Ruby Stella Hotel London

I had a perfect stay at Ruby Stella. From the moment I arrived, everything ran smoothly and exceeded expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special mention goes to Waly and Brenda, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back

I chose this hotel because I wanted a comfortable and non-corporate feeling hotel after a long flight, and so was first attracted to the unique look of the hotel. I'm really glad I did, it gave an interesting and comfortable oasis to come back to after travelling and busy days in London. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard outside for a morning coffee in the sun. But above everything else the service was outstanding. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, particularly Ruggero, Ben and Mo, who went out of their way to get me an early breakfast on my last day when I had to check out earlier than expected. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again :)

Great hotel to stay in in London. Centrally located, very modern and staff were fantastic. The cocktail bar is a great spot in its own right so to have it accessible 24/7 as a guest is brilliant. Had a small issue with a leak in the room that we felt could have been managed slightly better on checkout but management followed up soon after and sorted everything for us which is all we could ask for. Very professional all round.

I had a wonderful stay at Ruby Stella Hotel & Bar! The atmosphere was stylish and cozy, and the service was truly exceptional. I want to especially thank Olha, Mariia, and Giulia – they were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Can’t wait to come back!

I stopped by Ruby Stella Hotel & Bar for a coffee and later came back for a cocktail – both times were amazing! The place has a great vibe, stylish interior, and super friendly staff. Special thanks to Olha, Mariia, and Giulia for their warm and attentive service. They really made me feel welcome. We recently stayed at the Ruby Stella hotel, it was an amazing experience! The staff (specifically Brenda, Mattia, Maria and Waly) went out of their way to be helpful. The lobby/bar area was a very fun vibe, and the breakfast was delicious. It was very quiet in our room at night, so we slept well. Overall, it was a great experience!!

Great experience! Rooms were small but fully equipped, lots of plugs, excellent shower. Staff were very friendly, especially Brenda! Cocktail bar 24/7 is a great idea and breakfast was great, several options, fresh fruit and delicious pastry! Would totally recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel in London for two nights over Easter, and we had a lovely experience. The hotel has a stylish design with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, and quiet. Furthermore, the location was also ideal, with great access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return the next time we're in London.
