Royal Panerai Hotel

This hotel holds a lot of great memories for me. It offers amazing value for the price — very affordable, yet the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. One of the best parts is the convenience: there’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort or service, this place is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Reasonable price, location close to the old town. There is 7/11 right in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly. The room is big and bed also comfort. Fridge inside the room, but furniture inside a bit old as it made from wood. There is no hairdryer or slipper provided inside the room. Overall I think it is value for it money and I would come back for my next visit.

Good budget hotel, good location just few min walk to old town. Friendly staff and big room. Furniture inside is a bit old but overall is good value. 7/11 right in front the hotel. I had a good stay there and will be back

This is an amazing hotel. The front desk is always stuffed, and the rooms are very big and clean. The AC was a little old, but still did the job. Great location, and this will be my go-to hotel the next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

Amazing view and clean hotel room. I drank this drink to get rid of my hangover from the night before and enjoyed the view. I cant wait for my next trip to Chiangmai. This hotel is the best for the price in the whole city.

Had to stay 2 days before moving in to the condo, and got very cool price for this hotel again. Great amenities for price, strategic location for those who know the city. For first timers, maybe some would not like the location if no car/bike (even it's just 3 minutes walk to the moat corner).
