Rudas Bistro

Food was fantastic and the staff are really friendly. We booked the Bistro as a package with the premium spa day and it was amazing value for money. Attached are the starters and deserts, the mains we forgot to photo as they looked so good so we just tucked into them.

We found the perfect spot for dining outdoors on an elevated terrace overlooking the Danube River and downtown Budapest! Other than at the top of Castle Hill, we had a hard time finding outdoor spaces for dining with a nice view of the river. The patio here was shaded and provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing lunch with a spectacular view. The food was delicious and the service was the best we've had in Budapest. Our server Nori was wonderful, friendly, efficient and spoke perfect English. The restaurant is on the second level of Rudas Baths, a three story historic spa with baths dating back to 1550. While some guests of the baths were dining at the restaurant, the restaurant is open to everyone and has a modern decor and even an elevator. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy dining outdoors in Budapest with a spectacular view. They also have indoor dining with windows overlooking the river. We would love to come back here sometime for dinner and see everything lit up on the river. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely everything is perfect and pleasant. The team is sensational. I came to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. The food is tasty, the drinks are great. Note 10 for everything! When I return to Budapest, I will return here at Bistro.

Every time I'm in Budapest I have to make a visit to the best Turkish baths in my opinion! I do the package that involves full service access to wellness baths and Turkish bath rooms and later after I have soaked to my content, I get to enjoy a scheduled all inclusive lunch. Heaven!

lovely food and service. we came after the spa which is equally lovely. we had burgers (which were great) and tried both desserts. service was very friendly and the restaurant itself was very nice.

Having a 3-course meal at the bistro, you will absolutely NOT go hungry, in Hungary. Also, friendly and attentive servers. 10/10 recommend Rudas thermal baths, and 10/10 recommend Rudas bistro.

While my wife was getting a massage I snuck up to the bistro from the baths. Great gin and tonics and an incredible view. Bit strange sitting here only in a bathing suit and towel but an excellent experience and great service.
