"Conveniently located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Frigate Bay, the RoyalSt. Kittsmay not look like much from the outside, but what the family-run hotel lacks in curb appeal it makes up for in comfort. The 215 guest rooms, which were recently renovated, feature kitchenettes with stainless steel appliances, plush beds with graphic linens, and modern glass showers. While the resort isn’t on a beach—guest have access to the sand at the waterfront St. Kitts Marriot Resort—the property’s championship golf course and two pools (one with saltwater) don’t disappoint. Neither do views of a private lagoon and forested mountains, both of which are part of the hotel’s 18 lush acres. It’s all enough to make you forget you’re just 10 minutes from the airport."

We wanted a hotel that would be a good base for our 4 night stay. We wanted to be able to eat outside the hotel and We had hired a car. ||Parking was easy and next to the hotel. There is a little strip mall of restaurants and a supermarket across from the hotel ||Our room was clean and housekeeping was good. We really liked the kitchenette set up which meant that we could also bring food back. The room was quite spacious. The pool was quiet during our stay and sometimes I was the only one swimming. ||We only had one lunch in the hotel which was nice and not bad value. The cocktails we had during our stay were well made. ||There is evening entertainment on some nights and it seems that Friday night it is a popular destination. ||We used the gym and also the Landry. We felt the hotel was a good price for our experience and the facilities. ||All our staff member interactions were positive and friendly. We were able to arrange a later check out which enabled us to have a shower and change before heading to the airport.

Fantastic hotel! Within walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants, grocery store, Marriott, and the beach! The staff are the best I've ever experienced anywhere, so friendly and kind and helpful. You have incredible views from the rooms , we would spend hours on our balcony. Monkeys ran by us at the pool and it was awesome!! Comfy bed and nice room. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip

Hotel had a nice location. Had a kitchenette which was so handy to have. Beds were very comfortable Rooms were clean bathrooms had a huge walk in shower. The hotel had two pools and one is a salt water. There was not lots of lounge chairs around so we were lucky hotel was not at full capability so we had no problem getting one. There is a ram grocery store right across from hotel that supplied grocery carts you could bring to hotel. |If you choose to play pool etc there was a $10 an hour fee or to buy drinks. |Hotel only had entertainment on Friday night which is a band. They were good but no music we recognized so we didn’t stay long. |Resort is well maintained. Hotel staff were generally very friendly. I would say gals working at front desk and lounge area were the more somber ones. |Our room was overlooking the lagoon which was so nice to have our morning coffee out on our balcony.

We stayed in the deluxe ground floor apartment 511, had a pool right outside the room, the room was decorated nicely, clean and spacious and had everything you needed for self catering. |There are plenty of restaurants in walking/taxi distance , with great choice of menus and different cuisines. In the hotel itself was Splash restaurant where they served breakfast, lunch and dinners. The menu is good and the staff were friendly and polite. Across the road you can have the Marriott hotel serving food and drinks, great atmosphere and the staff were great. Along the road you have one of the best restaurants, Coconut grove, wonderful food, great staff - worth a visit. We also ate at Rock lobster, the seafood was amazing, just very busy so book to avoid disappointment. We had another Indian at St Kitts Indian summer and the meal was good. Rituals coffee shop had an excellent breakfast-worth waiting for. The best restaurant in my opinion was Soho Lounge, brilliant staff especially our waitress Denessa, who was a star. The food was divine and they even picked us up and dropped us off - nice touch. |We did a lot of tours and also a catamaran- great time with Leeward Island tours, brilliant, thanks to captain Ian and his team, we were looked after very well. If you ever want to get about the island use Eddy’s taxis, brilliant reliable , helpful individual service. We had our own tour, really worth it. |St Kitts you didn’t disappoint either!

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel, and it was well worth the trip. The location is perfect for easy access to bars, restaurants, and beaches. If you are planning to rent a vehicle parking is free. I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to explore island frequently, as there is no public transportation, and taxi fares start at $20 USD one way.||A special shoutout to Blondel at the front desk, whose helpful recommendations made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Your guidance and service are appreciated. ||Our room was spacious and clean, making our stay extra comfortable. We dined at the main restaurant several times and found the food to be delightful—though I wish the cocktails had been better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return and I do recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights and could not believe how rude the staff were. They clearly didn’t care. We were welcomed at first with a smile but that quickly changed when I complained about faeces left in the toilet bowl and on the seat in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full in bathroom and dead insects on the floor. The room I don’t think had been cleaned.|The resort is quite lovely but when you are paying over $400 AUS a night for a room, I would expect the staff to greet you as you walk towards the desk and not turn their head or stand with their arms folded, glaring at you. They would barely answer a question. Have they been trained at the Basil Faulty School of Hospitality? For the price we paid I would expect more than one regular coffee pod in room. Had to ask for milk at breakfast bar and was told to buy it at the supermarket. |When asked the receptionist what the strange sound was at night (which we heard every night we were there) she said she couldn’t hear a thing and didn’t know what we were talking about. They are so rude it is ridiculous. When tourism is the main source of income for the people on the island you would think some training and general courtesies would be instilled in the staff who work here. |Credit goes to Andrew on the front desk who was always pleasant and helpful. |Do not bother wasting your money by staying here.

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, apartment suite was very clean and house keeping was great as well.|Staff is very pleasant, and the hotel compound itself is very calming with all the greenery and flowers around. It is on a strip with a lot of restaurants and places to hang out, and is within close enough proximity to the airport, about 15-20mins or so.

I checked in to Royal St. Kitts for the second time the early part of February. The staff are very friendly. The common areas are nice and clean. The room comfortable, nice soft bed, I appreciate that it’s like living in a small studio apartment. Rams supermarket is nearby , restaurants , a small drug store and the beach all in walking distance. Casey(KC) was a breath of fresh air his kind greetings and willing to help. Zoe radiant smile she was very approachable.
