I have been getting my haircut at Rudy’s for over a decade and been seeing Juan Gabriel for 3 years now. His service is always professional and he accommodates my requests every single visit. No matter what style or suggestion I have, he goes above and beyond every time. I feel so good about myself after each haircut and know that I need anything, he comes through. I highly suggest Rudy’s on Pine Street and definitely support booking Juan Gabriel. His kind personality and expert professional skills are worth every visit. 5 stars!!!

The haircuts are fine haircuts. It is pretty consistent. I've not had a "bad" experience because of them. Most times they don't style or do a shampoo after the cut (which as far as I understand is included in the price) but I was just ok with ignoring that. The reason I am leaving this review is that the pricing is not consistent, and after getting charged $65 (not including tip!) this time around I am wildly disappointed. Your website says "starting from $42". I would thus expect it to be at least in that range, AND I'd like to know before when I'm going to be paying $20 extra dollars for the same haircut. I wasn't going to complain about the price difference in person anyways, but your person at the counter was on their phone the whole interaction and then walked off halfway through checking me out. I'd at least like a heads up. Regardless of it it's preferred by the business or stylists this way, it's unfair practice to leave customers guessing for how much they'll be charged if they select "any stylist" with no warning.

I have to say something. After years of coming here on and off—my satisfaction with their cuts has gone from adequate to feeling ripped off. Tonight I went in with my partner. My cut was under 20 mins and not a proper skin fade. Didn’t have time to do the “beard” despite only taking 15 minutes for the next cut. So rushed it coulda been a super cut. The prices aren’t rushed though. 100 bucks for half hours work. Plus tip mind you. the 26 dollars beard trim was slightly better. she took some time to line it up. this is almost every time I go. and i go because i usually schedule last minute and they always have walk i n slots available…imagine that. save your self the dough. they aren’t barber’s here. it’s an overpriced great clips. with more tattoos and not much more talent

I had James (Level 1) for my hair appointment and I couldn't be happier with my hair and the experience. He was so sweet, gentle and communicative. We had a great time shooting the shit and he made sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted. I left looking awesome and feeling so stoked to have found a new barber I want to see regularly. He really felt like a friend. So excited to go back. Book with James!

Calvin: "Looks good?" Me: "No dude, not satisfied" Calvin: "What! I have taken 30 mins to work on your hair. What else do you want?" I guess one could take as much time as one wants to do a bad job!! And this is such a bad job that I can't even get myself to post my picture as proof. Overall - If you want to shell $50+ for a bad haircut then this is your place! I have been to this place 4 times and have returned unhappy each time. This time around sealed the deal. Can't come here again. In fact I'm having to look for another hairdresser over the weekend. Based on my past experiences, this time I came prepared. I took time to show a photo of how I'd like my hair to be, and explained in detail what I'd like. Frankly, though, it was quite straightforward - keep overall haircut round. And the outcome could not have been far from it. Flat on the sides with minimal hair removed from the top. And then the whole ordeal about happened around lack of my satisfaction. It felt like I have done a blasphemy. In any case. Hope this post helps someone. One of the very few low ratings I have given.

Google
I love this place. For most of my life I kind of did not care about my hair and did the bare minimum. Its been really fun to try and branch out by asking the barbers questions. All the staff mambers have been very kind.

I drive an hour fighting traffic and parking just to see Eric, he’s that good. I’ve never had someone get my haircut right on the first try, but Eric did. After like the 4th visit I realized I never wrote a review. But he deserves this review. Thank you so much Eric!

For me personally, salons and haircuts can be intimidating- to know what style you want, or to know that you need to change something and need guidance on where to start. I came into Rudy’s during a vulnerable personal period, feeling like my hair texture had changed and no longer reflected me, and Michael Simons was genuinely a fairy godmother with scissors instead of a wand. He reassured me about the normalcy of texture adjustments over the life of hair and recommended types of shampoo/conditioner and hair oil to adjust my routine, while still keeping the maintenance low. He nailed the perfect layering that I didn’t even know I wanted- I literally came back to him from another state to get my hair cut again. Remembered me and made some expert adjustments and a second PERFECT haircut. Book with him, I can’t recommend him enough.

Yelp
Michael S. does an amazing job cutting hair! He has an amazing New York style and sensibility. Best haircut I've had since moving here from NYC. Definitely now a regular.

Jennifer A.

