Helen did an excellent job making this day even more enjoyable for our family! Thank you for the awesome service & wonderful food. We celebrated our niece Jasmin’s wedding & welcomed German into the family at Royal Palace & everything was absolutely perfect!!!

Royal palace is a nice event place, especially the service of Helen. Helen is very attentive, and she always efficient. The food was great from their appetizers to the main course. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time and exceptional service at the Royal Palace. Attended a quinceañera and this venue is exceptional! Had a great time. Big props to Pedro (Petros). He was our server and was so attentive and very sweet. Hopefully I can afford this place in the future ; -)

We had our wedding at The Royal Palace Banquet Hall in Glendale this past July, and it was truly the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. We booked the venue over a year in advance, and throughout the entire planning process, Armen, the owner, was absolutely amazing. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to guide us through everything - even helping with all the legal documents. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel completely at ease. Andre, who originally gave us the tour of the hall, was just as incredible- he made us fall in love with the hall and book it the date we toured. On the day of our wedding, he was in charge of the lighting and completely transformed the space to match our vision. His dedication, calm presence, and expertise made such a difference - everything looked stunning! The venue itself is spacious, elegant, and perfect for big celebrations. We hosted 250 of our closest friends and family, and it never once felt crowded. The atmosphere was magical, the service was impeccable, and the love and care from this family-owned business shone through in every detail. THE FOOD was SOOO good, we still have guests raving to us about it. We're so grateful to The Royal Palace Banquet Hall for making our big day so special. This venue always has the best service and food. This is our second time here and the service continues to be phenomenal. Helen out server was graceful and amazing.

We were invited to a wedding that took place at this banquet hall, all i could say is WOW! Valet was right in front of the entrance which was very convenient. Photo booth in the entrance before the hall, then we were amazed on how beautiful the hall was, completely unexpected because the outside building was very average looking. Staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and top notch. Chairs were comfortable and table setup was on point. Large dance floor, music was loud but not too loud where you can't have a conversation. Full bar right by the entrance and the bartenders were quick and fast at making drinks so we didn't really wait long in line. The food was a combination of American Fusion and Middle Eastern and everything was just delicious. Overall we loved this place and everything about it was perfect.

Attended a wedding here and thought the food was really different and great! This is a great, private option with valet parking. Some of the women's bathroom stalls were questionable but clean and did the job. The staff did a great job putting on some fog for the first dance but it got hot since it's summer time.

Food was amazing, service was amazing bar was amazing!! I wish the lighting selection had more to choose from, but other than that there was nothing else I'd ask for they did everything they said they would and my brother's wedding came out amazing!

Phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no other words for the amazing service we received for my daughter's quince!!! Armen and his staff made our event one of the lifetime! Our guests can't stop talking about the amazing service and food! Oh my lord the food it was so good! He helped me with a surprise drink I wanted for the kids that was a hit! My drink never was empty nor my husband's. They made sure we were always taken care of! This is definitely the place to have a party! It's amazing thank you Armen for making our dreams a reality!!!!

I git your response Mr, Armen, The party was for my nephew wedding, Mohammed Ibrahim at your place on 210 brand in Glendale, we reviewed the place before and as I said the seats were nice but at the wedding day the seats were plastic, white coloured, Maybe you are not familiar with your own staff and how they swiped the good chairs to plastic ones, I got pictures from the event to prove it. The chairs were thin and as soon as we stand up they fall, I got back pain sitting on it and now I got nerve pain radiating down my left leg because of that, I heard complains about this issue from many people, you can deny as much as you can but I think that a legal action, with many witnesses must be filed against this scam. We had a wedding event here and when reviewing the hall before it happened we were happy with the setup, tables and chairs but at the event we found out that the tables and chairs were not the same that we reviewed and paid for, they switched the lush chairs with plastic chairs and sitting on it for four hours hurt my back and got me sick till now, back pain, already five days and I have still lots of back and leg pain, beware of those scammers, don't patronize with them.

It was the best choice to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. It was a complete show stopper package with great venue, great LED lighting, great food and great service. Highly recommend this place for a more intimate party event.

I do not reccomend this banquet hall , staff is very un professional and it seems like they are breathing over your shoulder the whole time. If you are thinking of having any live music or Dj please be aware that they will be VERY strict with the level of noise. Staff definately comes off as rude and it seems like they just want you in and out as soon as your time is up.

A big thanks to the Royal Palace team. I was invited to a wedding last week and it was a wonderful experience. This was actually my third time attending this venue within the last two years. The food and service were spectacular per usual. My family and I have always enjoyed our time here as they make us feel very welcomed. All the servers are very attentive and quick when you ask them for something they'll bring it right away. Overall definitely do recommend this venue and can't wait to be back again.

