Rooms are compact and good. The comforter which was provided on the day one was dirty (attached photo). The next day it was replaced but No towels and mats were placed. After asking it has been provided. Other than this The hotel location is good, their restaurant is good.

The rooms and service was top-notch. We were given the wrong room, but on letting them know, the staff worked quickly to get us to the right room. The food is also decent with variety of options in the buffet. The location is also very convenient. The only let down was the valet staff, you should definitely demand for the valet, as they may not offer to do it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royalton Hotel in Hyderabad for an extended period of 71 days, and overall, it was a memorable experience with plenty of positives and a few areas for improvement. First and foremost, the staff was exceptional—friendly, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. They made me feel at home, and their warm hospitality left a lasting impression. The food was excellent and consistently delicious, offering a wide range of choices that catered to various tastes. Dining at the hotel was definitely a highlight of my stay. The hotel’s location is a big plus, as it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and essential amenities. The facilities provided were also great, making it an ideal place for long stays. However, there are a few areas where improvement could take the experience to the next level. The bathrooms need urgent attention—several issues like malfunctioning showerheads, broken flooring, and poorly working refrigerators affected the overall convenience. A renovation or upgrade in this area would be much appreciated. Additionally, while most of the housekeeping staff did a fine job, some members could benefit from more training to proactively ensure thorough cleaning of all spaces, especially during long-term stays. I often found that some areas were missed or needed prompting for cleanup. One other issue was the noise from wedding events hosted at the hotel. While I understand this is part of the lively atmosphere, the music and celebrations often extended late into the night, occasionally disturbing sleep. Managing the noise levels or ensuring events conclude at a reasonable hour would enhance the experience for long-term guests. Overall, despite the minor setbacks, my stay at the Royalton Hotel was a positive one. If the areas of improvement—especially bathroom maintenance and proactive housekeeping—are addressed, it would be a near-perfect experience. Thank you for the hospitality, and I would gladly consider staying here again!

A very good and pleasant stay all because of one person Mr. Srinivas who helped us during our check in till we checked out. Although one of the person Mr. Ankit from the reception was very rude and indisciplined Mr. Srinivas walk through and sorted our issue, if not for Srinivas i was about to cancel my booking. Rooms were neat and clean breakfast and food was good. Overall 5 stars for Srinivas who takes guests as his top most priority. Other people like Ankith need to be trained.

Hotel was the best, services was the best. Rooms were clean and staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. Food was up to mark. Hygine was well mentioned. Will rate 5 star for the best experience. Rooms are big and well mentaines is properly done.

It’s better to stay in dharamshala than to spend hefty amount on this hotel as the services are below average. Every-time housekeeping would come and clean the room they take soiled towels with them which is a good practice but they should at least give the fresh ones in return. Wifi is just for the namesake and hot water in the washroom is available only if u are lucky.

Needs improvement in all areas. A dingy area difficult to access. Food is good for Non vegetarians, looks like. Restricted for a light breakfast only. Upkeep of rooms not good. The reception and check in process was ok. Room service needs improvement,

The experience at the Royalton was amazing, this was mainly due to the fantastic treatment received by Amit in reception. He was extremely friendly and super helpful. He helped us with travel arrangements and went to extra lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Amit for your wonderful treatment whilst we were staying at the Royalton Hotel!
