"Hula and Hawaiian Culture A stroll down Kalakaua Avenue is always great for people watching, shopping, and dining. In September 2013, the Royal Hawaiian Center reopened the Helumoa Hale and Royal Grover on Kalakaua. This beautiful grove provides authentic Hawaiian hula, storytelling, and ukulele performances. If you're interested in learning more about Hawaiian history and culture, I encourage you to participate in one of the complimentary classes that the Center offers, including hula, ukulele, lei making, or quilt making. You will not leave this cultural center without learning something new about Hawaii, and your experience will be a memorable part of your visit to Waikiki!"

A Shopping Gem in Waikiki! Having explored shopping malls across multiple countries and continents, I was pleasantly surprised by the Royal Hawaiian Center—it truly exceeded my expectations. This expansive, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained venue offers more than just a premier shopping experience; it seamlessly blends world-class retail with diverse dining options, creating an atmosphere that is both vibrant and inviting. What sets the Royal Hawaiian Center apart is its commitment to showcasing Hawaiian culture. Guests can enjoy a variety of complimentary events and workshops, immersing themselves in traditional music, dance, and artistry. One particularly unforgettable experience was witnessing a surprise marriage proposal at the conclusion of a mesmerizing hula performance—an unexpected yet heartwarming moment that highlighted the magic of this place. When it comes to dining, there is truly something for everyone. Whether you're craving a refreshing treat like those offered at Island Vintage Shave Ice or seeking a fine dining experience at Wolfgang's Steakhouse, the Center presents a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Despite being a bustling destination, the Center is well worth the visit. To make the most of your experience, I recommend checking their website in advance to explore upcoming events and attractions. Conveniently located just steps from Waikiki Beach, this shopping and cultural hub is a must-see for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Hawaii. I look forward to returning to this exceptional destination soon.

This is a nice and classy store in the heart of downtown Waikiki. They have a good slection of high end shops, special mention having an ABC store since you can find anything here and for souvenirs. This mall also have a variety of food selection from food court and special dine in, like Cheesecake Factory. I’ve been here on different seasons and I love that this mall features different theme of live shows. I went during lunar new year and they had the Lion dance show and red enevelope ceremony. They also feature other activities for kids and live music, just check their website for the schedule. They usually have it posted on several entrances of the mall. This mall is also a short walking distance to Waikiki beach; there’s a pathway to the beach, slightly across from this mall; you won’t miss it as it’s lined up with a display of surf boards. And because of its convenient location, many people love shopping here and dining then you can just walk to the beach and relax. I can’t ask for anything better than great shopping, good food and a mix cultural experience.

Royal Hawaiian Center is a vibrant Waikīkī hub with 110 stores and 30 dining spots. Enjoy free hula, ukulele, and lei-making classes in the Royal Grove. Stunning views, lively cultural events, and convenient parking make it a must-visit.

Beautiful mall, full of amazing trees and plants. Decorations in December were gorgeous. They have a little stage with shows. All the stores are good and you can find a few unique ones

Google
May 2025 Upscale semi open mall that combines both a natural organic feel as well as the prestige brands in a very casual and realxing atmosphere. One seldom feels the hectic vibe across the street or from other more touristy areas though this is one as well. A good starting point for every first time visitor. Their foodcourts are also pretty well laid out.

Google
Royal Hawaiian Center strikes the perfect balance between luxury and local charm. While you’ll find big-name designers and elegant storefronts, there’s also a strong sense of place—with native Hawaiian landscaping, cultural installations, and regular performances that honor local traditions. It doesn’t feel like just a shopping stop—it’s more of a destination that invites you to linger and engage. We especially appreciated the open-air design that allowed for breezy walks and shady pauses between shops. There were spots where we stumbled into a hula performance or a ukulele lesson, giving the whole center an immersive cultural feel. Even if you’re not shopping, it’s a relaxing, beautiful space that feels uniquely Hawaiian—ideal for both a quick visit or a leisurely afternoon.

