What a gem of a hotel. My wife and I booked this place for a night in between travel days and wish we could stay longer! Specifically, the hotel bar is a vibe! Great music (house DJ), delicious drinks, and amazing service! Our waiters, Nelly and Moritz, were phenomenal. Very attentive and very friendly! Definitely recommend if staying in Zurich.

From the moment we walked in to the Ruby Mimi, we were welcomed by the friendliest staff members. Danill, Stella, Ross, Anina & Kristina were so professional, yet delightful. Nothing was a problem for them. They were all very obliging & accommodated our needs. Their service was truly impeccable. They gave us recommendations when we asked. We would certainly recommend this wonderful establishment to our family & friends. Thank you all so much for making our stay here a truly delightful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. LOCATION IS PERFECT!!!! A special mention to Chandan from the hotel staff — his professionalism, kindness, and attentive service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it made my experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-class hospitality and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We spent two nights here before flying out. It was a great way to end our Europe vacation. We got two drink vouchers for giving up room service. We thought this was a great deal. Our waitress was Stella and she was amazing! The bartender Noemi made amazing drinks! We absolutely loved the vibe and experience we had during our stay. If we find ourselves back in Zurich we will defiantly stay here again. Thanks for making our experience so great Stella and Noemi!!

The hotel is amazing, the breakfast is full of options and its in the best location of Zurich. The front desk was so nice and always with a smile in her face. The room is small but with everything you need for your staying. The cozy room has a view to the street and all the amenities that a person need to have a good shower and a nice night of sleep. The restaurant has a live music at night and the atmosphere is so cool here. I would definately stay here again if I come back to Zurich.

As a female solo traveller, I loved my stay and felt very safe during my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well located, close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a good amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