Yelp
Michael S does a great short haircut. I've been seeing him for more than 25 years! If you have baby fine hair full of cowlicks he will make your hair look good.

Yelp
Horrible service. They open at 9. I walked in. 2 guys stood there and looked at me. Can I get a haircut. Sure sign in and I'll get with you in a minute. So I do. The. The guy comes over to me and whispers. Do you have an appointment. But I didn't hear him. So I follow him to the counter. He gets even quieter. Like pulling teeth to get him to understand that I just walked in. Didn't you see me? He argued for like a minute with me. WTF. He says we don't have appointments available until after 10. WTF. I just walked in. Needless to say I drove all over town looking for a haircut. Only to find out great clips is two blocks away with no wait. So. 1) speak up. Nobody can hear you. 2) Offer some customer service! Gimme the pickle. Jeesh. You really could have had a new Rudy's customer. Fortunately I met this great barber Matthew at great clips. Love the guy. I'm going there now. So

Yelp
web site is hard to navigate, I have been coming to Rudy's for years. made what I thought was an appointment at 9am at the 15th ave location, but it's closed. A guy scheduled me at the pine location , I showed up early hoping to get in and was treated buy a very rude guy telling "we are closed" I asked about my appointment and he responded " closed go away" place has gone down hill under new ownership, I'll go some wear else to pay 60+ for a 15 minute short hair cut
google avatar

William B.

Yelp
Heads-up: don't book appointments in advance. Just do walk-in. They take your credit card number and charge you a big fee if you're more than five minutes late or if you have to miss the appointment.

Meredith B.

Yelp
Andreus was absolutely wonderful. I had 7 months of regrowth, and he helped me get back to blonde. He took into account previous semi-permanent color I had in my hair (bright red that had faded to a champagne blonde) and perfectly color matched to my newly bleached roots. I adore it. I recommend him for your hair dying/bleaching needs.

Yelp
Repeat customer.. when I come on time I have to wait 15 minutes or more. But one day I'm 6 minutes late and was denied a haircut because of a 5 min late policy. So don't be late!

RC C.

Yelp
made me look like ninja never going back to this shit again yall needa learn how to cut hair

Yelp
First cut at this salon a couple months ago was great, Andreas' cut was exactly what I wanted. I tried to schedule a return visit online a couple months later, but was reassigned a different stylist when I arrived, without my knowledge. I then had the desk reschedule for a couple days later with the same stylist, but when I got there, he wasn't there again. I've been going to Rudy's for a long time but they've lost a lot of their appeal recently. Looking for something new.

