The shop is nice, and I'm glad there are such options. However, another Zuri store with arrogant service. The shop assistants are so cold and helpless. We spend a good amount of time trying to decide on a backpack. The store empty, none care to ask if we needed help, and when asking for help, they seemed extremely annoyed... Then they might wonder why people prefer to buy online? because services like that are a minus.

The employees at this location were so kind and helpful. I came to look at the Omhu couch and they were informative and friendly even to my dog.

Simply the best, not only when it comes to the available products but also the staff; they are incredibly helpful and have a great sense of style. I often dislike shopping, but at this store it is so much easier than anywhere else as I get all the necessary help to choose the correct sizes and colours that fit me.

Don't use them for Nudie repairs. They don't actually always fix your clothes they may "accidentally" resize them so they no longer fit. Went back and asked for them to fix it, apparently a resize is a repair to them and so this is working as intended.

One of my favorite shops in Zürich. Beautiful things for sale. Ethical products. Staff didn't seem very welcoming though, were mostly having a laugh.