Google
Seeing is believing. This place exceeded my expectations. I did all my shopping here. It was just full of entertainment right and left. Dining, everything is walkable. No need for gym just stroll around this magnificent area and you will thank me after. Words aren't enough

Google
The sculptures and ponds and gardens inside are well designed and well maintained. Plenty of seats and rest areas. Food court and restaurants available.

Yelp
Huge shopping center with lots of high-end retail stores (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Hermés, etc.) and a food court with typical fast food. Third floor has lots of pricey restaurants, including udon, teppanyaki, and dim sum. Can get sketchy later at night after 9:30pm usually on the upper levels.
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
If you are looking for high end luxury... then this is the place for you! I came here for the food court though which had some of the best food stops when walking around, plus yummy Malasadas made fresh.
google avatar

Yelp
Large outdoor shopping center. Great selection of stores ranging from high end to local boutiques. There are a ton of restaurants and also a food hall. It's a nice area to walk around and hangout. Sometimes they have performances like singing or hula dancing.
google avatar

Yelp
The Royal Hawaiian Center has been around since the '80s, and they have various stores and boutiques, dining options, and even family-friendly events. We came here to purchase a luggage, grab some drinks, as well as some desserts to go. I just wished that areas were clearly labeled and/or have more directories so you can easily locate places you need to get to. There's parking available that you can also get validated. +family-friendly events +validation available

Yelp
Fun shopping center- big and bustling with a lot of activities, decorated for Christmas time with plenty of Hawaiian singing and hula dancing performances in the plaza. Lots of food and shopping options as well as a food court and a food hall.

Yelp
Really enjoy my trips to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Always find beautiful themed decorations to match the season: Christmas trees and bows at Christmas to red lanterns across the promenade during Chinese New Year! And I really appreciate the support they show for our military as well as kamaaina. With a mere $10 minimum purchase and identification to support, one can get three hours of free parking. Now that is an amazing treasure in Waikiki. And I have found some favorite places to frequent such as Junbi (best iced green teas and other green tea products), Tsurutontan for delicious midrange Japanese meals and happy hour, the entertainment at center court and the really nice food courts scattered around the Shopping center. Easy to get lost for a few hours in the mall!

Dominique D.

Yelp
I like to come here because it's right in the heart of Waikiki and one of the only places that offers reasonable parking in this area. If you're kama'aina, you get 3 hours of parking for free with a $25 purchase. There's plenty of places to spend $25 like at the food court or the abc store.

Yelp
A beautiful, tropical garden shopping center that caters to Japanese tourists in every way. Exotic shops selling fashionable and traditional Hawaiian articles and clothing. Fancy quaint coffee shops, restaurants, shops, a western food court, and restrooms equipped with bidets. Beautiful, lush, tropical backdrops for selfies and photos! Must visit!

Yelp
The Royal Hawaiian Center offers patrons many shopping and dining options. It is located in the center of Waikiki's bustling area. Parking can be challenging here, but there are nearby garages that tend to get busy early in the day. I enjoy the open and outdoor malls since you get to feel the fresh, Honolulu breeze.
google avatar

Shelley H.

Yelp
The minimum spend for parking validation increased from $10 to $25 for the free kama aina parking :-( this was the main perk keeping me coming here instead of international marketplace across the street! :-( I guess I will go to target at IMP now for the parking validation.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a nice place to take a break from the beach. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed walking around together and did a little shopping. It's a mix of high end shops. Up and down the street there are a lot of restaurants as well. Waikiki is very lively place. When I come to Hawaii I don't normally come to this area but I'm glad I did on this trip. For first time visitors this is the iconic Waikiki. It's definitely a site to see.

Yelp
This review is for the experience I had with the local elderly employee at the guest services. I arrived at guest services to get my kama'aina parking validation after making a purchase within Royal Hawaiian Center. After giving my receipt she turned me away because I was $1.20 short and rudely handed my ticket along with my receipt back to me. I apologized as I was unaware of the minimum of 10 dollars and decided to purchase a drink nearby. I went back in line to once again get my parking validated. Another local couple in front of me was also trying to get their ticket validated but forgot their receipt, but the same employee who turned me away for $1.20 waived them and validated their parking! All they had to do was give a random price of how much they spent and she put it in. UNBELIEVABLE. I expressed my frustration and all she stated was, "You didn't meet the minimum" in the rudest tone. How was that any different than not having a receipt and just believing a person that gave a random number? This was truly unfair. I mean, If you're going to enforce rules regarding parking validation. I would expect you to enforce it to everyone.

