable beds. On day two the receptionist told my husband the room had been booked for only one and that they were gonna charge us more for this. When we tried to show him that the booking had been made for two he changed his mind and we were okay. Morning after another receptionist said the same thing. My husband spoke with her and explained this had already been resolved. Small breakfast buffe with few options. Bar played loud music consistently. Overall a hotel that performs a lot less than you pay for. ||

It was quiet and clean|Immediate treatment if requested||The location is very good, close to Ramallah Park.||Reception representatives are very nice, penalties for any question.||Air conditioner was not good, it was weak. Very small parking lot.|The water comes out of the shower.

Three of us stayed here for a business trip from London. We weren't sure what to expect (!). Happy to report that the rooms are really comfortable and well kitted-out. Good, firm mattress, great lighting, good bathroom (power shower) with all necessary facilities plus decent toiletries. Hotel and bedrooms are spotless. Good plug points and so on. Staff throughout hotel were really friendly and helpful; atmosphere is laid back but efficient. Value for money was excellent. Breakfast is good - lots to choose from and all high-quality, served by friendly staff. The only thing to point out - already noted in other reviews - is the noise factor. The hotel is on a busy main street and there is quite a lot of motorbike/car noise - including in the early hours. Rooms at the back of the hotel are much quieter; for front rooms you need to pack earplugs. Also worth noting that colleague's room smelt of cigarette smoke so suggest you avoid that. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was very clean. Hotel's staff are fantastic, very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. They have a cute cafe (hot chocolate is a must try) and restaurant attached to the hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and welcome at Royal Court. Love the location as well, very close to the town square. All in all, 10/10 would recommend Royal Court.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Royal Court Hotel Ramallah. While the room was suitable, we had an absolutely terrible experience with the employees. We would not recommend staying here at all. We parked our car in the hotel’s lot, which is so tiny to begin with. After arriving back to the hotel in the evening after dinner, the lot was completely full. My husband spoke to the receptionist, who said he’d move his car so we could park. If we needed to move our car so other cars would exit (again, the lot is a shoebox), he would telephone our room. In the morning, when we checked out, we found our car hit and dented. The car parked in front of ours was not there, as it had been last night. It had left and evidently hit our car. We talked to the staff and were told the cameras were password protected and the director was not on site. When the staff came out to the lot, they were disrespectful and gaslit my husband and told him they didn’t not believe him that another car had been there. They took our name and number and told us they would call us. They have not called us since to resolve the issue. We will not be returning and would not recommend the hotel to others.

I had a wonderful night in the hotel, The staff were welcoming and Hospitable. The Room was clean and the breakfasts was on point. If I were to compare it to other hotels in ramallah I would choose this hotel over and over again due to the Quality Ratio to the value. A Great Value for your Buck, It’s also as central as a hotel can be in ramallah, surrounded by splendid delicious restaurants.

This is a hotel with good ambitions but it doesn't really reach all the way. The room was big and nice but not 100% clean. I'd guess there was a ventilation problem too because in the morning the area by the window was quite wet. There were cables sticking out of the wall by the bed... However the staff was friendly and the place had an interesting interior. Breakfast was ok, not a great selection and not enough room in the non-smoking breakfast area. There's plenty of room for improvement, and if those improvements are made I'd happily stay there again!

The staff were friendly ,the breakfast is fine. ||Lot of noise from the cars & motorcycles.||Value for the money is expensive. ||the check out at 11:00 is not very common it's early checkout .||The balcony with good view on the main street & on the municipality of Ramallah , you can see the water show.||The rooms need serious maintenance they aren't clean, all the time have very bad smell from the room.||all the furniture is very old & disgusting need to be replaced.
