Today was my first visit to your store. Regrettably, my experience at checkout was very disappointing. When the item scanned at a higher price than the one displayed on the shelf, the male cashier reacted in an accusatory and unprofessional manner, behaving as though I was deliberately trying to take advantage of the labeling error rather than acknowledging that the mistake was on the store’s part. No apology was offered, and I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong.
As a new customer, I found this interaction discourteous and unwelcoming. I hope this feedback reaches management so that staff can be reminded to handle pricing discrepancies with accountability and respect toward customers.