Yelp
This place pretty much sums it up. It is at the center of Waikiki where the hustle and bustle happens. It is a tourist mecca where people can shop and dine and just enjoy the beachside lifestyle. They offer a lot of options known to tourists. It's busy day and night and the atmosphere is very fun and festive. I love walking and exploring the shops, restaurants and cafes in every corner of this center.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the main shopping center in the heart Waikiki along with the International Marketplace. This center has mostly hight end luxury shops. Tiffany, Harry Winston, Fendi, Hermes, Saint Laurent, etc. all are located in this center. This center also has some of the best dining options. They have a great mix of casual dining in the food court. Try L&L Barbecue and Kulu Kulu Bakery if you need a quick bite. They also have very good sit down restaurants. P.F. Chang, Cheesecake Factory, Noi Thai, Wolfgang's Steakhouse, Doraku and Tim Ho Wan to name a few. The customer service center closes at 8pm. If you need to go there for any reason or to get validation for parking make sure you go before 8.

Yelp
The Royal Hawaiian Center is one of the many malls in the Waikiki area. It's right next to a bunch of hotels and right on the beach so you'll most likely find yourself roaming the shops here at some point. The shops here range from high-end brands such as Apple, Fendi, and Hermes to local boutiques. The mall spans multiple blocks and is connected via sky bridges. There are also plenty of restaurants and a food court across the three floors to satisfy any and all food cravings. They also have a stage in the middle of the mall on the ground floor for live music and hula dancing if you are able to catch it. They have 7 floors of parking lots here and you'll have to buy something at one of the shops to get validation (and you still might have to pay depending on how long you stay here). It's a nice shopping mall to spend some time or money (or both).

Yelp
Located in the heart of Waikiki you'll find the Royal Hawaiian (shopping) Center. This mall spans one block and cross over Don Ho St with 4 levels of shopping and eateries. Parking is in the designated parking garage right before the Sheraton Hotel parking.

Yelp
This is a little outdoor mall but it's very special! Not only it has a beautiful garden in the middle but also the center offers free cultural classes and events. I was able to participate in a free leisure making class and it was amazing. I love this little mall. Has great selection of stores, places to eat and even a little garden in the middle. Prices more on the higher side but you also get pretty good service!

Yelp
Royal Hawaiian Center has it all! Lots of great food and shopping options located here. Some of the main shops include Tiffany, Hermes, Fendi, Harry Winston, Saint Laurent, Kith plus a lot of others. On top of the shopping, you can indulge in many different types of cuisines as well. If your looking for something quick there is a food court with a wide variety including Raising Canes, and Mahaloha Burger. On the other side there is also Island Vintage Wine bar. One more level up you will find more dine in restaurants, including everyone's favorite Wolfgang's Steakhouse. Even if you aren't shopping or eating, you can still find enjoyment in just walking through. Most times they will have shows on stage with guest interaction, and it also nice to just sit in the courtyard while you enjoy the ambiance. There is validation available as well. Visit the Helumoa Hale to get your parking validated before you leave.

Yelp
This is a really nice place in Waikiki! There's so many shops and great food to choose from. You can spend endless hours exploring the shops here!
google avatar

Yelp
One of the upscaled shopping centers to buy brand name products. It also offers many activities and restaurants for all comers. Parking are very convenient and within the complex; however, on weekends and holidays, it may be challenging to find a parking stall.

