Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

We stayed at the Royalton Punta Cana for two weeks at the end of June and had the most special time. We upgraded to diamond club which included butler service on a different side of the resort. If I could write this whole review on our butler I would! His name was Romeo and we couldn’t thank him enough for everything he did. Every evening he would book us a restaurant. He made sure my birthday was so special with a cake and room decorations. He also arranged our transportation to the souvenir shop whenever we needed. Always replied to messages fast and would greet us with smile and hugs! He was absolutely amazing and really made our holiday. Thank you Romeo!! All inclusive buffet had a variety of options everyday and the staff in there were amazing. Only down side would be the house keeping, where the ladies were very kind but our room would regularly be cleaned at 6/7 pm which is a little late!! Overall great holiday amazing hotel and great staff.

Writing this review before leaving the hotel! Spent just a week here and wish we were staying longer! Firstly, our Butler Johnny went above and beyond during our visit making sure we have everything we needed! Including booking us into restaurants. Very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure I had the best birthday celebration 🎉 Thank you Johnny! The location of this hotel is superb you have everything you need in one location! Lovely beach and pool area, we upgraded to the diamond club and it did not disappoint! The room was clean, and cleaned daily no complaints here at all! Pool service to on the beach service was great too! Yes tipping is a culture here but the service you receive makes it worth it! If you’re a Brit bring dollars for the tips. We can’t wait to return!

Checking into our room was an easy process. Once we got into our room we had to ask for soap and our amenities we were supposed to have from the start. When we check in we asked for an upgrade to a swim out room and they said they would have to check for availability the next morning…… the next morning they said they had a room for us and to pack our room up. We were out of a room for 3 hours and checked into our new room and the tried down grading our room and putting us on the 3rd floor with no swim out pool. Now we have been in the lobby for 45 minutes trying to get back to the original room we had. The guy at the desk is basically telling us it’s our fault. My wife is a travel agent and will not be recommending this place.

We stayed at Royalton Punta Cana for 5 nights in the diamond club. The best service we received was from our butler, Antonio. He provided a warm welcome and was attentive during the duration of our stay. He booked reservations at every restaurant we wanted to experience as well as a hydrotherapy session. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by Antonio. We were expecting a better experience with the food as this is the second Royalton location we have visited. Not a lot to do at this resort compared to others. The staff at some restaurants and bars were not hospitable.

Dinner reservations are impossible to make unless your in Diamond club. The app does not work. Luckily customer service was nice and help me book reservations. We did not get to eat in the steak house. Several guests had to eat in the buffet every night. For the price the restaurant should be open every day and the app should be easy to use. The Scores bar needs help bad. Sometimes only 1 to 2 servers. They were over worked. The air did not work in Scores and they were always out of something. The buffet food was not good. Everything was over cooked with no flavor. For this to be a Marriott property its lacking. There needs to be a clear designated area for smokers. People were smoking in every open space around children. It was stink! My family had a good time, but this hotel needs some serious revamping in the way they do things.

Right size resort for our group of 20, age range 15-55. Plenty of room to enjoy the pools together or spend time relaxing by the beach. Plenty of fitness activities available. White party is really fun! A lot of food options. Great service. Clean. The Diamond Club is worth it! I was in a swim-out room with 2 friends and our stay was especially memorable due to our butler, Cristian. We were there seven days and he was always available to help us with general questions, dinner reservations, transportation, and even checked in on us throughout the day. He went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. If you’re thinking of booking here, do it! And ask for Cristian because he’s the best!

We stayed in this hotel and booked a diamond room. The staff at the diamond club area were very nice and attentive. The staff that picked our luggage was so friendly and nice. Our Butler, Nelson, was fantastic. He made sure we always had what we needed and made the reservations for the restaurants we wanted to try. He always kept in communication with us and checked on us everyday to make sure that we always had what we needed. The day that we checked out, he arranged for staff to be at our door on time to pick up our luggage. We received a fantastic service from him and were very satisfied with him. Overall, the grounds were very nice. Everything looked beautiful and clean.

I went with family and friends to get married at this resort. Luis was our wedding coordinator and he was absolutely AMAZING! He attended to all of our needs and questions. He made our day go so smoothly. We are truly so thankful for him and his team! If you want to get married down at the Royalton, you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back to visit and see our friend Luis! :)
