Super delicious, and exactly what I wanted. Not too sweet. They had brown sugar milk tea which isn’t on the main menu. It’s my favorite. Thank you!

Food quality: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 4/5 First time trying RoyalTea out and got the Royal Bubble Tea. The staff was nice and the cafe was clean. I wish that there was a better indicator of which drink were dairy vs non-dairy and also what ingredients make up the drink. The menu board was pretty plain and if you wanted more detail, you have to ask for each drink. The boba was not great. Texture was fine, but it was bland and had no taste. Not sure if they forgot to soak the boba in sugar, but it was not flavorful at all. The tea itself was ok, not a very strong tea flavor. That might have just been an off day, but probably won’t be going back.

Google
Good quality and flavor for what they offer, but what they offer is less diverse and interesting than others on Mills in my opinion as someone who goes within .5 mi of Mills 5 days a week and likes boba. If this is your favorite boba place, I respect it, but only if you've tried Spring Tea and Moge Tee.

Google
A must go. I stop here every time I head to Orlando. The tea here is amazing! The royal fruit tea is my absolute favorite. The staff is super friendly. The store is beautiful and looks very clean. There is always a line, but the line moves very fast. The decor is very simple with clean lines. Parking is crazy, but worth the wait. They have w buzzer to let you know your order is ready.

Very good place, Issac is the best and always makes sure his costumers are taken care of and receiving a good product. 10/10 would recommend to boba lovers in the orlando area. You won’t be disappointed!!

Google
Very quaint, but busy location. I was welcomed and greeted with a friendly smile. The cashier was patient and helpful, being that it was my first time there. The tea was made quickly, and it was very tasty.

Google
Delicious tea. The boba, not so much. Mine was very hard and clumpy. The boba balls were all in big masses clumped together in piles in my drink. The few loose pieces were not smooth and round and constantly got stuck in my straw. I could not drink the boba. I had to stab the clumps with my straw and it eat them from there. I get boba pretty much every week from various places and have never had boba in this condition. The staff is great but it’s a little hard to hear them between the music and conversations. The music isn’t not loud but the deep sounds of the music bounce off the hard surfaces all over the restaurant. They may want to consider adding some soft cushioning on the walls or elsewhere. The atmosphere is chill, but the longer you stay, the more you realize how noisy it can be, making you cut your visit with friends short. Especially since you have to talk louder to hear them.

Google
came into the store today around 11:30 and the brown sugar tea w/boba is amazing !! the worker was kind and helped recommend an add on to make it even better. loveeee

Yelp
The tea was really good. The boba isn't super soft, but is sweet. The person at the register was super helpful in assisting me in making my decision and helping me customize my drink. It's a small place but very casual. I would be back.

Yelp
The quality of the teas, boba, and cheese mouse has significantly gone down. The flavor is completely lacking - the tea is watered down, the cheese mouse tasted weird, almost spoiling, and the quality of the boba is poor - it was hard. I'm just very disappointed. This was my go-to for tea. Service was person was nice. Ambiance is still pretty cool.

Yelp
On my second visit I give this place a 4, the first round was a 2 star at best. The first time I had the caffe latte with the whipped mousse. It was gross to say the least. I'm not a person who likes super sugary drinks (I usually get 50% sweetness when I order boba) I got regular sweetness this round and the drink didn't taste like there was any sugar at all. To make it worse, the mousse on top was salty and had a weird texture. Not sure why, but they also put matcha powder on top of the mousse, seems random to me and I'm someone who loves matcha lol. My friend got the royal three and was gracious enough to share the deliciousness with me. Loved that one a lot! There are better boba shops around Orlando including within walking distance so this one is a skip for me. The staff is friendly and the store is clean so that is a plus.

Yelp
I love this place. They are always consistent with the drinks. You can change the level of sweetness and ice. The menus will inform you on all the ingredients in each item so you will always know what it is in it. I will say they add something extra that I can't replicate so that's why I always go back because it's wonderful. My husband can't wait to go back for when they have the peppermint version of black milk tea. They are always friendly and helpful when you ask.