Yelp
This is my destination the day I arrive in Waikiki, not for the mall, but for Wolfgang's Stakhouse on the third floor by the escalator. Best T-bone steak anywhere! And during happy hour, 4-6pm, a great glass of red wine for about $8:00. Other than that, I walk through when I need some air conditioning as I make my way down Kalakaua Avenue. There are a few decent shops here like the Apple Store, Forever 21, Tory Burch, Hermes, Tiffany, and some Hawaiian clothing stores, but nothing that is ever a driving factor for me. If you want good coffee drinks, Island Vintage Coffee has great drinks and some pastries. Also a Dean and Deluca, a large Seafood restaurant on the top floor, and of course, The Cheesecake Factory on the ground floor. I don't eat there but the tourists love it. For families, it is a safe option. The Waikiki Parking garage is adjacent and with any validated purchase, the first hour is free and the additional 3 are just $1 an hour. so 4 hours for $3! For Waikiki, that's the best deal around. And the main reason I come to this mall if I have a car.

Yelp
I must say over the years, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center has really evolved a lot. I remembered as a kid, I used to take "The Bus" into Waikiki with my buddies, as we used to go to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center to play video games at a game room at the shopping center, as well as eating MASSIVE amounts of pasta from pasta buffet at - Kenny Lum's "Spaghetti Spaghetti". Those days are long gone, and now most of the shops here at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center appears to just cater to the tourist, and not so much for the locals. Most of the shops here are geared towards the "high rollers", as some of the names of these shops here are - 1. Fendi 2. Salvatore Ferragamo 3. Furla 4. Harry Winston 5. Jimmy Choo 6. Kate Spade 7. Saint Laurent 8. Tiffany & Co. 9. Tory Burch 10. Valentino Garavani 11. Hermes 12. Cartier 13. Loro Piana For more retail shops, you can check out this link - https://www.royalhawaiiancenter.com/shopping#top If you're not into shopping, it's nice to see there are a lot of restaurant eateries within the shopping complex, as well as an open food court. For the dining options, you can check out this link - https://www.royalhawaiiancenter.com/dining Hopefully when you visit the Royal Hawaiian Center, there will be something for everyone! Enjoy, and welcome to Hawaii!

Yelp
UPSCALE LUXURY - Royal Hawaiian Center is one of my favorite places to shop, dine and hang out! It's soooo beautiful and always has the best decorations depending on the season! We came in summer so they had the best Aloha signs and everything was so lush and beautiful. Tonnes of high end stores with the best of everything, great restaurants and a variety of other stores too to satisfy both your tourist urges! Truly truly enjoyed this center and when you walk out you head to the Waikiki Beach! Love it and highly recommended next time you in Waikiki!
google avatar

Carmen L.

Yelp
It's located next to the Sheraton in Waikiki! This place offers shopping (mostly lux brands), food court and some free on stage entertainment (like luau), they also have a farmer market on selected days. If you are not into lux brands, this might not be a place for you! Their food court and other restaurants have food selections! It's great to give tourists an option to get some more affordable eats especially for families!
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking for a show while in Oahu I would recommend checking out RockaHula at the Royal Hawaiian Center we had dinner and stage side seating great show and a good meal. Their version of Surf & Turf is a Tenderloin and a nice Tuna steak was the FC. Mashed Potatoes with zucchini, squash, & carrot medley with sorbet as desert! The show was fantastic
google avatar

Sue L.

Yelp
I love the Royal Hawaiian Center! Mostly because it is home to Island Vintage Shave Ice and also TsuruTonTan Udon Noodle Brasserie, my favorite shave ice and udon spots respectively. There's good shopping to be had here and entertainment as well! Mele kalikimaka!
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
All the high end shops are in this place and some offer discounts!! Discounts ya'll!! LV, Dior, YSL, etc... that's unheard of but its true! Go in and ask yourself and you will be amazed. Beautiful mall. Great places to eat. And Foodland is in here too - yum yum. There's parking but you'll need to get it validated by one of the stores/restaurants.

