Really love all the fish selections. Wish they had even more. The butterfish is my favorite. They have a sampler plate which is the way to go if you're not sure. The surf and turf was excellent and the price was good as compared to other high end restaurants. The desserts were on point. Probably the best chocolate souffle I've had. Drinks were really well done and service was top notch. Definitely would come back again.

It was a few years since I was last here. I was really impressed in my most recent visit at how superb and thoughtful the service was here extended to myself and my party. Kenny took care of us and really went the extra mile to make our party feel valued and to remember the moment. It was my friend's birthday, and that only did to bring out an extra dessert with a candle, he also took a group picture and had it printed and framed for my friend. Hopefully you get Kenny! If you do please take care of him. The food was also amazing! I highly recommend a short ribs as well as the butterfish. Great dishes you can go wrong with. The chocolate souffle is also a must have if you love chocolate! It takes about 20 minutes to prepare so make sure to tell them ahead of time. This is also a very romantic place in case you'd like to come with a date. :-)

Went to Roy's for a birthday lunch. Appetizers: Quesadilla for the kids with two carrot and two celery slivers, two spicy tuna bruschetta, one halved chicken egg roll, two tuna roll slices. Quesadilla was Ok. Seems like just cheddar was used. The other appetizers were just OK as well. Salad was served next and was OK. Some of the greens were rotting. Entrees were roasted chicken breast and Seared Ahi Tuna for the adult and chicken fingers for the kids. Chicken breast pieces were dry. The tuna and chicken fingers were OK. At least the chicken fingers were real chicken. Dessert was a creme brulee like coffee dessert. That was super tasty. Can taste the coffee in it. The kid had berries for dessert. The berries were not fresh. They were turning. All were sour so the kids did not like them. Place was OK. Staff was excellent. Food was decent. Great adult dessert of creme brulee like coffee dessert. Dainty sized food portions so may need to grab a bit more lunch afterwards.

This was my first time here and our server was great and the food was amazing. We did have to wait a little while despite having reservations but aside from that it was a good experience. We did end up having a show with our meal as police were called to arrest an intoxicated woman. The staff kept the whole thing quite and had we been sitting elsewhere we may not have noticed. Would go back for sure.

We went to Roy's tonight because we knew it would be a great meal. Every time I go it's great food and wonderful service. Tonight I had the California Sushi Roll, and the tiger prawns and everything was excellent.the Roy's Mai Tai.

Amazing food and the service was excellent. The butterfish just melts in your mouth, New York steak was cooked perfectly, and the blackened ahi served rare. Delicious! High recommend this restaurant

We have wanted to try Roy's for a long time. Finally got the chance. Overall the food and the service was really good. My only complaint is that it felt expensive for what we got. That said, all the food was delicious, especially their signature dish, the butterfish. We left very full.

I gotta say that we were all so impressed with the service and food! We really appreciate the attention to customer service that all the staff had. We got a Groupon and celebrated our little brother's graduation. They worked with us, especially our server!! They even gave our little brother a complimentary graduation dessert. We all agree that the next time we visit California, this is a definite place that we plan to visit again! Thanks for the great time!
