Royal Park Residence Hotel

This gem of a hotel is a first class /5 star property. It is understandable why it was voted best boutique hotel in Asia. The quality of service, food, staff,cleanliness of rooms and attention to details are top class. The location is good with a busy shopping street within a short walk. The staff is helpful and professional. From all the top line managers to front desk persons Chadri, Fahim, to my housekeeping friend Khalid. They made my stay feel like a second home. Worth the money and more. I hope to be back.

Nice and convenient place, good hotel, nice and clean room, enough space to stay, good wifi. The food was amazing, I can try many kind of food here, Bangladesh, Silanka, Japanese. The people so friendly and nice. Good place to stay after long day work at Dhaka with reasonable price. Will back in next time

It's nice hotel with supper friendly and very helpfull staff. Our bag was missing and they did all the effort to and helped us to get the bag. The breakfast is good and room is nice and other services are good too. the locationis good and they have complementary airport pick up service too.

Amazing Sri Lankan food. Chef Prince is really nice and accommodated all my requests. I had Hoppers and they were done very well. The place is very clean, the service is fast, and waiters are very helpful and polite. The restaurant is ask a nice place to relax.

I stayed at the Royal Park Residence for a week at the beginning January 2025. It is a great hotel! Lovely food and all staff were expectionally friendly and helpful. The Sri Lankan food was delicious. I hope to stay again on my next visit to Dhaka.

Cons: Room Maintenance Needs Improvement: Some furniture appeared outdated, and there were minor issues like a leaking faucet and dim lighting. Noise Levels: The walls were thin, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues: The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it frustrating to get work done or stream content. Limited Amenities: While the hotel met basic expectations, the lack of a gym, pool, or business center was noticeable. Final Verdict: 3/5 Stars – Royal Park is a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a simple stay in a good location. While the staff is friendly and the basics are covered, there are areas where the hotel could enhance the overall experience. If they improve room maintenance and soundproofing, it would make a significant difference. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I would explore other options first.
