Royal Peninsula Hotel

Lovely hotel in a good location, roughly 1.5km walk from the night bazaar markets. Good places to eat near by and access to 7 Eleven. Must try Earthen Jar restaurant, just around the corner. Pool was nice and quiet. Hotel rooms were really spacious and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge and safety box. The hot water in the shower did trip the electricity however staff showed us how to reset.

I stayed 3 nights with my friend and our adult sons, the location is good and close to Lanna Square Night Market. The rooms were spacious & clean, quite basic and due for some TLC. Breakfast comprised of a small choice including some hot dishes, which had to be reheated as they were not kept hot. The pool was open until midnight which was great! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. A pleasant stay.

A Realy good hotel with value of your money, a specially if you’re solo travel. Like the room and it’s quite big …. All necessary stuff it in the room . Yes, the hotel it’s like a bit older , but it’s all tidy and clean. For the long time I didn’t see a room with a bath 🛀. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearly 7/112 and good vegan cafe ( also with friendly price ) And the last thing, it’s also good location to catch all the historical place in the “old city” 🌆

Horrible! Run as fast as you can ‘ The rooms have no soap to wash hands , no face cloths or hand towels. 2 shower towels . Gym consists of 4 elliptical. . Roof top is absurd, when you step out you can fall through a hole covered with rotten plywood. Breakfast is another joke instant coffee with a choice of 2 fruits thats if there is any left . A menu that is less desirable. Sheets have holes tore when I pulled them up . Wish we had of toured this place prior to paying . Dirty hallways . |No star id this place .

A Realy good hotel with the largest room and everything inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearly 7/11 and it’s also good location to stay in the “old city “ and catch all the historical places. Truly recommend 👍👍👍

In August 2024 we booked to stay at this hotel over the upcoming new years eve period. We booked through Flight Centre in Australia and paid our money at the time of booking. just over 3 weeks prior to our stay we get notified by Flight Centre that Royal Peninsula has cancelled our booking due to "seasonal closures", although when i visit the royal peninsula hotel website it shows availability for the exact same dates we booked and the same room type. Dont know what games are being played, but very disappointing. Anyhow, now have found what seems to be a much nicer place to stay for our trip.

It has been one of the best hotels we ever seen in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Berlin, very decent and extremely friendly people wonderful location

The location is good but it definitely needs renovation & management changes. The furniture, the restaurant and the staff. The property has a lot of potential but rooms are big but they are not cleanest. The paint job in our room is not good. The internet was on and off. We told the staff and they told us to use it in the lobby.