Yelp
Go somewhere else! This place is a nightmare. I had an almost identical experience to one posted below by Bethany H about absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I've gone to this Rudy's location on and off since 2014, and will never be returning. Never in my life have I been openly mocked by a receptionist when trying to get my hair cut. I selected the 'any stylus available' for a 5pm appointment and trusted the booking system would do its thing. Then, Andreus texted that he was running '5 minutes late' 30 minutes before my appointment. That's fine, but I have a meeting to get to so I can't go too much past that. I signed in on the tablet when I arrived at 4:55pm expecting to wait 10 mins. At 5:08, with another person waiting, and no stylist around, I go up to the counter to ask about my haircut. This is where things really go south. First, the receptionist says that my stylist is probably 'just in the bathroom' and about to come out. Nice try, that's clearly not the case. I explain to her that I could see ANY stylist and ask if the one who is sitting in his chair on his phone is available. Her response is she doesn't know and that he might be more expensive- fine, at this point I'd rather just pay more to get my hair cut and go. But she doesn't know if he's available and she just keeps saying 'nope, it's not that simple' and 'i don't even know who that is'. She tells me to go sit down and she'll be with me shortly. I return to the chair I was waiting in, it's now 5:10 when she comes up and explains that there is no stylist available, but 'Andreus is probably going to be back really soon, he's just on his break.' That's when I point out that if I was this late to my haircut I would be charged for it and unable to get my haircut. She repeats back that they would have to charge me for this haircut because I (the customer) was late. That's when I get upset- you're not going to say you're going to charge me for a haircut when your stylist is late. She then doubles down and says 'I don't know what time you got here, how do I know you weren't late'. ITS PRETTY EASY- I SIGNED IN ON THE TABLET AND I'M STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! She asks me to lower my voice. I admit I was highly annoyed because the prices at Rudy's have gone up a lot and being charged for this would hurt. She says that if I leave now, they would have to charge me. I reaffirm that I'm not going to pay for a haircut that I have not received and remind her that I was here early/on time for my appointment. I accidentally say a '5 minute haircut' instead of the original agreement that Andreus would be 5 minutes late and she digs in 'haircuts aren't 5 minutes, you said they're 5 minutes.' and continues arguing that I'm 'just wrong'. WHAT IS HAPPENING! I'm mad! This is just downright rude! I ask to speak with a manager. She'll go check but doesn't think a manager is there, but maybe I can go speak with someone 'upstairs'. At this point, Andreus has shown up at 5:12, and she motions that I can have my haircut now, ignoring that I have asked to speak with a manager. I try to explain the ridiculousness of this situation to Andreus and tell him why I am not going to be getting a haircut there today but still want to speak to a manager. At this point I don't even care that Andreus was late, just the way I was treated was horrendous!!! Andreus gives me a phone number and email, but meanwhile the receptionist starts singing '123 - 456 - 7890' in the background in a mocking sing-song voice. She later points to my shirt and says that she 'once gave my big burly friend a Northface Jacket'. Then she starts talking about how acoustics in this space have really good reverb and that I could 'bring my whole band in to play. I could record you!' What is going on? I don't want to be recorded, I just wanted a haircut. Not to be threatened with being charged for an appointment that the stylist was 15 minutes late to and then mocked! Receptionist was obviously lying and just saying anything. I'm still waiting for Cort to call back, but the number I was given was a google voice number and no way to know if it's actually her or not. This chain has just gone completely downhill. I miss the old days of Rudy's where there were great stylists who could give reasonable haircuts. Just AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Yelp
After having gone to Rudy's for years before COVID I went back this week. I honestly can say this was the worst haircut in my life. Like I would have been better anywhere else, and the person cutting my hair showed a total lack of understanding of how hair works. I asked for my long wavy hair to be cut to below my chin and tapered up. Somehow it got cut to my nose, and went up the most in the middle?? The person cutting my wavy hair never even wet it, and used an electric razor rather than scissors. When I got home I saw how uneven it was and still had long strands that weren't cut at all. After having a panic attack over how much hair I lost and how bad it looked, I called a different salon who did their best to fix it. The photo attached is what it looked like after Rudy's butchered it. Seriously avoid this place if you can.

Kristopher G.

Yelp
GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR SHORTER THEN YOU ASKED , a 1 star is too nice , I went to Rudy's for a haircut so I can look good for my birthday, my barber was Becky , I Specifically told where and gave her Examples of what I wanted yet she did what ever she wanted and cut it how she wanted , the vibe was awful felt like I was doing her a favor , do not GO with BECKY

Yelp
Andreus took care of me and reminded me that I'm Mia Farrow in Rosemary's Baby and I will do whatever I damn well please including cutting my hair short as fuck when no one asked me to

Beggs N.

Yelp
Got a decent cut here - basic (little off the top and sides) but good value and I liked the product they used to style at the end

Sean B.

Yelp
I've been getting serviced by Andreus for well over a year now and every time I leave happy with the excellent cuts he gives me. Usually my hair is difficult to deal with but he cuts in such a way that it's no problem at all! Would highly recommend and I'll be sure to come back

Yelp
Would give 0 stars if I could. My partner and I live in the neighborhood and he needed a really basic cut/fade. Rudy's was super close, had decent enough reviews and in business for awhile now. What could go wrong? (Writing this after having given them a second shot.) First cut: Stylist "Alexis S." nipped his neck twice and left him with an inconsistent uneven fade on both sides. We paid, still left a tip and decided that would be the last time. When you receive your receipt by email, you're prompted to leave feedback on your experience. Expecting an automated response if any response at all, I left a short and honest opinion about the first and would be last visit. Ended up receiving an email from shop manager "Cort" about 2 weeks later regarding the experience. Stating Rudy's "can do better," he informed us that if it any time (up to 7 days) you're unsatisfied with a cut, you can pop in to any shop and have a stylist fix it free of charge. However since he had replied to the feedback we left after the 7 days, he offered a complimentary cut card to be used at any Rudy's. I thought this was kinda cool and showed they might actually care about your business so we decided might as well give them a shot. Second cut: Today, 7/28/21 my partner booked another appointment at the same Location on Pine, this time with a "John S." To say the very least... this hair cut was actually much better than the first one he received from Alexis S. Not sure what's going on here. I just know we won't be going back. The picture here is from the most recent and absolute last visit. Speaks for itself and says volumes about this place's "stylists." (Went in with a full head of grown out ear/neck length hair both times. How does it even turn out this bad?)

