Royale Chulan Seremban

I checked in here with my husband on Friday and checked out on Sunday. Overall, I was really satisfied with their service. There was no deposit required during check-in, which was a plus. Finding our room was easy, and the deluxe double room was very spacious. All the facilities mentioned during booking were provided and worked well. The shower and toilet were clean. Extra pillows and slippers were available in the wardrobe, and there was also a safety box to keep valuable items. The swimming pool is accessible from 4.30 pm to 6.45 pm, and Muslims can swim as long as proper attire is worn. The staff were very kind and helpful in guiding us. Breakfast was served at Level L — for me, it was okay, nothing special. The only downside was the mattress. It was quite hard, and both my husband and I ended up with backaches and didn’t sleep very well. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, I’d rate this place 4 out of 5 stars

Stay 1 night at this hotel for work. Overall, this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. Placed in the middle of town, easy to find. I have no time to use the facilities provided because I stay for work, but I can say the facilities are good. The foods are delicious and yummy. A lot of choices to choose from. The room is cozy and clean. The staff are polite and friendly. Just a little off because the ballroom is next to another ballroom and it is not sound proof. So it is quite noisy when the next ballroom is occupied with other people with loud sound.

I had a weird experience at the breakfast restaurant. I arrived late that morning and was trying to quickly get the necessary food before the counter closed. An Indian gentleman, who appeared to be supervising the area, tapped me on the shoulder to remind me that the food had to be consumed within the restaurant. I think he made a strong assumption that I intended to take the food away, which was not the case. He then informed an Indian female staff member, who intermittently monitored me throughout my meal. This created an unpleasant atmosphere, and I felt rushed to finish. As soon as I mentioned that I was done, she immediately cleared the remaining cakes and roti prata from the table. I can only hope that these items were not intended to be reused the next day. I believe hotel customers should feel warmly cared for, rather than closely monitored. I hope the Management will look into this matter to ensure a more comfortable and respectful dining experience for future guests.

Had plan last minute trip to Seremban to attend friends wedding so we just book for one night to stay. But we were so happy with the services that we thought to extend the stay. Good things we had other plan incoming hahaha. Although check-in took one hour of queues, luckily they provided best services during our stay. We did conversed with a staff and he said the attraction is the pool landscape which is i do agree :). Can bring my family again here if need to visit seremban

Stayed here for one night and the room was super spacious, with a really big bathroom. The room is a bit old, but still unbelievable for the price. You can ask for drinking water anytime, which is nice. Staff were really friendly too. The swimming pool was my favourite part, great vibes and surrounded by nature. The room definitely matches the Royal Chulan name, really comfy and classy. I’ll definitely come back again in the future. No comment on breakfast since my booking didn’t include it.

We stayed 2 nights at Royal Chulan, Seremban. It was generally a pleasant stay. On arrival, we were met by polite staff at the main door who helped with our luggages.Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread at the coffee house was adequate. I like it that they have included Malaysian food like nasi lemak, thosai and lontong. The staff was quick in clearing used plates etc. If we're ever back in Seremban, will consider staying in Royal Chulan again. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Royal Chulan Seremban – Wonderful Stay!Had a really pleasant stay at Royal Chulan Seremban. The hotel is nice, clean, and very well-maintained. A special shout-out to the reception staff, Fariz, who was exceptionally friendly and always helpful throughout our stay, truly made us feel welcomed.We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and access to the Premier Lounge for hi-tea, which was such a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was good too, with plenty of choices to start the day right.Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd stay here. Spacious room. Customer service was polite and helpful. The staff did their best to accommodate my request for a room near the lift, which I appreciated. However, there was a minor leak in the bathroom—nothing too serious, but worth noting. Suggestions for improvement:-Ensure rooms are thoroughly checked to maintain good condition.-The breakfast offers a variety of options, but the taste could be improved.🙂Thanks! 😇🙂🙃