Christine P.

Yelp
As someone who doesn't care for teas but enjoys boba shops with friends, I'm glad they have the strawberry yogurt drink. It's so good and the crystal jelly is special to royal tea, I haven't seen anywhere else use this type that has a subtle saltiness to it. It's really good.

Yelp
No exaggeration when I say this is the worst tea spot in Orlando. I always get the same thing whenever I'm at tea shops: Jasmine tea, add milk, boba, and lychee jelly. However, when I came to order their Jasmine tea and I asked to add milk, they told me they couldn't. I asked "oh do you guys not carry milk tea". They said that they do however, it's "store policy" to only add milk to ONE specific tea and you cant add it to any other tea on their menu... I have never heard of a place telling you you can't add milk (something that they do carry and sell) to their drinks. I suggest management get rid of this silly rule. That'd be like going to Starbucks, asking to add milk to your coffee and them saying no. There's only one drink on their menu that you can add milk to. There were also more restrictions on modifications to your tea such as toppings, boba, lychee, etc. Because of all of the rules and restrictions and not simply being able to add milk to any of their tea or drink options (even thought they carry it), I suggest going to any of the other hundreds of way better tea spots in Orlando. Now onto the actual tea itself, I was disappointment that after all of their tea ordering rules I still ended up getting the Jasmine tea which was gross.. the Jasmine flavor was almost non existent and I'm not sure what sweetener they add to their drinks but it was really nasty and left a weird after taste.

Yelp
Ordered the Royal Milk Tea, absolutely delicious. It was sweet, creamy, and had a nutty taste as well, which I usually like in a classic milk tea. The place we decorated in a minimalist style, which fit the aesthetic. And of course, service was quick and the employees were considerate and nice.
google avatar

Bryce N.

Yelp
Came in to order a drink after eating dinner at a nearby restaurant. Ordered the royal three milk tea, and the drink came out very fast. The worker was helpful, and explained to me the different drink options. Overall, the drink was okay, but the main thing that disappointed me was that the tapioca pearls were very inconsistent in texture and mushy, which threw me off. If I were to comeback, I probably wouldn't order any toppings, and would try another tea option and ask to adjust the sweetness level, as this was way too sweet with no adjustments. The interior is nice, and could be a place to study for a bit.

Yelp
One of my favorite tea places in the Orlando area! The tea always tastes super fresh and they use wonderful ingredients and fresh fruit. While their menu is more limited than some boba tea places, I think that is for the best as every item is a great choice. Everything we have tried here has been delicious! My two favorites to get are the Matcha Latte and the Lemon Lime Tea. You can also adjust sweetness and choose the type of milk you would like. The tea comes out quickly and the employees have always been so friendly. There are a couple of seats inside the store, and it is a great place to sip on tea and hang out. The only food options available are two dessert options (crème brûlée). But if you are looking for a food or snack, hop over to King Bao that is right next door!

Yelp
I've been on a Boba kick recently so decided to pop in and try the royal fruit tea and caffe latte both with boba. The fruit tea came with fruits inside which was yummy! The coffee was delicious without being overpowering. The ladies that helped me was very attentive and helpful. Great customer service! The decor was very cute for a boba place and had many seats if you wanted to sit in and enjoy your drink. Overall, can't wait to come by and try new drinks.

Yelp
Royaltea has been one of my go to boba spots since they've opened. Their menu is definitely smaller compared to many other boba spots but I like that that their tea is fragrant and just has good flavor overall. Their boba however, is pretty bland and the texture isn't very consistent. At times it's either old or undercooked, where it's not chewy throughout and has a hard center. And the boba doesn't have any sort of flavor or sweetness, some boba shops sweeten their boba a bit so it doesn't taste as bland. Staff is kind, the inside is pretty small and industrial design inside, but parking is a pain since it's street parking only. But overall I still recommend royaltea, I usually go for the Royal Three or the Cheese Mousse Jasmine Green tea.
google avatar

Rebecca V.

