Royal Oasis Hôtel

I met the love of my life, in this beautiful country. He is a photographer, and he did some work for this gentleman name Francky, my fiance at that time told him he was looking for a place to stay and get married. He automatically told him about this great hotel he works for, and he gave us the information and kept In contact with us, and I am so happy that he did. This place is amazing. The Ambiance is so nice, there's plenty of security, the restaurants, the food, everything is so great. The people are well-educated, super nice, and very pleasant. Every time I come to visit my Motherland, I will be staying here.

Had a room on the 6th floor. Quiet and peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The air con worked almost too well and I had to turn it down in the night. The shower and toilet were excellent and worked well. The shower only supplied cold water which seemed surprising.||The view from the roof was well worth the trip up there.||Good pool and helpful staff but the restaurant is rather mediocre.

It's a nice safe hotel. The rooms are clean and neat. The staff are nice and polite. Free breakfast and transportation to the hotel. The food is a little expensive $20-30 per meal. The room smell a little moldy, bring a bottle of Lysol. I'll definitely come back.

Overall, the rooms are spacious, clean, nice cold temperature, hot water showers which is a pleasure to find here in the city. Family and friends can enjoy the pool and the restaurants on the property. Pros: The beds are very comfortable and La Ville Restaurant at the hotel is absolutely delicious, has authentic Haitian food as well. The portion size at the La Ville restaurant is great, the food is fresh and tasty and the the service is warm. The pool is very spacious for guests and family. The bar service next to the pool is great. Music is played by the pool on some days during the week. Cons: We were given a room with a broken closet and a loose faucet. The hallways, elevator and lobby of Royal Oasis hotel are warm. Management needs to program the air conditioner to a comfortable cool temperature in the hallways. Also, to offer guests a more memorable experience: management play music at the pool all days of the week so guests want to come back.

This hotel experience was a bit lack luster to me. The exterior of the hotel is really beautiful. Security is top notch. The room was not what I expected at all. The air conditioner worked that's nice. The refrigerator never got cool. I had to walk a good distance to get to the restaurant and ask for ice for my room. The ice canister was provided by the restaurant which I found odd. One drinking cup was provided in the room and left on the bathroom sink counter of all places. Bathroom was hot. The air didn't circulate in there at all but the water only gets luke warm. Water pressure is not the best here either. I decided against taking a picture of the hole in the ceiling in the shower, which doesn't actually close so water drips everywhere. There was one bath rug and one towel in the room booked for two people😒 Needless to say I won't be back

Royal Oasis has staff with great attitude. The reception has always been great. The rooms are spacious and clean with views. Breakfast could use some serious improvement. It is rarely of any quality. The ham could use some improvement. When breakfast was offered in the outside restaurant it was much better. Hot water works occasionally. Place is very safe and has some nice shops.

Horrible Experience, first the wifi in my room #601 was not good i asked for help at the front desk but unfortunately nothing could've been done. Second the two towels in the room were old but it was not the end of the world i coped with it. The most upsetting part of my one night stay at Oasis, was because the next morning i had bumps all over my legs and my back area. I was shocked, and wanted to investigate what happened because the night before i went to sleep fine. Went to find out the room had bedbugs, it automatically became crystal clear why i was scratching all night long. I ran to the front desk and explain the situation but unfortunately yet again they failed to assist me. However, their answer to my complaint was, we know about the situation and in your next stay we promise it will not happen again. First of all who said there will be a next time, i was very disappointed. I will never stay there one night of my life thanks to God i was in Haiti for one night and i did not have to experience this for one more night. Guys you are advised good luck.

Review for pool only - went to try it out with friends. This pool is nicely finished with bar stools and swim up bar. The bathrooms don't have a shower however, only one shower outside by the pool. Looks like it will be more fun in summer but we ordered drinks from the cafe - poolside delivery was very nice! New up-market mainland Chinese restaurant next to the pool was also installed in this latest renovation at the Oasis.
