Royal Route Residence

Very nice apartment on the great location in downtown of Warsaw. You have easy access to all relevant points by foot - like Central station, Old Town, bunch on restaurants, hotels, shopping malls...You are inside the pedestrian area with a lot of shops, restaurants, live performances by young Polish people. Your privacy is totally protected and have no limitations. Apartment is very well equipped, you have all you need for the short or long stay /including dishwasher and washing machine/. All you need to bring inside are shower things /shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - what you won't find there, except hand soap, it is there/. If I travel there again I'll go there, definitely.

Stayed here for a week with my family for a visit to see extended family. Did my research before I left and it was an easy check in and arrival. It is a standard European apartment in the heart of a busy tourist area. There was some noise from the bars, but didn't bother my sleep much. No elevator, and lots of stairs, so keep that in mind when packing. Plenty of grocery stores within a 2-10 min walk, depending on what you need. 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop and tram stop. 5-10 min bus/tram ride to the central train station. Overall very happy with the service and stay and would defiantly stay again.

Stayed here just before Christmas and the apartment was nice and warm despite it being very cold outside. The apartment we stayed in itself was a cross between modern and old where as the kitchen was very modern and the rest quite old but clean and tidy however the apartment we stayed in the television did not work easily, you seem to have to retune it every time before using it. The entrance to the offices of the apartments are around the back so you need to look for the gate to the left hand side of the sign and then you will see a small plaque saying royal residence go through the gates and it is the door on the right at the end, then up quite a tight staircase to the top. The staff there are friendly and will ask you for a deposit in return they will give you the keys to the apartment and a map of how to get there because I think they are just an agent and they use different residential apartments along the main road.

Very difficult to find the entrance, then you have to climb the stairs, no lift, then we were sent to another place, few buildings away, again stairs, no lift. Bathroom needs a good makeover, i had to make the bed myself, no cover for doona, no microwave, very noisy even with windows closed, very light even at night with no window curtains . We couldn’t sleep at all. The only good thing is the location but it isn’t worth the headache. Will never stay there ever again ..

Perfect base for my trip to Warsaw Beer Festival. Central and close to most things. It was a 1.5 mile walk to the beer festival site, but I didn't mind that. The main areas for Warsaw were a short walk away. The apartment was nice and spacious.

The room is huge. Equiped with everything you need for your stay. It is a small studio and they even provide liquid for dishes. It is divided in sleeping area and kitchen/living room space as the picture. They provide microwave. The reception is open until 2000 so I believe if you come after that time you should just tell the apartment reception. It is in central Warsow in a street full of restaurants and things to visit around.

Amazing apartments. Look out for deals. These are in the best location I have stayed in Warsaw. Close to everything. Nightlife, museums, Old town and shopping centres all within walking distance.

We were also sent down the street to find our apartment. Ground flour which was unexpected. At least the apartment was clean and kinda new. No parking and as it is city center it was a bit hard to find a spot.
