This hotel has a great location and the rooms are surprisingly large. It seems to be focussed primarily on the Japanese market, with a few scattered small tour groups. It definitely needs some updating, the rooms just seem tired and the hallways are disconcertingly dark. It probably would have been better to stay on one of the executive floors, a mistake on our part. The restaurant in the lobby is fine, good breakfast options and not bad for dinner in a pinch. For us the real difficulty was the lack of a good multilingual concierge. While all the front desk people are charming and gracious there was very little English spoken. I was hoping to get suggestions for various things but that wasn't possible. Even though we had done a fair amount of homework an informed local insight would have been invaluable.

Well, not a fan at all. Staff is amazing though, but I do not like the fact that the hotel is not updated - at all. Small, 70'ties rooms, bathroom is small. I understand that Tokyo in general do not have a lot of space but I was really disappointed. Old furniture. Why keep a worn out foot stool? You can not iron in the room. You have to do this in a separate room next to the reception. Expect a line. I was here for 5 days of business and needed an iron. Fitness room, functional, but old. My apologies, not a fan at all. Oh and if you have breakfast by yourself, they assign you a single booth!?!?

This hotel has larger room and services was excellent. The staffs were courtesy and professional. The cleanliness of the rooms were very good. The location of the hotel was not that great considering places where one can walk within 10-15 mins but it has Z line station right below and if you transport from Narita hotel then it will be convenient since it has a limousine bus like next door. So, the location is still good provided one willing to take subway to get around.

Great location and excellent services, room are a bit outdated and bathroom are quite small, but its clean and not dusty on my standard as someone that have lots of allergies. Got an an extra bed otherwise it have more spaces there. A good stay overall 😀

This is one of those hotels that would have been really impressive back in its heyday. Sadly its heyday is long gone. It now looks dated and aged. It is huge and soulless with staff everywhere who don't seem to do much other than direct people. The corridors are really dark and uninviting. However the rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel and spotlessly clean. I think there are better places that are also better situated. This place will only be able to compete if it has a refurbishment.

From the airport you can take the bus « airport limousine ». Very convenient. Hotel located at the station z10 Suitengumae, exit 4 brings us directly inside. Breakfast buffet is good. Tourists information available and staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and in Tokyo. We recommend the Royal Park Hotel.

Whilst the hotel is a little dated, it's origins as a yesteryear 5 star is obvious. The Club bar and Japanese restaurant were excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for you and spoke good English. Rooms large and very well appointed, albeit the bathroom furnishings are outdated.

I do not understand the positive reviews. That was one of the worst quality rooms I have ever had if not the worst. The rooms are dated, small, musty and threadbare. The bathroom is tiny and dated. The hotel staff said the hotel hasn’t been renovated in 35 years. Yep, that shows. That’s a never again.
