Google
Superb park with plenty of open green space, views of the famous Royal Crescent, and the beautiful Botanical Garden. A lovely place for a walk, not far from the city centre. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the calming influence of nature. The Botanical Gardens boast an impressive collection of trees, with wonderful colours in October. Facilities include a café, play area and plenty of paid parking. There's also a distinctive historic bandstand. One criticism - toilet facilities were poor when I visited, with several cubicles out of use due to damage, despite a 20p charge.

Big wide open green space good for picnics, sunbathing etc. Great views of the Royal Cresent, but the best and most beautiful part of this park is the separate botanical gardens which are well manicured and full of trees, shrubs and plants.

This park is seriously awesome—packed with cool Roman architecture and such a laid-back, chill vibe. Totally a great spot to hang out!

Google
Lovely place to visit, a lot going on, we visited a pace called Bath on the Beach which was great, it's only there a couple more months and set in the grounds of the tennis courts.

Google
Lovely to walk around, also a great place to take many photos. Minigolf also for £15 for the two of us.

Yelp
Victoria Park is a very large park on the outskirts of Bath City Centre. This 57 acre park includes botanical gardens, a duck pond and boating lake an aviary and a golf course and tennis courts. Its a good place for a picnic and you can walk through the park's gardens from the entrance in the centre of Bath to the large adventure playground and skateboard park on the other side of the park. I would recommend this park to anyone visiting Bath, especially if you have children.

Yelp
Fantastic park, great location. Royal Victoria Park in Bath is where I spent many a summer day playing in their huge adventure playground as a child. There are so many bits of equipment for children that even when busy there is always something to be messing around on. There is much more that the park offers for adults and children - a huge area to meander around green spaces, a skate park, a great view of the grand houses on the Royal Crescent, a botanical garden, green spaces on which to munch a picnic, tennis courts, crazy golf course (which children and the child inside every adult will love!)

Yelp
Royal Victoria Park is in the centre of Bath and a gorgeous place! Take the kids to the play area, feed the ducks (and pigeons!), get an ice cream or sit by the lake. Head to the botanical gardens for a beautiful stroll and relax on the benches amongst the wonderful plants and flowers in this little garden area. Sunbathe in front of the Royal Crescent and watch the groups playing sports or having picnics, enjoy the activity and enthusiasm. Find a quiet spot down by the bandstand to read a book and watch the world go by, There are so many magical spots in the park, little pathways and areas to be discovere. You can park inside the park, and there is also a café by the tennis courts and crazy golf course (which is brilliant) if you want to stop off somewhere too.

Yelp
This is in the centre of Bath and is a fabulous open space. There are gorgeous lawns, perfect for picnics and summer fun. There is a fantastic (and free!) childrens play park with lots of slides, sand play and apparatus to climb on for both little children and big kids. It does get extremely busy at weekends and school holidays so beware that your chidren don't disappear. I have seen parents there with walkie talkies to communicate with their kids which seems like a pretty good idea. There is an icecream man there for most of the year and adequate toilet facilities.

Yelp
Royal Victoria Park in Bath is huge (57 acres) but one of the best parts about it is the enormous kids play area, which caters for kids of all ages from toddler through to teenager and even young at heart adult. There is everything here a child could want from a play area, slides of all sizes including a tunnel slide big enough for adults, swings, bouncy things, see saws, roundabouts, zip wire and climbing frames of all shapes, sizes and designs. There are lots of other additional activities such as climbing walls, sand diggers and sand play area etc. On weekends and holiday times there is usually a bouncy castle and a merry-go-round and man in a van that sells drinks and sweets in the childrens play area. There are also public toilets and a skate / bike park with 2 half pipes and a rail. The rest of the park includes a bird aviary, a pond, tennis courts, a bowling green, and 12 and 18 hole approach golf courses.

Yelp
This is a lovely place to come and chillout , particularly in summer months. In winter you can enjoy a great walkk in pretty surroundings. Lots to do for your kids today, with safe play areas. Recommended.

Yelp
Here is likely the best park in bath, it's free and has loads of activities. There's slides and swings and obstacles for the younger ones as well as a skate park for the older ones and parkland for adults. There's also a restroom and often a ice cream truck. Overall, it's a great park and locals call it Vicky park, the park is loved by all that know it. It is also free to enter.

Yelp
One of the best children's parks we've ever visited (and we've visited a lot!). Loads of variety in the equipment with physical challenge and opportunity for imaginative play. Well worth a visit.

Yelp
This park is always kept in really good order with some amazing flower beds particulary where the tourists stop to look at the crescent. Hmmm. There are some tennis courts, a fun crazy golf course which is often busy but always good. If you go to the right bits you can find squirrels to feed and ducks on a little pond. There is also a botanic garden for those that like plants. And of course you can sit in front of the crescent which is very nice on a sunny day.

Yelp
Such a fantastic park for kids, from the squirrels that come right up to you, to the amazing play area and its multitude of truely cool aparatus (that the occasionaly parent MAY just go on if no-one's looking....... :-) )

Yelp
one of the great parks but look deeper and go to the botanical gardens in the far corner find a quiet bench on a sunny day and read that book you love.
