I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royalton Hotel in Hyderabad for an extended period of 71 days, and overall, it was a memorable experience with plenty of positives and a few areas for improvement.
First and foremost, the staff was exceptional—friendly, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. They made me feel at home, and their warm hospitality left a lasting impression. The food was excellent and consistently delicious, offering a wide range of choices that catered to various tastes. Dining at the hotel was definitely a highlight of my stay.
The hotel’s location is a big plus, as it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and essential amenities. The facilities provided were also great, making it an ideal place for long stays.
However, there are a few areas where improvement could take the experience to the next level. The bathrooms need urgent attention—several issues like malfunctioning showerheads, broken flooring, and poorly working refrigerators affected the overall convenience. A renovation or upgrade in this area would be much appreciated.
Additionally, while most of the housekeeping staff did a fine job, some members could benefit from more training to proactively ensure thorough cleaning of all spaces, especially during long-term stays. I often found that some areas were missed or needed prompting for cleanup.
One other issue was the noise from wedding events hosted at the hotel. While I understand this is part of the lively atmosphere, the music and celebrations often extended late into the night, occasionally disturbing sleep. Managing the noise levels or ensuring events conclude at a reasonable hour would enhance the experience for long-term guests.
Overall, despite the minor setbacks, my stay at the Royalton Hotel was a positive one. If the areas of improvement—especially bathroom maintenance and proactive housekeeping—are addressed, it would be a near-perfect experience. Thank you for the hospitality, and I would gladly consider staying here again!
