19 Best All-inclusive Honeymoon Resorts

"At Royal Davui Island, a secluded, adults-only resort allows you and your partner to get away from it all. Relax in the private plunge pool outside your vale (private villa) before heading out for a spa day or a picnic for two on a secluded beach. More adventurous couples can go diving (like a famous shark dive), kayaking, and sailing." - Travel + Leisure Editors

We had the most amazing stay at Royal Davui - from arrival to departure the service, food and comfort was outstanding. The staff make this resort incredible - they were all so welcoming, friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They always remembered our names and orders too! Our villa was spacious, private and well equipped (although a Nespresso machine would have been great rather than plunger coffee but coffee is always available if ordered). The food at all three meals was always consistently amazing - there was a great variety, the quality was perfect, as was the presentation. Everything was done with such care and passion for making their guests feel spoilt and taken care of.

Bula, My wife and I stayed in at Royal Davui for 7 nights for our honeymoon in the Sunset Villa and it was absolute bliss. Service: The people are extremely friendly and courteous. They call you by name and they made us feel like VIPs the whole time we were there. One of our favorite parts is you can have all your food and drinks delivered to your Villa and we took advantage of that. If something was forgotten when they delivered, they fixed it immediately. They are all so wonderful, but a big shoutout to David and Vincent and bigger shoutout to Paul! We miss you all already which tells you how great the service is. Villa: We specifically stayed in Sunset Villa 5 which was our main reason we picked this resort and it exceeded our expectations. The views are unbelievable, the plunge pool was perfect for the hot days, the multiple seating areas were perfect, the outdoor shower was refreshing, the bath was relaxing, and the roof that opens inside was a cool tough. My wife and I really didn't leave the Villa for the first 2 days because of how nice it was and how private they are. You won't see or hear your neighbors. Also our villa had some fun animals stop by, like hermit crabs, regular crabs, birds, and a few fruit bats in the distance. There's air condition in bedroom and bathroom and all the doors/windows open so make the Villa an outdoor/indoor space. Food: The food is delicious and fun. You pick your meals at the beginning of the day, with lunch and dinner being 3 courses and different each day. Breakfast has multiple options and you get to pick a few each morning. The presentation of each dish is always exquisite. If you're a picky eater, you may not like everything, but they do give multiple options. If you love food, you'll have no problem with the menu. Activities: The free activities we did were snorkeling around the island, which was amazing! There are so many fish, star fish, a giant clam, coral, and a shark that we saw and swam with. We did some kayaking, paddle boards, and went on the hobie cat! They have crab races on some evenings which are really fun, the coconut class and cooking class were great and we learned so much about the culture. The Kava Ceremony was super unique and fun. That is very big in the Fiji culture which we're glad we experiences. Paid Activities: We did a few massages which were wonderful. We went the town visit on Beqa island and loved meeting the students and the locals there. We also did the Bega island snorkeling which was amazing. Our guides on both trips were wonderful and brought us to see one the giant clams (the size of a beach ball) which are endangered. I highly recommend that trip. But by far the best part and you need to do is the Sand Cay Picnic. Unbelievable! They take you out to this small sand island and set up a picnic area with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks and leave you out there for 3 hours. Make sure to bring your snorkeling gear because the water there is better than the pictures. For transfers we did the plane ride to get there and then the car on the way back. We're glad we did that so we got to experience both and our driver was wonderful to talk to. Overall, if you're looking for privacy, beautiful views, and wonderful service then this will be the resort for you. The must is the Sand Cay Picnic and snorkeling!

We stayed for 5 days. The staff were super friendly. The GM/Owner met us and they sing you aboard. The food was spectacular. The scuba diving visibility was just ok, but if you go down the dock ladder and head left there is a small wall for snorkling. We saw 3 sharks, a 2 meter eagle ray, and an eel out there along with great fish life. We did a shore dive to a wreck just off the island. The plunge pool was refreshing. The appearance, service, food, and entertainment were all very good. We are planning on coming back. This place was like the Londolozi Granite suites, plopped down on an island off Fiji. (Search Granite Londolozi Africa for details. Easy connection to the US. Oh, we saw the green flash at sunset!!

If you’re looking for a truly unique and highly exclusive vacation, look no further than the Royal Davui. This tiny island only has 16 majestic villas, each open-air with expansive views all around. It is literally heaven on earth. The views from anywhere on the island will leave you speechless…especially the sunsets! We went to the Royal Davui on our honeymoon in early June and found the meaning of stress-free relaxation here. Following our private charter from the mainland, we were greeted by the entire staff singing and playing instruments, they could not have made us feel more welcome to their island. The staff at Royal Davui is honestly the best part of the experience. Each person on that island is so happy and eager to ensure that you’re having the best day. They greet you by name for the remainder of your stay and are all aware of the events you have planned. It really is a special experience. Speaking of experiences, there are so many unique and must-do experiences on the island, and through the resort. First of all, the dive shop will give each guest their own set of snorkel gear for you to use throughout the duration of your stay. They encourage you to snorkel as much as you possibly can. The reef surrounding the island is absolutely incredible. We snorkeled everyday, sometimes multiple times per day and saw something new each time among the thousands of fish and coral. There are two must-do excursions at Royal Davui: The Sand Cay Picnic, and the Sunset Cruise. Sand Cay is a private sand bar about 10 minutes off the island where the staff will leave you with an umbrella, chairs, a meal, and drinks. The water is warm and every shade of blue. We spend so much time in the water while out on Sand Cay. The sunset cruise was arguably the most romantic experience of our life. They brought us out on our own private charter, with the most impressive charcuterie board we had ever seen, and a bottle of wine. We had our own server on board as well. The kicker is that we also had our own private serenader singing songs and playing guitar. The best part is that the sunset exceeded our expectations. Of course you can’t talk about a vacation without mentioning food. The food at Royal Davui is incredible. The chef’s do a fantastic job providing multiple options for every guest for every meal. We never ate the same thing twice. Each meal was so delicious. Our favorite was the Kokoda and all the fresh fish! We truly hope we can come back to experience Royal Davui again. We highly recommend it for any couple looking to celebrate a milestone.

Attention to detail is fantastic. The resident management/owners, Grant and Christopher, do an incredible job of making sure you are doing as much or as little as you want to. Relax by the resort pool or in the privacy of your villa's plunge pool... Take a spa .... Or snorkelling trips, diving, jet skis, exploring nearby Suva, or any one of the many activities on the mainland adventure capital of Pacific Harbour. The food throughout was exemplary and the service was fantastic. Couldn't fault it and highly recommended .

Absolutely loved my time here! Perfect place to go as a couple or solo like I did. Great food (particularly the vegetarian options), fun activities, lovely spa and gorgeous villas. Get a sunset one, you won't regret it! And for sure book a trip to the sand bar! Definitely worth every penny and I'll be back for sure!
