Royal View Hotel

Hotel staff are vey kind and friendly; shuttle bus services are good connection between hotel and MTR station. Hotel room with kitchenette is quite spacious, with ocean view a plus for a long stay. Thanks to the hotel staff’s excellent hospitality service in looking for my lost mobile which was found between the sofa gaps in the room even after my check-out, and arranged its return to me. I would like to stay in this hotel for my next trip.

Came here and tried out their newly renovated premier room. The overall experience of staying at this hotel was fantastic. The room was brand new at the time of my stay. The only area not refurbished is the toilet area, which is perfectly fine. Remember when staying here, You just need to come with plenty of time to travel to and fromThe hotel. It’s actually more of a tour group venue than a regular hotel and if you’ve got an early flight it’s an easy 20 mins to the airport by taxi. It’s a pretty affordable and value deal. I’d definitely be back.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area while maintaining the convenience of running errands nearby. Overall hotel facilities are very decent in condition except that some rooms are lightly worn. Service standard remains very high. The nearby Lido beach is an added value to the customers who enjoy being with nature.

Carpet was dirty, cupboards were old. The purifier was so noisy need to turn off during sleeping. No liquid hand wash, have to ask for soap, no drinking water provide, used their kettle to boil water. We stayed in a family room which was spacious , the view was great looking from hotel room. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel was far from the central city, they have shuttle bus provided to Tsuen Wan final station , I still found it was inconvenient and transportation time too long, especially if you wanted to go to Central Hong Kong side.

This is a very good hotel. Reasonable hotel prices.Excellent friendly staff support. Very clean in everything. Frequent shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan MTR station. We long term stay in this hotel three years in a row already, and will continue next year for our Hong Kong holiday trips.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel what so ever!! Plug points don’t work! Carpets are absolutely filthy and they don’t even have any toiletries!! We came in and then tried to charge our phones with the only USB c port available and the guy who comes to check it tells that latest phones are not compatible! What kind of hotel is this? No adopters are provided either! Would NOT recommend this hotel! It’s worse than 2 star hotel

Was disappointed about not having the complimentary single use items. I understand the effort to reduce the waste, but I purposely did not pack lotion, combs, or razors. Everything was worn down. Carpets were peeling and stained, lots of knicks and dents in the wood, shower had a very slow drain. The breakfast options were terrible and overpriced. It was clear it was all frozen packaged food and not fresh. Very inconvenient in that there are no stores nearby and need to take a shuttle to the MTR. And unfortunately we needed to go the Tsuen Wan West station so it was inconvenient that the shuttle to Tsuen Wan West had no schedules for half the day. The kids play room was a very fun touch and was great to have the kids go play.

This hotel everything is above average such as friendly staff, cleanliness, quiet environment etc. But the location is not so convenient though it provides free shuttle buses to and from MTR station. But it hasn't got any eating places and shops nearby so you have to take 10 to 15 mins to get it. So I recommend it to the people who are coming for relax.

We got a huge room with two queen size bed and a small kitchen with free water , tea and coffee with is good for 4 people. It was a no smoking floor so did not have to worry about my allergy. It's not near a station but fear not free shuttle bus is provided till around 11pm from Tsue Wan station. Staff were polite always have a nice smile and greet you along the corridor. We arrived late at the hotel but they were there patiently waiting for us. We also have a great view from the room. Both K and I were very happy we stayed here. I will definitely stay again if ever I go to Hong Kong.

My first and my last stay. $200 HK each way from airport is a bit much! Next time I will be more careful. After one night, I noticed the bed cover also has not been washed, it has an human oily smell! Looks like they are cutting corners or the maid is lazy. The AC is fine, show is nice. Room actually is bigger than normal. I am getting up and giving my self an hour to get to airport. Now I know why the cheap price and hygiene, there must be 200 Chinese people Checking out. This hotel caters to massive China tourist.