Yelp
When I worked part time in Waikiki during my college years back in the late 80's, Royal Hawaiian Center (RHC) was quite dingy and not appealing to me. RHC was built in 1980 so it was fairly new but just didn't have much appeal to me. Fast forward 30 years with a change in ownership of RHC and 100 million dollars of renovation, RHC changed its image with a modern look. There are still 3 levels at RHC with 3 different wings of many businesses that caters to both out-of-town guests and our Kama'aina. On the 4th floor they have a large showroom that offers a dinner or cocktail show. I vividly remember Legends In Concert where I used to refer my Japanese guests to this show. Since the pandemic, I find myself coming to RHC more often to offer my support to the local businesses. Today I went to pick up my preordered dessert at RHC. While paying, I noticed a flier advising spend $20 or more at the Paina Lanai Food Court and/or Waikiki Food Hall and receive a local bento bag, where I gladly redeemed at the Helumoa Hale Guest Services on the 1F. Probably the most popular business in RHC would be The Cheesecake Factory, where I understand this Waikiki location is the busiest chain worldwide. Other notable tenants include Apple Store, Tim Ho Wan (a Michelin star restaurant) and Tiffany & Co.. RHC also has a 1F stage where they hold special events, shows and exhibitions. Although the parking in this structure can be tight, I do appreciate the parking stalls that are/were dedicated for takeout orders during the pandemic and for customer parking. I continue to take advantage of their holiday specials where the parking rates are attractive with great validation perks. I also appreciate the automated parking ticket machines where the customer pays the parking fee prior to getting back to their car. This procedure reduces the long lines for cars to exit the structure. Overall, I find RHC a great place for shopping and eating for both tourists and our locals.

Yelp
During my stay in Hawaii, the Royal Hawaiian had an event outside running for a few days where vendors sold local items. My daughter and I bought a few handmade items for souvenirs. The vendors were all super friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time there before heading into Waikiki Food Hall for lunch. The center is well maintained, clean and nicely laid out. We enjoyed browsing through the luxury brand shops then walking through the surfboard lined beach access that brings you right onto Waikiki beach.

Yelp
My shopping experience was so disappointing across the board today! Royal Hawaiian has been hyping their Fukubukuro for weeks. Communication between stores/vendors and guest services/ social media must be nonexistent. It clearly says on their webpage that activities start at 9:30am and participating vendors will START selling bags at 10:00am. I get to Dean and Deluca at 9:30 to stand in line only to hear that they started 3 hours prior to 10am and are sold out!! Strike 1! You should put on your page vendors will begin when they feel like it and call the store to find out when they start! I decide to go to Mana Up, who for the record starts selling their Fukubukuro bags at exactly 10:00am. I grab my bag, head to the register and take out my ROYAL HAWAIIAN GIFT CARD to pay and am told that RHC gift cards are difficult to process and they can't process the transaction. When you receive a gift card for a shopping center, it's my opinion that all stores at that specific center should be able to process a gift card specific to that center. I finally finish my shopping, and go to guest services where they are having a special promotion for lucky bay buyers. IT IS CLOSED!! This is a promotion that they have been hyping all over social media and we are well into the Pandemic. If you are going to Advertise events then you need to make sure you are fully staffed so that in case of Emergency you can still operate. At least update your promotions page .... Two years is enough time to come up with a backup plan or NOT advertise. Advertise the day of, when u know everything is in place so that way your guests are pleasantly surprised there is a bonus to participating instead of pissed they went through all this trouble to shop at your mall and Guest Services is closed.

Yelp
Huge open area shopping complex with plenty of options. Maps can get a little confusing to find out the specific store but it is a great place to hang around and shop while you can also explore local craftsmanship. We accidentally went here but we enjoyed it. I would recommend this shopping center, especially in the daytime if you are free from the local itinerary.
google avatar

Janney A.

Yelp
So much to see! Nice spots for pictures. A variety of different shops (Kate Spade & Tory Burch included). Food court and different restaurants to choose for brunch, lunch or dinner. It's located across the street from H&M. There are also Kiosks on the side of the street which include Island Vintage Shaved Ice. The bad thing about this shopping center is the parking. The parking spots are super small (compact size) and not a lot of space to back out from your parking spot. Other than that it's pretty close by and convenient to walk to if your hotel is near here. I would recommend walking instead of driving.