The Royal Nava Wedding was held in July of 2021! Thank you Armen for an unforgettable and incredible experience! We waited through the 2020 the rough stages of COVID. God was good and allowed us to unleash our dream wedding. Besides the incredible food, open bar and location. Most importantly this place was a must for us due to the occupancy allowance! I'm Mexican and we party! I was ready to go all the way if we had every single important person in our life's! It's once in a lifetime. The Royal palace catered to 300 guest. On Saturday and we had DJ, a 12 count band and Mariachi plus a Photo Booth. Our wedding was from 6 pm to 2 am. My theme was summer wedding white and dusty rose with acrylic everywhere! The white room was everything. I was my own party planner. Everything was perfect I would of Changed nothing. Food: I really didn't want the boring same old chicken and salad basics. Or the real Mexican traditional stuff. The Mediterranean food was served like a royal palace. From appetizers to fruit and so much food was provided. Parking yes it's valet! Tell the guest to be ready to valet or use the parking garage behind the venue. Tip: add it to your invite so everyone knows. Hampton inn across way: book block rooms in advance so your guest can be ready with a room! Thank you to the staff the amazing accommodations and all the beautiful memories! I went to a wedding here recently. This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The light shows throughout the night and the mirrored tables are stunning! The service of the staff was incredible. The bartenders and the servers were fabulous. The owner Armen was extremely professional and accommodating to the wedding party. He went above and beyond to have items delivered to the bride and groom's hotel after the wedding. I highly recommend this place!

Easy to set up and looks so beautiful since the remodel. It's easy to set up here as a DJ and photoboooth. I highly suggest for any couples to come check it out if got a wedding, quince or other events. The food is also delicious

Absolutely Gorgeous!!! Last night was magical there are no words for the amazing team Arman has and service we received for my daughter's quince. Every one of my guest talk about the amazing food, service and venue. I got to say I was so stressed regarding seating and Arman along with my party planner came to the rescue. I went to a wedding last Saturday at this banquet. As I stepped in the ballroom is impressive with decoration and arrangement plus a huge LED projector playing light shows. Foods catering from Paracel restaurants were excellent from appetite 8 flavors, soup, lobsters on noodles, filet mignon, BBQ ducks, and steam fishes.

They cram too many people per table; we were packed like sardinesThe appetizer servings per dish don't feed everyone at the table (I.e. 6 dolmas for 14 people). The service was poor. The servers are too eager to clean up, and took away plates and glasses as we were still eating. Also, what kind of banquet hall serves alcohol in plastic cups? This is the worst venue.

We just had our wedding here January 13th 2023 and it was amazing !! Everyone loved the place and raved about how nice it was. Armen & His son are the Best. They really accommodated to our needs !! Will definitely recommend this venue to host any event. It was the best day ever

I just celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 this past Saturday. Everything was amazing! The venue alone is to die for!!!!! You don't need any extra decorations just some center pieces and you're all set!!!!! The owner and his son were very accommodating and present through out the whole event, Making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing and the serving size was a lot!!!! We were able to take home food (kabobs) that were left, it was packed and ready for me to take when the party was over. The servers asked my guest if they wanted a box to take food home before they removed the main trays. The servers were very attentive to my guest!! My daughter had a perfect party!! Thank you soooo much!!!

Response to the manager: You must have us confused with another party, or you have false information from your staff: True,No one complained at the time of the event, we were just trying to make the best of it .However , no one was satisfied with anything, and no one was thanking your staff unstoppably ! !! Again, service was "HORRIBLE"! Your staff didn't serve the cut cake, (my wife asked a waiter 3 times to serve cake to her parents' table ) I had to keep texting my brother to get me drinks at the groom/bride table.The bartender was literally asking for tips from customers if they asked for a cocktail or a speciality drink( which were supposed to be included in open bar).The appetizers and salads were PLAIN HORRIBLE ! The kabobs were eatable but undercooked .My wife couldn't touch anything she went home hungry .Many relatives complained to me the next day of being sick after just a drink or two) .Frankly ,I am not sure if it was because of bad alcohol or because of the stale salads we were served!. When I asked to change the time of the open bar, the manager claimed that he has been serving alcohol already ( lying to me about the fact that he was charging my guests for that!! ) .The wedding hall was really nice , I do acknowledge that , however you were serving alcohol in small cheap plastic cups, like it was a college party ! You had buckets collecting rain water between guest tables (see attached picture) The one thing you got correctly there ,is that "yes" ,I was a great customer. I never faulted you for the weather or personal circumstances that I had (even though you were VERY inflexible ) However , I was really ashamed infront of guests and family ,by the LOW quality of food , drinks and service!

