Lady at the front desk was extremely rude, I tried to stay a second night and they told me I had to move rooms, which was fine, then she began to get angry because I was supposed to pay a fee for having my animal with me however, I booked the hotel room online as pet friendly and had my dog with me at check-in( different employee the night before ) I guess they didn’t charge me, but she was making it out like I had hid the animal from them. I have 100 pound husky, and I booked a pet friendly room, she began to get more hostile as I explain to her that I would pay the fee, but it wasn’t my fault. They didn’t charge me. I asked for the general manager’s information and she told me to “get out” extremely rude staff, not willing to help just point fingers.
