Great fresh sushi find! Beautifully presented and very complex taste. The surf and turf roll was so good we had to order more after the mains. The crispy tartar roll was big and packed with distinct flavors!

Such a nice location to grab lunch. Excellent and polite staff. Modern but cozy ambient and interior. We had salmon and sushi (“Sushi 10” in the menu) to eat. Both was extraordinary. I would highly redommend to stop here if you’re in the city!

It seems like a typical local restaurant with an interesting mix of food, regional dishes, and sushi. I had the salmon main dish, which was very tasty, but for my taste, the fish and the potatoes were too salty. The lack of WiFi for guests is not convenient for foreign visitors.

We stopped in late one night in September 2025 just for a snack/light meal. Craving sushi and some reviews said their food quality is out of this world, they were not wrong. Wife and I just got two rolls, one simple and one was one if their higher end rolls, both were fantastic! Posh place, prices a bit high (as is all of Iceland) but the quality is top notch so you can feel better about your purchase. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a lovely meal here. Cod dish was out of this world. My friend’s lamb dish was also very good. The sushi pizza was excellent and sushi game here overall seemed excellent. Few small changes here and this place could be Michelin starred. I left one star off because Salmon dish was farm raised, no. Overall an excellent meal.

This is an old building- you can read it's history on the side and inside is a great sushi restaurant with fresh fish from Iceland. If you come for lunch there is a all you can eat menu for a great price. And kids prices too. For lunch it's a great value and delicious sushi rolls and makis. When the most popular pieces are eaten they get refilled very quickly. Worth the eat

What a great place in the middle of Akureyri. Excellent wine selection with some amazing dishes. All locally sourced, as it is in northern Iceland, the combination of flavours was spectacular. The service was excellent.