Yelp
I've been a loyal customer of Rudy's Barbershop since 2017. Today, however, I've decided to finally vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere for the following infractions against decency and customer service: 1. The long-established rudeness of the staff finally reached a breaking point for me. It's a barber shop--not the Louvre. The arrogance and condescension at Rudy's coat the air like beard oil. 2. They always cut your hair as quickly as possible, like you're a package on a conveyor belt, sending you away with stray hairs covering your head and face. And no, they won't wash your hair. It's beneath them. 3. Because they always cut your hair as quickly (and forcefully) as possible, it usually grows out lopsided. (See the other reviews if you don't believe me.) 4. Their fluctuating prices have me showing up for a "Buzz Cut" for one $ amount from one "stylist" and another $ amount from someone else. That device in your hand? It's a pair of electric clippers. Yes, clippers. If my dog had opposable thumbs, he could use them as well as anyone at Rudy's. And there is no reason to charge me more depending on the person doing the clipping. (Do more tattoos on the stylist = a pricier haircut?) 5. Rudy's new policy of putting customer credit cards on file. The first time this happened, the receptionist on the phone waived the rule; the second time, the receptionist (a different person) advised that she did not have the proper authority to do so. You do not have the right to charge your customers for being late, as I noticed you did to someone in one of your many appalling reviews below. So that's it: six years of consistently underwhelming experiences. You'd think I was a masochist. Why did I put up with it for so long? Because it was cheap(ish). And it was conveniently located. But there are other barbershops dotted around Fremont and Ballard. I'll take my business there. (But first, I'll look them up on Yelp!) And save your "I'm sorry you had a negative experience" reply, store manager. I know you don't care. But we'll see how long you guys last with this blatantly anti-customer business model of yours.

Yelp
Don't get your haircut by Calvin Lewis at 614 Pine, Seattle! Calvin treats customers like an inconvenience. Calvin is super rude and demeaning. It's very uncomfortable.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Well the dog is friendly and earned an extra star. The grey haired man who cut my hair, cold, unfriendly and I suspect purposely over hard on the comb. You can hear a pin drop in that place, no one is conversing. Suggest a prozac dispenser installed. Haircut was okay. Expensive for what it is. Shampoo, hot towel, scalp massage? Lies. I received none of that. Going back to Sports Hair Salon, half the price, nicer people.

Wine G.

Yelp
(Capitol Hill/Pine street location) Hutch gave me a really great haircut. Nice personable guy with years of experience. highly recommend!

Yelp
I can't believe the terrible customer service I received from this place. I got a call 20 mins prior to my already scheduled haircut, to be asked if I can push my haircut back 45 mins and be done with a different stylist, so that 'the other stylist can get more experience'. When I politely declined and asked to stay with my appointment as I booked a stylist with a specific amount of experience, I was then told my stylist was double booked and if i could come another day. WOW, okay. The story vastly has now changed, funny how that happened so quickly. I then politely declined and informed the receptionist that I had arranged my entire evening to have my hair cut, so I would prefer to keep my appointment, and the receptionist then said to me, 'well I don't know what you want me to do, would you like to speak to the stylist?' I can't even make this up with the audacity, that I was expected to change my entire appointment around a poor booking system error to be THE ONE who was MADE to change MY appointment. No apologies. No concession. Just put up or shut up. Thankfully I cancelled my appointment and won't ever be booking here again. Terrible customer service and without clear explanation. For an establishment that REQUIRES a credit card pre-auth for an appt, to charge you as a customer if you cancel late, I think it's pretty ironic and hypocritical that I can be called less than 30 mins prior to my haircut and be forced to cancel it, without any restitution myself.

Yelp
Dom was my barber and man did he take care of me. I went in looking haggard , and this man instilled confidence in me I forgot I had. I can't recommend a barber anymore than I could Dom. The vibe was super chill, everybody was helpful and helped uplift my spirits. Thanks again Dom!

