Very few tourists everyday, we had the whole park for ourselves for one of the days. It was amazing. If you don’t like the crowds and want to enjoy a real wild experience definitely go to Ruaha. We came in a low-season (rainy-season), but also in high-seasons (dry-season) there are not so many tourists, but that didn’t matter because we saw lots of animals - lions, zebras, giraffes, hippos, monkeys and baboons, many other antelopes and even other animals that I didn’t know they even existed :). In the dry-season you can also spot the leopard or cheetah and the buffalo. We also had visitors at our accommodation. A hippo and some baboons visited us while we enjoyed them from our room while looking at the window. I can totally say that it was one of our greatest experiences. Even though it is a long drive from Iringa to the National Park gate, it is really worth it! I am grateful for this choice!
