Santorini Is One of the Most-visited Islands in the World — With Instagram-worthy Views, Romantic Villages, and Relaxed Tavernas
"In Vourvoulos, away from the celebrated caldera, you’ll find Roza’s. Seasonality reigns supreme at this downhome dining spot owned and run by a Georgian cook and her Greek husband. Rice-stuffed vine leaves with smoked eel and lime foam count among the delectable offerings, while there are plenty of vegan options." - Travel + Leisure Editors
Roza’s is a must-visit in Santorini! We went on a weekday for a quiet and peaceful lunch. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food and service were fantastic. Highly recommend the tomato balls!

We walked here from the Fira cable cars (eh around 30 min walk). We went in the evening. This is a must, imho, if you want to get out of the tourist area (can easily take a taxi for 20EU). Food was so good and local beer to top it off. Make sure to order the fresh pita bread too, yum.

Amazing little spot, as a tourist it was the perfect authentic Greek spot to have a nice quiet meal before peak dinner hours. Phenomenal food and drink, we were treated very well.

This restaurant is fantastic. The owner and our server were superb, very lovely and friendly people. We went 2 nights in a row (each time we had a reservation) and the dinner was incredible. The menu changes slightly daily so there’s always something new to try. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was phenomenal! Highly recommend this little hidden gem.

Absolute gem—the food was our best meal on Santorini, FRESH fish caught that morning, the service above and beyond, and the atmosphere so bright and homey. Loved the entire experience and cannot wait to come back!

We visited without a reservation and while I would have given 5 stars, the owner who is often praised in reviews seemed slightly irritated by our lack of a booking. Nonetheless it’s definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent and very well priced, especially compared to the many overpriced restaurants in Santorini.

First night in Santorini and we were recommended this place. It was a short walk from our hotel and we were able to make a reservation an hour before we came. We got really lucky. The place is small so make a res before you go! The food was sensational. The owner is funny and nice. Serving staff was excellent. I have nothing bad to say- AMAZING!
Edit: We are towards the end of our Greece trip and this is still our favorite meal. We are dreaming about the saganaki cheese! 🤤

Lovely small restaurant. Friendly owner. Plenty of vegetarian options. The quality of the food was outstanding- the best meal we had in Santorini by a long way! Everything was absolutely delicious. The artichoke and asparagus with Caper marmalade was the standout dish, and the fava dip. Would recommend booking in advance.