Yelp
The local female working at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center customer service office is rude, unfriendly, doesn't say a word & seems to dislike customers and her job. I went to get a Kama'aina parking validation on July 6, 2024 and my wife went for a validation on July 7, 2024 with the same behavior by the same female. But, at least the employee didn't TOSS the parking ticket back to my wife like she did to me. I didn't tell my wife of my experience the previous day until after she commented that the employee was unfriendly & didn't say anything. We went for a good experience because our daughter and grandchildren were visiting from the mainland however it left a negative feeling with us. Mahalo for the opportunity to comment because I didn't know how else to voice our experience.

Yelp
Royal Oasis is what this shopping center provides. No I haven't shopped every single shop or level but here the variety is great, from souvenir to high end shops, Pa'ina Lanai food court to refuel and rest, Coffee shops and restaurants including free wifi. Parking is free for the first three hours for kama'aina and military with minimum $10 purchase though must be validated at the Helumoa Guest Service 11a-8p that's located in the middle of the shopping center next to The Royal Grove. Follow them on Instagram @royalhwnctr to keep updated on Hula/entertainment events, ongoing promotions and calendar of events. Aloha!!

Yelp
This is an interesting place, hugged on the outside by hotelsl and it's interesting. I saw it when I was with my husband, however, I knew he wouldn't want to walk through. The stores on the outside were featuring luxury brands, some of which we'd never heard of and he thought it was boring. But I had a fine time walking inside, where I saw more chain stores. It was a fine walk and a fine distraction, as I was waiting for the event dinner that I was attending. I'm glad that I got to walk through here, but don't feel a need to come again, unless I want to come and avoid the sun or rain. As for their food game, check out my review of the food market. I also came by for the Triennial, and it was OK. I think that I may have a review of that separately. If not, I will review it here - hint - it wasn't great! But, yeah, for a nice mall walk, this would work.

Yelp
It's a half mile walk from our hotel and this shopping center has a lot of bougie stores. Items are kind of pricey because of the designer brands. We were to find a product from Stüssy for our kids. This center has a food hall at the second floor. A lot of wooden art designed chairs by the hallway for visitors waiting for their loved ones who are shopping. The ground floor has a garden like ambiance which is instagrammable, family and kid friendly. We came here twice and had a hard time looking for a store but good thing there was a mall security walking around so we asked and found where it is. So far he's the second person who works there that we've asked a favor/question. Good spirited and customer service skills. Mahalo!

Yelp
We went to a Hawaiian luau and Rock a hula located on the 4th floor of the Royal hawaiian center. It's nice location since it's walking distance to most hotels in area. The buffet at the luau was delicious and many fresh options with a yummy sherbet as one of the desserts. The Rock a hula was very entertaining and my fave part was the thriller performance which was in the spirit of Halloween since we saw the Rock a hula on halloween.

Yelp
Stumbled into this shopping center area. Harry Winston is what caught my eye from the main drag. There are shops and shops all over the property. The food court is on the 2nd floor. We ate at the sushi restaurant on the 3rd floor. It's a pretty forest like mall, mostly outside. The trees and shading is a nice touch in the center of the center.

Yelp
I visited the Royal Hawaiian Center to explore around. The scenery was extremely beautiful and there were many shops and restaurants to see. So why 3 stars? On Saturday, 01/22/22, I noticed that the Royal Hawaiian Center hosts many shows at the main center stage (because of the sign). It was around 5 PM. To get the best seat, I decided to wait for an hour. I made the right choice because the area was starting to get packed with more people, as they were waiting as well. As 6 PM came, no performers showed up. The audience and I thought that was strange. We were all looking around, too. A lady from the audience decided to call customer service. The lady said to many of us that the Royal Hawaiian Center no longer does shows on Saturdays. It was frustrating to hear that. According to the sign (see picture), it clearly stated that shows are held from Tuesday-Saturday. Everyone decided to leave once hearing the shocking news. It was disappointing to wait all of that time and nothing happened. I'm not sure if the sign is updated properly now. However, it's important to make those immediate changes with information so that guests aren't inconvenienced.

