This is the hottest place to visit love everything about it I give it 1 billion stars the food room service the shows the people that worked there the buffet the foods I can go on like I said a must go

Truly a wonderful experience. From the food to the specialty dinner experiences, to the nighttime entertainment , the beautiful beaches and impeccable service . My family is from deep in the mountains about 4 hours away south from the capitol and We have had the opportunity to close out trips to Haiti twice with a stay at this resort . The beauty in Haiti is everywhere if you really want to see it and There is truly nothing like a getaway in paradise to book end a month long visit. What more can you ask for .

This beach is amazingly beautiful, and huge in terms of spread and also choice of entertainment spread across the resort. Then there’s the different array of food plus drinks all captured in your booking reservation that allows you access to eat as much as you want at the buffet and as well as the well stocked open bar. Wish more people could visit, too much options on offer!

I was here in May 2021 for my cousin's wedding and had a blast. Check in was fine- although my sister and I had originally booked for king rooms, we had a double bed room with views of the beach, which we can't complain about. We noticed we needed an iron for our dresses and the attendant was quick to get that for us. There were times when we did not have hot water and my cousin explained it to me but I didn't mind. I've taken cold showers in the mountain in Thailand. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. Everyone was nice and warm. We chopped it up with the local fisherman and wound up talking to them for about an hour. All in all, for my first trip to Haiti, I had a blast and definitely returning back in the future.

Maybe everyone else is blind but this “Resort” was not the best! The entrance to this place was gross to say the least! Upon check-in they failed to tell us that our side did not have any hot water or flushing toilets. I was so disappointed when I saw the sheets that I was sleeping on, let alone the towels. I thought it was going to be an amazing experience but I was so disappointed to stay at this particular hotel. The food was mediocre and the staff did not care to replenish anything that was almost done or out. I would not recommend anyone staying here. You would be highly dissatisfied as I was. The only good thing about this “Resort” was the Rum punch & the security.

Food: Good variety but if you come early. When you are a bit late most of dishes are finished. I wonder if the hotel doesn't know for how many customers they are cooking for. Shows: Their shows are animated in creole therefore exclusively Haitians. If you don't speak creole you better not go. Rooms: Clean and good sized but empty. No coffee /tea facility. Only one bottle of water. Room maintenence: If you get something to repair you will hardly get any any help. It happened to me twice over 5 days stay. I could not contact the reception through the room phone, and twice I went there physically to ask assistance, I was told some one is coming but no one ever came. Swimming pool: The walls are dirty as well as the flood. it is obviously not cleaned AC: On 24 hours and perfectly working. Overall: A good place to rest and recover.

I'm currently here. This is my 3rd time staying here. I always have a great time. The staff is supper nice, the food is great and can't go wrong with the local libations. The rooms are a bit small, but I'm almost never in them. The beach is absolutely amazing. Just breath taking. It's a great place for someone who wants to come to Haiti, but not sure how to navigate the country. You can take tours and excursions with them. This place is a must, when coming to Haiti. Thank me later!

It's a nice one, probably one of my favorites in Haiti. It's really big and it has a soccer field and a basketball court as well. I enjoyed the room service and the people who entertained me as well. They do yoga and water aerobics. The food is delicious. What a nice hotel.