Yelp
This is the best spot for boba tea in Orlando! I love their cheese mousse for a funky pop of flavor. The store is small, but gives clean and cutesy vibes. The staff is really friendly, quick, and accurate.

Yelp
I met up with a friend here to catch up and she said this is her favorite place and I get why! I ordered the lychee black tea with boba and it was no nonsense tea. I enjoyed it and their prices were reasonable. I appreciate that they had clear signs about the risk for towing around their store so we moved our car to one of the safe areas that they indicated.
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
I rarely get anything when I bring my son here. I saw they had the milk tea with taro and decided to try it. Was not really a fan. It's just milk tea with taro mixed into it in pieces. But otherwise we're usually happy campers here.
google avatar

Charis W.

Yelp
Based on the yelp pictures, Royaltea looked a little bit more legitimate than other tea, places in the Orlando area. However, we were pretty disappointed by the taste of the tea. The Royal bubble, tea, which is essentially a black milk, tea, is interestingly made with condensed milk like a Hong Kong style milk, tea. However, it still had a bit of a powdery taste to me. The boba itself was a bit on the mushy side. The lemon lime fruit tea was fine, a little bit overpriced at $6.50.
google avatar

Yelp
Walking into this place it's so cute! They have little bleacher looking things and tables on them to sit. Very unique and offers plenty of room to sit and enjoy your tea. Once ordered our drinks came fairly quickly. They do have a nice selection but they don't have any flavored poppers which I personally like. But I got the Jay and it was so good and very refreshing and flavorful. I would go back and try something new but I would try another place that has those flavor poppers.

Yelp
After finishing lunch at BB.Q Chicken, my friend suggested we walk to get bubble tea at this location down the street and around the corner. It's down one the streets off of Colonial and it's a small, intimate space where you can get your tea and go or sit and chill for a bit. This is the first shop I've been to where they make milk tea drinks with condensed milk instead of fresh milk, non-dairy creamer, or any non-dairy milk of your choice. The Royal 3 tea cannot be adjusted, but the regular Royal Milk tea can be adjusted for sweetness. My friend got the former and I got the latter with half sweetness and boba. Drinks were quick and only took a minute and a half. The staff were polite and worked quickly to get orders out to the window. My friend and I sat for a while and chatted with our drinks for a while. The tea had a great flavor not watered down by the add-ons or condensed milk and and the condensed milk added a creaminess to the drink. Pricing was on par with what I've paid for at other bubble tea shops. With regard to parking, street parking is your best bet, unless you're dining at a nearby establishment and can walk over quickly without getting towed. Do not park in Publix - they warn about towing people very clearly. I would come back here again.

Yelp
Always a wait for this awesome tea spot. They are a local favorite and a place we always make a pilgrimage to when in the area. Yelpers get a free topping when checking in when you arrive.
google avatar

Yelp
Royal tea cheese mousse is chef kiss! Your can never go wrong with getting any of the cheese mousse drinks. The fresh fruit drinks are also good if you're not in the mood for cheese mousse, I usually order the grapefruit or royal fruit tea. Dessert are really good there can't really go wrong with either choice. The service is always nice and polite, they'll help you make a good choice if you're feeling like you want a certain drink either sweet or not so sweet. You can sit and relax with friends, catch up and just chill. Music isn't too loud so you can hear each other, the store is designed so chic and modern.

Yelp
Boba is on the sweet side. Different flavors And great choices. Fast and friendly service. Cool place.