Royal palace is very nice venue, they recently remodeled the place and added huge LED Screens, the staff are super welcoming and helpful, they make sure everything is great when it comes to serving the clients, Hrach is very nice, we see him every time we are here and he is super professional and very welcoming, he makes sure we have what we need and he is always checking with us

(Reviewing as a guest) Talk about fancy! Went to a sweet 16 here and had a fantastic time. Very nice venue with all of the high end amenities like lights, lasers, fog, and screens. Chairs were comfortable and everything was very clean. Our server YURI was extremely helpful and attentive. Give this guy a raise! Had a blast!

I am DJ at Royal Palace and just wanted to say their staff is very friendly and great. It's a beautiful place and I would recommend anyone who wants to do a party to book this place.

Beautiful venue. Great servers and staff. My only complaint is that if it's an open bar the bartenders water down all of the drinks. Just a warning. Also once open bar is closed they charge 20$ for each drink. Even for a beer. Beautiful venue and everything it's just the bar that's the issue.

Hands down the most amazing service provided for my babies christening. Armen went above and beyond to not only provide amazing food but also took the time to learn my special cocktail recipe to serve to my guests. Of all the restaurants I have thrown parties at this was hands down the most amazing. Thank you to the owner and to the crew for the impeccable service.

Amazing venue- beautiful setup and the best service possible. Just did a 25th Anniversary event with Indian Food Catered from outside. Armen and his son Andre are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing. The lighting in the hall is amazing for hosting a party which can be changed to a dance club within seconds. Armen was there for the full event massing sure that all goes better than our expectations. He was personally even handling the bar. All our guests were flabbergasted with the fast service at the bar and more. Thanks so very much for a great memorable experience.

This location is top notch, and fenomenal ! Definitely one of my favorite venues to DJ at for clients. Amazing ambiance and lighting in there venue. Staff is super friendly and help out all the time.

So we just had our daughters Quinceanera this past Friday 8/12. The venue is beautiful, the food tastes amazing, and the lighting and sound is great. This place is a little pricey So you kinda expect better customer service from their staff. Staff was arrogant and rude except for maybe two of the servers. The rest had an attitude when asked for something Or just responded with no! We can't. We added an extra hour of open bar for a thousand dollars because we were embarrassed at the cost of the drinks for our guests and the size of the drink. They were so small and the quality of the drinks were bad. I say if you are gonna put so much money into remodeling your facility you might wanna add a professional bartender . One who smiles, greets guests , converses and makes you wanna fill up the tip jar. If you lack customer service then your business will fail. Instead they got yelled at and given poorly mixed drinks. Cheap alcohol and just an overall bad experience with drinks. The bathroom attendant was super rude complaining as she was cleaning and just slamming things and with an ugly look on her face the whole time. Guests leave with a bad taste in their mouth and no matter how beautiful the venue was or great the food was they will always remember how they were treated. And that is how you loose future business. We really would have loved to book again but with the quality of service we received I highly doubt it . It's just embarrassing to have to apologize to our guests for being treated rudely. Or having to have them look for an atm and leave the party to take out money because they don't take card was also super inconvenient. I really hope you guys take the time to train your staff on being more courteous and also hire a skilled bartender to make a selection of drinks and offer a variety of beers. We paid a lot of money for our daughters special day to be disappointed in the end results.

I was there last week for my friends wedding . The place was super nice , elegant and their lights on the walls was amazing. This place is simply breath taking . Once u are there u hve to look for a street parking but if not they have a valet service too which is a great option. Overall great experience!!

So much to say about this amazing venue and amazing service we received on our wedding this past week 9/9/22. My wife and I are beyond happy and extremely grateful for the outcome and service that Armen and his team gave us and our guest. All week long i have had my guest tell me on how great the food, service, atmosphere was at Royal Palace. They loved the venue and felt like they were in a celebrity wedding because of how elegant and formal it looked. From the Valet, to the servers to Andre which is the sons owner being ontop of everything and being very attentive to me and my wife. Watching me as i finished my beer and immediately bringing me one was great. My best recap was when i saw Armen the owner himself helping at the bar when his bartender was falling behind and the line of guest wanting drinks. That shows passion towards your business and passion on giving all the guest a good experience. I worked at a catering business where we served weddings so i know the ins and outs and let me tell you this venue has it on point. Armen, Andre, staff and family we loved everything about this day. I wish you all more success in the future and do not change anything. 10/10. Oh and i would most definitely book this venue again in the near future.
