The main selling point for this place is that it's cheap and close to multiple public transport lines, including the train station.
The personnel were kind and helpful. They offer an underground parking space for cars and motorcycles; just be careful that it only fits smaller cars (something like an Audi A3 or Dacia Logan will fit just fine).
The breakfast was good, a nice option for the price paid.
The cons, unfortunately, are many.
First of all, the rooms are small. The furniture is old and showing its age. Other guests didn't use it properly, and there were signs of wear and tear.
The lights were bad. You needed to turn on all the lights to see something in the room.
The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable; the mattress was too stiff and the pillows too soft.
The air vent used for air conditioning and heating was filthy, filled with dust and never cleaned. The walls were dirty from older guests but never cleaned.
There was limescale built up on the tap, sink, and shower.
At night, the place can be sketchy. A lot of homeless people, loud noises. Keep an eye on your belongings and pay attention to people in the area.
For a single night, it can be okay, I guess, but for more than that, you are better off looking somewhere else.