Yelp
Yummmyyyy!!! I love this spot. Service was great, quick and staff is friendly. Menu is simple and prices are fair. They offer tea, boba, and to my surprise coffee! I came in for a coffee after dinner (most matcha and tea spots on Mills do not have coffee, so that's what brought me here)... however, I ended up ordering the Moose Matcha with Boba. Lol. It was the best thing I've had in a while. Will definitely keep coming back! I'll try the coffee next time.
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
Cute store in a good location. Unfortunately the bubble tea itself was not that impressive. I got the Mousse Matcha but it didn't really taste much like anything. It barely had any matcha flavor at all and the boba were tough. Considering the price you'd think it would taste amazing, but it is a nice large size. Still, we had a pleasant experience and the staff were nice.
google avatar

Alicia J.

Yelp
I've heard great things about Royal Tea being a favorite for genuine boba tea, so I stopped by and got their recommended Royal Three with Boba. I was not disappointed! It was a classic tea, not too sweet, and really enjoyable. I would definitely come back, but wish they had better parking. Do not park in the lot adjacent to or behind their building because you will get towed! I was forewarned and parallel parked on the street.
google avatar

Jordan C.

Yelp
My wife and I popped into Royaltea for a quick drink before dinner. I had not yet been to this location. The interior is clean and bright and there is ample street parking on Mills or the street over. The evening we went it was super quick and we hung out and in the space a bit. I really enjoyed it and will be back to try more of the menu items. We were in a rush last visit and I didn't get to check out the full menu.
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
Got the royal fruit tea and the flavor was just perfect. I loved the mixture of the flavors and I love the jasmine tea base. The tea was amazing. One of the best fruit teas I've ever gotten.
google avatar

Madison L.

Yelp
I love Royal Tea! Previously, I had only been to the East End Market location, so it was nice to visit their larger store. It was really cute. I got the matcha mousse. The uji matcha was super flavorful. The mousse was light and sweet. The drink was expertly made and looked so pretty. Service was great too. I was really happy with my experience and would definitely come back.

Yelp
Are you lost in a sea of bubble-tea choices? Not sure which one of the dozens in the city to try? Look no further and be prepared to be treated like royal-tea (buh-dum-pssh). The space is small but trendy with a surprising amount of seating. Service is quick and friendly, parking is a bit of a challenge on mills (don't park in the back lot, you'll get towed) but I always seem to find street parking. The Royal 3 and mousse coffee are solid choices for the caffeine addicts like myself. I love that they don't charge extra for boba here. For the tea drinkers there's a ton here as well, but I'm forever drawn to that sweet brown nectar of the gods. My favorite part is that this place is walking distance to a ton of other food and bar options (when's the last time you could actually walk somewhere in Orlando amirite). Plan a stroll, sip some tea, be royal-tea ;)

Nana H.

Yelp
I gave 5 stars because the drink is good and the service is good too. Only the parking is hard for a tourist like me.
google avatar

Anna T.

Yelp
DIVINE. If you love fruit tea and other Asian inspired tea shops, this is the place for you. Phenomenal menu items, quick service and good pricing. Interior is tiny, but clean and nice atmosphere.

Yelp
I came here one day to get a little treat after a wonderful dinner with wonderful friends. I wanted one of the fancy teas with the bubbles in them that all the kids are drinking nowadays. So I checked out my list and discovered that this place was voted one of the best teahouses in all of Orlando. At least according to the fine readers of Orlando Weekly. So I stopped in, confusingly stared at the menu, and eventually asked the barista for some help and advise. I decided on the Peach Oolong, with the Cheese Mousse. I added another dose of sweetener, because I'm from The South. The peach tea part was very nice. Sweet, but not too sweet. The one part I was worried about was, I didn't know what the heck cheese mousse was. I was not disappointed. It's like a cream cheese whipped cream? But more solid. It was bizarre. Bizarrely delicious. If you're new and skeptical to all this stuff, just try it, trust me. I also got to sample the Traditional Royal Bubble Tea. It was fun. It was a sweet, milky tea. You'd like it. And the boba were nice. They were too chewy like some other ones I've had. Just a couple of chews and down they can go. But, there are way too many of them. There are dozens and dozens. Too many, it's overwhelming. If you don't want a million things to eat, I suggest asking them to go easy on the boba. Overall, this place was a super fast casual place to pop in, get your tea, and be on your way. An easy five stars, and this place has earned a customer for life.

