Royale Chulan Seremban

I think it's the best hotel in Seremban. I stayed there for a few nights. Despite the hotel is old, Rooms are clean, the toilet is also clean except that the shower area can be a bit cleaner. Very big and spacious. Good service. The fridge and iron is broken, but after calling the room service the changed them swiftly, quiet and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast with loads of choice. Pool temperature is refreshing, and they have nice jacuzzi. However, the water quality can be cleaner with less leaves in it. Also, there was an insect flying into the water, but it is still not bad anyways. Would definitely be 5 stars if it was newer. Nice stay in conclusion and will definitely stay there again if I'm visiting Seremban.

Rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious, but a little bit dated. Bathroom shower pressure is low, which is not comfortable for bathing. Customer service is good and staff are friendly and attentive. Did not try the food nor the facilities as I had a short overnight stay there.

Staff was very welcoming. The hotel was right in the city centre, hence, easy to travel around. Only disappointment was the breakfast - think it could have been much better but overall it was a very comfortable stay.

quite old hotel, but very neat and clean, plenty (empty?) parking spots. rooms are very clean and everything in working order. but it's just a little bit..... old basic amenities is provided. service is superb, warm and very helpful staffs are always ready for support. breakfast is okay with quite choices from nasi lemak to traditional snacks. for transit and business trips, this might be a smart choice.

Had a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay with my family! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—special mention to Ms. Faizah at the front desk who made us feel very welcome. Housekeeping and restaurant services were top-notch, everything was clean and well taken care of. The pools were amazing, especially for kids—they loved the water slide, and the jacuzzi was perfect for the adults to relax. The location is super convenient, close to everything we needed. Parking was also hassle-free and free for guests, which was a big plus. Highly recommend this hotel for families. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Sizable hotel in Seremban that is past its glory days. Rooms are relatively spacious and have all the basic amenities, but miss more modern adaptations. We removed some bugs from our bathroom several times. Otherwise it's clean, just dated. There is a reasonably decked out breakfast buffet, with Western and Asian choices. But again relatively basic. Service overall is friendly. When looking at the price / quality, this is quite an ok choice. As long as you have the right expectations, this hotel is a fine choice

The rooms could do with a 4 star if the mattress hadn't passed its expiration date! We had back and shoulder aches unfortunately. There could be better maintenance for some aged parts. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath and shower area. This hotel has lovely structure, grandeur, marble floors and walls which is very cooling and beautiful. The hotel must have been so grand at one era. The parking is a convenient and nice one. We had a decent but short stay,it will be nice to better utilize the extra space for guests facilities and give the hotel some life.

I had quite an adventure in a spacious room that, while a bit dated in style, offered some fantastic highlights! The coziness of the space was undeniable, even though the carpet could use a little TLC. I had a bit of fun improvising a way to keep the water in the bathtub since the stopper wasn’t working, but at least the water heater was blazing hot—perfect for a relaxing soak!The bed had its quirks; you could definitely feel the springs, which added a bit of character to the experience. But let me tell you, the view from the window was absolutely stunning, and everything worked perfectly there! They provided a great selection of tea and coffee, just enough to get my day started right.Now, let’s talk about the pool—it was a total highlight! The children’s pool had warm water, making it a great spot to splash around, and there was even a fun kids' corner for some extra entertainment! I can definitely see myself returning the next time I'm in the Seremban area; it’s super convenient for my travels.Breakfast? It was decent and quick, perfect for those on the go. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I can’t wait for my next visit!
