Royalton Hotel

Hotel is very Excellent. All the rooms originally avilable as per descriptions and photos. Crew member and staff behaviour also very corporative. Food is also very good. They are given us special discount and that is the very nice thing. My stay is very comfortable. Special thanks to staff member mr. AtsihKuamr for provide me guidence and I feel it like home.

This Hotel has always been great but this time it was made more special by your staff Mr Amit Saini, Special mention to him and his hospitality towards guest. Very polite and warm welcome was done by him. I would like to praise his work and also probably set his hospitality services as benchmark. Special thanks to Mr Amit Saini for making the stay comfortable.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was poor, and the staff kept asking for money for almost everything. They charged extra every time for cleaning, and even asked for payment for a towel stain at checkout. The bathroom was not in good condition. The food was extremely overpriced — they charged ₹390 for just one cup of tea, which is unreasonable. Overall, the staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and unpleasant. The only positive point is that the rooms were in good condition, but considering the service and extra charges, I would not recommend this place.

Very good service and clean room. It’s the 3rd time coming to this hotel . Situated at very sleek location with lots of shopping options and good food . Definitely recommend this hotel . From check in to room service all top notch.

I am very much upset with the security staff and the people working at reception. They don’t have the way to speak to there customers, it feels like I came to some road side hotel to stay. They speak to you in very local bad slang. IF I am able to communicate my message to higher level management , it’s my request to check your lower level staff carefully and change them from there job immediately or else be ready to get your hotel move from a 3 star reputation to some road side local hotel soon.