Yelp
This place has the best Mousse/Cheese Foam for their Milk Teas! Definitely recommend the Mousse Milk Tea or the Mousse Coffee!
google avatar

Joy J.

Yelp
Royal Tea is located on mills by pho 88. They have the best tea drinks imo because they use brewed tea and not powder mix. They have a rewards app for every drink you purchase that you get rewarded after a few points. The fruit drinks with fresh fruits floating are so delicious and refreshing! The cream cheese topping milk teas are also delicious- Theres a trick to drinking cream cheese topping drinks .. do not drink with a straw! You sip your cup to experience the milk tea and cream cheese topping!
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Love popping into Royaltea for a quick treat or pick-me-up. The line can get pretty long on the weekends and in the evenings, but you can pre-order on UberEats for pickup. I have a few go-to drinks depending on what I'm in the mood for. If I want something fruity and refreshing, I go for the Royal Fruits Tea (non-dairy) which has a mix of all the fresh fruits in it. If I'm feeling something more creamy with a good caffeine punch, I'll opt for the Royaltea with cheese mousse (I know, sounds odd -- just try it!). I also like the Rose Pu'er with cheese mousse if you're into something a bit more floral forward. And if it's later at night and I want more of a dessert drink, I'll get the Strawberry Yogurt drink (caffeine free). The interior is clean and minimal and you can usually find street parking on Mills or on the the next street over. Pro tip: It's night next door to King Bao, which makes the perfect meal combo!

Yelp
Friendly customer service. Fresh refreshing teas of all flavors. Including boba teas.

Yelp
Not sure what happened to their tea quality. Milkteas taste bland. Their teas...taste like water. Used to be a top tier boba place and came here religiousl, not sure what happened

Karen L.

Yelp
This was a nice place to visit. The choices are overwhelming if you are not familiar with the different options . Service was very fast and they were very friendly.

Yelp
Obsessed! That is all I got to say. I can have a nice big cup of Royal Tea and as soon as it is finished, I think about my next visit. I don't know if discovering them is a blessing or not, but anytime I hit the area, I make sure to stop by. My S/O feels the same way and asks me what is in that tea. I don't know, maybe msg? I'm joking, no msg goes in tea. But, to make a point, I don't even like milk and tea, I have never drank it, but after I had it, I am hooked. Luckily, ROYALTEA is coming to Waterford Lakes soon, so I am saving some money for that event. Yes! Coming soon to Waterford Lakes!!!

Yelp
The amount of times i've come here despite living over 2 hours away is criminal. This is definitely some of the best boba i've had anywhere ever. Every single time their boba is delicious and everything is just right. The parking is a little sketchy sometimes but it's worth it. I always recommend anything with these cheese mousse as it's definitely the best i've found. The flavor and airiness is unmatched. I recommend the lychee black tea also! Last time I also got a matcha creme brûlée and it was delicious. I wish it was a little bigger but i'd still repurchase. One of the best matcha desserts i've had to date. Do yourself a favor and come here. Genuinely my favorite boba spot anywhere.
google avatar

Zachary P.

Yelp
Excellent tea/boba spot. I am a first time boba drinker and this was delicious! Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
google avatar

Casey B.

Yelp
This was my first time trying this place. When I ordered my tea, I guess I didn't order it correctly because mine didn't even have any boba in it. When I got my order it was just tea with foam. I was disappointed. I wish the person taking my order would've clarified with me if my tea was going to have boba or not because I didn't know how to order what I wanted.
google avatar

Emmeline W.