Yelp
There are many reasons to like Rudy's. There's the convenient locations, online booking, and their line of grooming products. The Capitol Hill location is within a short walking distance from my office. I can easily get a haircut during lunch or right after work. The online booking system is simple and I can easily cancel and reschedule appointments. Walk-ins are always welcome at this location, however I recommend calling ahead or making an appointment online just in case there's a long wait time. The list of services ranges from a simple buzz cut to coloring. A full line of grooming products are available for purchase. A staff member even helped me with recommendations based on my hair type and preferences. Their prices are reasonable and vary depending on the type of service. Finally, the staff are always friendly and efficient.

Sea G.

Yelp
my credit card was charged 21.00 without my permission. I didn't think companies still practiced this type of fraud but I guess Rudy's still. what ever you do, don't allow them to store your credit card information.

Yelp
Was looking for a last minute booking around town on a Saturday afternoon and luckily found a slot with Kyrsha. Came in, showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for and a let her know of some issues I was running into with my previous cut. Overall came out great and clean. Appreciated how she asked me for my thoughts during the cut and gave me options for adjustments to fit my preference. Mens mid skin fade w/ long textured top

Yelp
If anyone wants a crap haircut with beard trim for $72. No hair wash and done in 16mins. Terrible, joke, awful

Yelp
Andreas gave my husband an amazing haircut today. He was quick and precise. We'll be booking our appointments with him from now on!

Yelp
First let me start off by saying I rarely ever post reviews on here. I understand people mess up and I usually leave it at that. This was my first time at Rudy's, and I have heard great things about the place. I honestly was expecting it to be kind of hit or miss (which is what you get when you walk into barber shop settings), but this was a bit outrageous. Firstly, the barber cut my hair dry - I am a woman with long curly hair, and never once in my life have I had a dry haircut with my curly frizzy hair. So right off the bat I was not getting the full haircut experience with a proper washing with professional shampoos that leave your hair feeling revived. Then, the cut only lasted about 20 minutes...which I thought was odd. I went home and straightened my hair to see the work and my new healthy cut and was horrified by the choppy mediocre mess that was left in my hair. Not to mention one tiny chunk on the top of my head that is significant shorter than any of the other layers. Lastly, the cut was $45! At a barber shop. It should be $30-35 at most in my opinion. I did not receive the full experience nor even a GOOD haircut. **In all disclaimers, the woman was nice and lovely to talk to. But I won't be back unfortunately.

Jake K.

Yelp
Service was stellar, and I was pleased to get seen as a walk-in at the Columbia City location. My wife commented this was the best-looking cut I've had in a long time!

Dustin V.

Yelp
I had been pretty happy with many stylists at Rudy's over the years; however, the last 3 times were extremely disappointing. It was not the skills from these new stylists that I was frustrated with, it was their arrogance and impudence when I told them the cut given was not what I asked for. They immediately changed their attitude and blamed me for not giving them the right directions or showing the right pictures. (Had they spent more than 2 mins consulting and confirming, they would have understood what was asked, as it was done numerous times in the past with other stylists w/o any issues.) I was not one of those difficult, entitled, and cheap clients, I only politely expressed my disappointment, and still tipped over 20% for their time; yet they responded with such rudeness and hostility.

Jeff C.

Yelp
If I could, I would give the Rudy's on Pine street zero stars. it is that bad, the absolute worst experience. I've literally never written a yelp review but feel compelled to do so because the place is that bad. My son got his hair cut there and specifically said where he wanted the length cut at (he has long hair). The person completely ignored this and cut 6 inches more than the length he specified! I am not exaggerating this- the person was very rude as well. My son was devastated by his haircut. It is horrible. DO NOT go to this place. Seriously, do not go there.
google avatar

Jose A.

Yelp
Hundreds of haircuts here and made friends with some of the stylists over the last ten years. Crazy thing is all I get done is just a head shave. 10 minutes tops every time and 30 bucks for a simple thing because I like the interaction with another person and the barber experience. Show up once late since I had to walk. Got there at 11:50 for a 11:45 appointment abba the barber already made plans and I'm out of an appointment till later in the day. Still under 15 minutes if the saw me. Makes no logical sense and kinda bummed me out. Oh well :(

Yelp
I was able to get an appointment same day on a Thursday. Zaylee H was awesome. Haircut was quick and looks great. Will be back!

Paul S.

Yelp
I recently relocated to Tacoma and needed to find a new place to get a haircut. I was familiar with Rudy's and after reading some encouraging reviews, I gave them a shot. Selina was excellent. Very professional and personal. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Great haircut, great price, great experience. I'll be a regular, for sure. Thanks!