Yelp
I'm quite surprised with my latest visit to RHC. They have some nice restaurants here, although the eateries in the food court need more variety. That's the primary reason I'd visit here. There is no way i could afford the luxury retail shops here. I didn't know this but kama'aina can get free 3-hour parking here, which is an additional hour more, and cheaper than the validated parking ticket. You have to go downstairs to the management office, show your parking ticket + receipt + proof of residency.

Yelp
The Royal Hawaiian Center located in the middle of Waikiki has so much to offer both visitors and locals. There is great parking at the center and the cost is really cheap considering your are in Waikiki. Lots of clean restrooms all over the center and easy to locate. Shops, shops galore.... I love shopping so this is a treat with so many wonderful shops in one location. And so many restaurant with lots of different flavors from fast food to fine dining. A little something for everyone. But what I like the most is how welcoming I feel here. Many times in Waikiki it can feel so touristy and not so welcoming for locals... so I appreciate it. In the center is the stage area which offers beautiful scenery and different entertainment during the week which is spectacular and it's all free. So you might see popular island musicians sharing their music, famous Merrie Monarch hula hālau's sharing their beautiful craft or a little hula hālau from the Westside with beautiful children who practice hard and just enjoying and appreciate their opportunity to dance on the same stage as so many wonderful and amazing people.....

Yelp
What a beautiful place! We were looking for where our show was going to playing at in the evening and wanted to check the out the area that way we didn't show up late to our evening showing. There was so many things to look at, shop at and places and choose from for food. This center was extremely clean but a bit confusing on getting around. The bathroom was located on the 2nd floor near the food court area. Which was a bit annoying since we were on another side this building and floor. There were many luxury brands and many other shops. We went around 3pm and was a bit surprised that it wasn't busy at all. Around 5:30 there was a live culture dance and music playing in the middle of the center. The show was amazing to watch and it was free! I overheard that the perform everyday from 5:30-6:30, but come early if you want to sit. We watched from upstairs then later went down stairs to be closer and to take pictures with the performers. We really enjoyed this area and went here for three nights straight just to hang out and get food/dessert.

Yelp
While I try to avoid the touristy areas as much as I can I have enjoyed shopping, dining, and walking around this area. When I have friends who came through the island we have almost always met in this area as you have plenty of options for food and all in walking distance from most hotels. If they are in the mood to shop or go to the beach it's right there as well. Just remember that traffic can be backed up and parking is a rarity so plan accordingly and know where the closest parking garages are to your destination.

Yelp
This place is beautiful, clean and full of shops. Love walking around this huge mall. They have a nice little food court. This is just mainly a nice place to walk around with family and hang around for a bit. They have a lot of nice stores in side. Parking is available and if you buy something they can validate the first three hours of parking.

Yelp
They got a ton of cool and nice eaters and shops here for you to check out and try. Also, they got a tons of nice shops you can shop at and many snack shops and treat stops too. They also have a ton of the luxury high end goods and stores to shop at if you want to spend a few dollars. I def did and their YSL store is huge with staff super friendly and nice! I will say the next time I come I want to eat a quite a few shops on their 2nd floor as they were very enticing! come and check out the place for yourself!

Yelp
Very lively on this Thanksgiving weekend! Decorations are up and the holiday spirits are great! Limited parking but many stores to shop in + a lot of places to eat. Don't forget to get your parking validated ~ Don't miss out on the wonderful foods in the food court, Tim Ho Wan and Waikiki food hall! Definitely a great place to have a fancy celebration dinner or a causal dinner with family or friends. would highly stop by if your in Waikiki :)

Yelp
You can shop til you drop here. Sadly, I don't have that kind of budget. Besides shopping, there are plenty of dining options. I've eaten at TsuruTonTan- udon from Japan and gotten take out from Tim Ho Wan- dim sum from Hong Kong. I also enjoyed my matcha boba drink at Junbi. There are also cultural classes and cultural entertainment. It's a happening place to check out.

Yelp
We were walking around and came upon the Royal Hawaiian Center. I loved the lush trees and great backgrounds for photo ops! We took pictures by "ALOHA" (part of the lighting was off on the H). I noticed all the tips about parking but we didn't have to worry about that!
