My family and I stayed in their Standard Rooms. Very clean hotel and rooms, comfy bed and fluffy pillows. AC in the rooms are strong, great for hot days. Good sized toilet and dependable heater for a hot shower. Staffs are very friendly, including the security guards. Location is a decent 5mins walk to Jonker, lovely walk back to hotel after a heavy meal :)

Check in & check out process is quick. room is clean & comfortable, separate toilet & bathing area. basic amenities all included in the room, including iron & board. but no clear instruction on how to use the safety box. parking at the yellow box outside the hotel, or there is a garden parking open from Friday evening to Monday midnight. walking distance to Jonker Street, historical tourist spot, restaurants nearby. Coway hot & cold water dispenser at resting area, free coffee & tea self making for u to relax & chill at resting & pool area. added value hotel gave 2 cards where one card has already in the room to switch on the air cond prior your arrival. swimming pool is a plus too to swim & chill in the evening after walking under the hot sun. recommended. will come back, please well keep the hotel.

Location is strategic. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The room is clean, cozy and has everything you need. Most importantly, the price is affordable for solo traveler like me. There is a swimming pool for guest to use, common facilities like water filter, hair dryer and plenty of comfy seating place outside.

the moment we enter the entrance its already fragrant smell, good impression. Public area is fine, the room is already chill when we stepped in, cleanliness the comfy bed all is good value just the parking location can be tricky if you come viait malacca during holidays.

Rooms: Overall clean and the shower was amazing but there were a few stains on the beds and the pillows were very tall and hard; uncomfortable to sleep on (I had to resort to using the towels the hotel gave as a pillow). There was also a lack of soundproofing (I was woken up quite a few times throughout the night) Service: Really sweet and nice staff! Location: Great for walking, less than a 10 minute walk to Jonker street and other major attractions

Very noisy due to thin wall of the room. Slow management. I need to wait 7 working days to my deposit refund. Common toilet very smelly. Received the explanation from hotel management, it seems like irrelevant . Many others complaint hard pillow and poor insulation from years back and I don’t see any improvement. What a joke !!

It's a hotel that has hostel. New, as they said. Furniture is also new over there, and each person gets a locker with a key. They provide a towel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, which I didn't find in other hostels there in Melaka. Cleanliness is at its top level, and the quality of the shampoo and soap is good. They also provide free coffee and tea, and there's a fridge you can use in the common area, no kitchen. There's a RM50 deposit which you get back immediately when you check out. For the things I don't like, there are hidden fees—I paid RM12 extra on top of the price shown on the websites, which is something I don't like. Second is the top dorm bed which I got first; it's uncomfortable as the space is like 70% for the lower bed and 30% for the top. I talked with them about it, and they were fine with changing it for me. I would come again. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the location is nice too.

Highly recommended for backpackers and budget travelers. You cannot measure the hostel by star, but I had 5 star experience overall. Staff Nurul was kind, friendly and helpful. I had very good first impression. Nurul showed me where to eat and how to go to jonker. Very clean sheets, blanket, towel and comfy pillow. Mattress is new and I had good sleep both nights. The lounge is cozy and modern. I enjoyed the warm water in the swimming pool. Very pleasant experience overall. Bathroom and shower is very good, good water pressure. I enjoyed working in the lounge area. Free tea coffee and clean drinking water. This place is near everything. Muslim friendly and family friendly. Mosque / Surau is 3 min walk ( Near TNB / TM ). Halal food is available nearby. I will stay again. Family friendly as well. Highly recommended