Yelp
I've been to the Fremont, CA location-- first time seeing its cross-country counterpart! Royaltea's a pretty solid chain, though I wouldn't be able to tell its branding apart from the multitude of modern, white/minimalistic, vaguely plant-themed boba shops. For COVID safety purposes, staff wear masks, tables are sanitized, and social distancing is enforced. Parking is a mission and a half (be prepared to stalk some residential parallel spots...). We stopped by on a Friday evening right before a huge rush-- our orders only took around 10 mins. Comfy + cute indoor seating, decent for a medium-sized group! ROYAL BUBBLE TEA (less ice, 50% sweet): Decently strong tea. No milk substitutes. Already pretty sweet at 50%, can't imagine how it tastes at default. The boba's still overcooked and bland-- way too chewy. Idk what it is about Florida boba, but nobody's really getting it quite right. I can appreciate a boba place that focuses on signature menu items instead of 100 million half-assed ones. IMO, the California one still comes out on top.
google avatar

Cesa B.

Yelp
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is the tea version of "Starbucks". You can definitely come chill and study while enjoying your tea. I wasn't sure what to order and they were very helpful in explaining the cheese foam. It has an interesting taste but not bad. The only thing is the Eagle's fan/staff member tried to sabotage me with a leaky cup! Just kidding! :-) My lid was janky but to no fault of the staff!
google avatar

Christine H.

Yelp
They get a 4.5 for tea and a -5 for parking especially if you're talking about the weekend. I don't know how people find a spot. There's only 3 or 4 shared among multiple businesses, and a couple of parallel spots out front many of which are a fight to get with King Bao or Tori Tori. I just make it a point to go during off peak hours. Best cheese foam in town and service is usually great plus their rewards program is nice.
google avatar

Anthony J.

Yelp
Every boba I've tried in Orlando has been sorely disappointing for the most part, so when I was recommended to try Royaltea, I was hesitant to say the least. However, I was wrong, and I verbally told my colleague, "wow, this is good." I ordered cheese mousse royal tea with bubbles (left and right) and a matcha latte with cheese mousse (center), and they were both excellent. They were perfect at 50% sugar and the flavor of the tea was prevalent for both drinks. Cheese foam can be hit or miss, but theirs had a great balance of sweet and salty. The bubbles were only decent, good consistency but lacked flavor imho. This is the only place I would return to! 4.5/5
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
So yea we drive like an hour for rt. Nothing really compares. Lines usually out the door, and pairs well with some king bao or tin and taco. Milk tea with cheese foam and boba--- keeping it simple.
google avatar

Bre F.

Yelp
One of my favorite bubble tea spots in Orlando. Their tea is authentic and the cream cheese topping is amazingggg! They don't have a "large" menu but they don't need one, everything they offer is good!
google avatar

Anh B.

Yelp
RoyalTea truly has the BEST seasonal boba drinks. I always wait year round for the pumpkin and peppermint mousse milk tea. Although I believe RoyalTeas boba drink portions can be a little much, when it comes to the seasonal drinks, it is never enough! It is just the perfect ratio of mousse to milk tea and the pumpkin milk tea tastes like a graham cracker on a chilly night. Truly a must try during the holiday season. Would highly recommend giving their seasonal drinks a shot :)

Yelp
Royal Tea was the last stop of our Orlando trip. I wanted some boba before we left and this place had good reviews so we wanted to check it out. We entered the and location is located in a pretty low key area and the parking is a little confusing but it was all good. I decided to order the royal bubble tea which is just the regular milk tea. It came with boba and it was $5 -- it was a good deal considering boba is very expensive nowadays. Despite the high amount of good reviews, the boba was mediocre -- the flavor of the pearls wasn't sweet at all and the milk tea was just whatever. I was expecting some high class boba but then I should be considerate that this is Orlando and there isn't much of a Korean presence. It was just your typical boba. They do give the boba in some fancy cup which I personally always thought was useless but I guess it's a good touch for all those Instagram photo-wanting folks. Overall -- I would give this place a 3.5 more than a 4 but I will be generous and give this place a 4. for
