Royal Garden Hotel

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Royal Garden Hotel, enhanced by a truly royal view over Kensington Gardens. I recently stayed at Royal Garden Hotel in London, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My room was beautiful, with a stunning view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the worst part of my stay was the loss of my second phone, which I use for work. I had placed it in the safety deposit box, but when I checked out, I couldn’t find it there. I searched every part of the room but had no luck finding it. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. While the hotel offers a great experience in terms of cleanliness, service, and ambiance, this unfortunate incident left a negative impact on my stay.

We had an amazing anniversary celebration at the Royal Garden Hotel and it was such an beautiful experience. The staff were super kind and helpful, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, flowers and a little cake to wish us happy anniversary which made our stay extra special. We had a beautiful room with the most stunning view of Kensington gardens. ! It was spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect and there is so much to do around. We also had dinner at their restaurant Origin Kensington which was absolutely incredible, the food was delicious and to a high standard and the atmosphere was lovely and festive. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to go back there! Thanks for an amazing experience. 5* !

My family and I stayed at the Royal Garden for 10 days. The service was over the top. The staff were attentive to our needs and to my young grandchildren. Room service was the quickest I have seen at any hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the staff and food at Ming Jiang was outstanding. We spent New Year’s Eve there in a private room and then the staff moved us to prime seating in the lounge to watch the London Fireworks. It was magical.

Beds super comfy. Windows so pristine! The views were amazing from the eighth floor. Room staff extremely detail oriented. Hotel is adjacent to Kensington palace which is an amazing place to roam and experience. The origin restaurant had the most amazing breakfast! Fantastic service. If you pay for breakfast included it’s so worth it!!!

I stayed at this hotel for five days. It was incredibly beautiful and conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit, as well as close to Hyde Park. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops around the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Ana, and I’d like to thank her for her professionalism. Note for prospective guests: A deposit of £200 is required if paying by credit card, and £400 if paying in cash. Overall, the hotel is lovely, with decent room sizes. However, the lobby doesn’t have many seating areas, although it is still elegant. Pros: • The hotel entrance is very stylish. • The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling. • I didn’t notice any items missing in the rooms. • The hotel has two restaurants, including an Asian one. • Staff assist with getting in and out of taxis. • Quick response from room service. • Close to all major attractions. Cons: • Room sizes are not very spacious. • Fees apply if you use bathrobes and towels in the bathroom. • There is no bidet in the bathroom. • Soundproofing between rooms is poor.

We only stayed overnight to see a show, but what an amazing hotel. The staff were so helpful. The room was very clean with all facilities. The breakfast had lots of choices, & delicious. I would definitely stay again, & highly recommend it to friends. Thank you to all the amazing staff! 😃

Impeccable service, we had booked the car park before hand and our car wouldn’t fit. Panic hit! The concierge arranged for valet parking and we were checked in and given our room keys two hours early! They had arranged an amazing surprise for our daughters 7th birthday of balloons in the room two teddy bears and a chocolate cake! With a lovey gift for us of a bottle of champagne.We have stayed at many hotels but the attention to service here has never been matched. Great room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view, cleaned and presented to perfection