Yelp
I live out of state in Alaska and I fly to Seattle just to get my hair cut and colored by Jessie at Rudy's. She is incredible, she's so personable and her calm friendly demeanor always puts me at ease. Additionally, her professional knowledge and skill level are truly unparalleled. She had given me some of the best haircuts and color work I've ever received in my life, and I will continue to book appointments with her forever. She always has a way of taking my idea and making it better, and asking the right questions to make sure I'm satisfied with the outcome. Book an appointment with Jessie at Rudy's, you won't regret it! She is the best of the best.

Yelp
I've been coming to Juan Gabriel to cut my hair for years and I keep coming back because he does a great job and is fun to talk to. All the staff are great, the place is clean, online booking is easy. Highly recommend Juan Gabriel and this Rudy's location.

Lala L.

Yelp
Reception needs more training. Get your ish together. Stylist was changed without notification. It's happened twice now. Time to look for a new shop.

Rosa H.

Yelp
Just a quick update--I've been coming to this Rudy's consistently for 6 months now and I remain consistently impressed and satisfied by the service I receive. Andreus is the best of the best, the vibe is still awesome, and I recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Yelp
I went here when I decided to go back to a shaved head. I was a walk-in and they managed to squeeze me in. The barber was super nice (I forget his name.... Damnit!) I feel like he kept his supplies in an old tin lunchbox??? (That would be a strange detail to make up) We had a great conversation and this is coming from somebody who doesn't really enjoy talking loudly in loud places and then on top of clippers vibrating your skull. Cool ambience, chill staff. I'd definitely go back.

Yelp
John cut my hair today, and he did an awesome job! I brought in some reference photos for what I was looking for. He was able to create a version of the cut I showed him that was super flattering and well-adapted to my suuuper thick hair. He is dextrous, skillful, and equally comfortable with small talk and amiable quiet. I asked him how long he'd been cutting hair, and he has decades of experience! I am so happy with how my hair turned out. The music and ambiance are right up my alley too. There's a cool mural to look at while you're getting your hair did. Today they were playing 80s punk and alternative. Very old-school Capitol Hill!

Yelp
My barber was Alexis and she totally understood what I wanted to do with my hair which honestly never happens for me so it was wonderful!

Yelp
Love Going to Rudy's and seeing Alexis. They are such a great barber and colorist and have made magic with my hair so many times! Highly recommend going to Rudy's and seeing Alexis for all your hair dreams.

Yelp
THE WORST haircut of my life. If you need clean lines, do not go to Lisa. I just spent 6 months fixing the line on my undercut. She buzzed my side so carelessly. It looks fucking awful. Then she wouldn't own up to it. Never going back.

Yelp
Came in for a crew cut, showed Pam a photo, she took one look, and just nailed it. Great atmosphere, great haircut.

Yelp
I was excited to go back and get my first haircut after 14 months of cutting my own hair due to Covid. Imagine my disappointment when I was charged $50 (including a poorly considered 'Covid service fee') for someone to run clippers across my head for two minutes. This experience definitely didn't convince me of the value of getting a professional cut after doing it myself for over a year. I realize barber shops everywhere must be suffering, but calling out fees (when fees are proliferating for services everywhere now) didn't bring home a sense of value either. If I had known they were just going to run clippers without even shaving my neck or dusting the hair off of me afterwards, I would have gone to Supercuts instead.

Yelp
Been getting my hair cut here for years. Prices have gone up some but are still somehow cheaper than what I was paying for comparable service in Texas. There were some staffing changes during Covid -- my previous stylist left and I switched over to Juan Gabriel. He's since become a minor celebrity among my friends group as I've recommended him to several of them. I always come out of there looking clean no matter how scruffy I am going in.

Yelp
I love Rudy's. Everyone who works here is great. Gabriel gives me consistently cute haircuts. I just went in a day before having headshots taken, and my hair looks perfect. Also, he's a ray of sunshine. I always wish my appointments would last longer.

Yelp
Rachel is awesome! Every time I get a haircut by her I am super happy. One thing I like about her is the consistency, I'll never go to her worried about what I will get. She also is very knowledgeable and a great colorist! I'd definitely recommend her

Yelp
I was a few minutes late so that's my fault 2 minutes of which I was waiting outside. They came out an informed me that they are on lunch now and its too late. Turns out I have to pay $15 for anyway. Overall didn't feel well treated and I will never be back.
