True Paradise, we had a fantastic vacation at this amazing resort. Easy check very accommodating. Room was spotless and freshly renovated. No issues at all regarding room we enjoyed it. Second floor view was breathtaking so beautiful. Food was delicious never any issues selection was awesome. Team members really went out of their way to please and make are vacation the best it could be. A very special thanks to all of them outstanding people, your big smiles made us feel welcomed. We truly loved this resort ❤️. We look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended. Definitely worth checking out. Love all you guys, see you soon. 😘

This was my first time coming to grand Decameron solo as I usually come with friends or family and it was a short yet sweet trip.||Although check in with front desk is typically consistently late (3-5pm+) I did end up getting a room 3 hours after an early arrival PRIOR to 3pm (still insanely long of a wait in a non air conditioned space after a flight). For early arrivals I believe Decameron has the ability to make sure rooms are available and cleaned..there’s always room for improvement there. Despite my wait, Staff woman Savina was very helpful in making sure I was accommodated and to her I am thankful.||At the Cafe was wonderful Antoinette who always greeted me with a smile and warm conversation. Even if I didn’t need a coffee she was open to recommend something new (the popcorn and ice cream was a new addition since my last visit). She was quick on her feet to help multiple resort guests while maintaining conversation and any time I’d pop by the cafe was very clean. This was also appreciated as someone who’s worked in the food industry before.||I would like to also say a great thank you to Samantha and Miss. Vanilla at the Towel Hut, two women who also made me feel extremely welcome and to Mr.Roe + TC from the entertainment staff for keeping things fun around the pool/bar. The passion they have for entertainment should be studied, they absolutely killed it out there in the blistering heat.||The food was very good this trip around and even when I went for dinner late they did NOT run out of food. Loved it. The waitresses were sweet and prompt whenever your glass went empty, I made sure to tip as the service was great.||I will definitely be back, hoping check in will be prompt next time!

What a fantastic experience. Myself and husband throughly enjoyed our time, few niggles getting towels and minor issues with the room. However didn't spoil our stay. Our room was spotless, nice thought of putting soft drinks, water and beer in the mini fridge. Food.. well there was something for everyone. Snack bar, the burger's and Jerk chicken were delicious. Would definitely recommend. The entertainment team.. well there's so many to remember, but the highlight of the team for us was SWEETNESS &VANILLA. The work they put in to keep us entertained was fabulous. Lastly a big out out to Damien the best bartender in the resort. Thank you guys for a great holiday.

I went for 7 nights the first week of September with my bf this year. The hotel is in central Montego Bay, directly by the beach. The hotel contains everything you need, drinks are great, food is good but you have to expect local food, the views from the room are fantastic and the facilities were always very clean too. This hotel is honestly perfect for the price you’re paying. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow but that is just the local atmosphere. Be patient , don’t be in a rush and you will have the best time. You will get on site plenty of choice to do activities everywhere in Jamaica safely with a driver and guide with a group. You can also get massages on site in a gorgeous cabana by the sea. I highly recommend it.

This place is the best ever don't listen to any bad reviews nothing is perfect the room the staff the food the property kept maintained the resort is very close to the city of the town safe place. The view of our room was a amazing on the 4 floor sweetest ever the house keeper she kept us cleaned right through fresh everything. The guy at the coffee bar amazing, the front desk receptionist Sean Bailey is the man always jovial high spirit! What more can we ask for decameron jamaica you rock we will be coming back much love always.

This place was a very good choice that we made. The hotel was clean, the food was plentiful as well as very good. We had a king size bed in our room which seemed actually larger than normal. The room was always kept clean with fresh towels and bathroom amenities daily. Our fridge was stocked with a big bottle of water and pop everyday. HONOURABLE mention to Jerome who worked in the luggage department. Four weeks before I went to Jamaica I broke my foot. I was not going to go because of pain. This man made my trip. He was so kind and helpful the whole time I was there even providing me with a cane to use if needed. At the end of a long day by the pool and in the sun I did need that cane to help me out. Thank you for your kindness Jerome. It was greatly appreciated. Another staff member I want to mention is Shakara in the buffet. She also went out of her way for me to get things in the buffet when needed. Overall we will definitely return to this place. It's not a big resort but it had everything we wanted . A very nice place !!!!

Great staff. Room very clean and an outstanding vue. Food good but can be very spicy. Really enjoyed our trip. Renae Watson and Jordan took really good care of us at diner time. We plan on coming back next year!

I was impressed by the level of professionalism that all employees had. My waitress Samantha was so patients and kind to me and partner. The receptionist Malik Gordon was extremely helpful. Sweetness and Zoe kept us entertained. I love my experience here and I will come again.
