PHOTOS FOR THIS PLACE ARE FAKE. Reviews are definitely bought or something the location is nice but that's all it has going for it. No hot water, front office service takes forever, stains on sheets, nasty bathrooms and showers, AC units are on their last legs and if you have a family with devices good luck there's only one outlet in the room. You definitely get what you pay for here just spend a little extra to not have to come here.

Traveled with family, had connecting rooms. View of the port from our window. Very safe area, right on the port. The hotel has disinfectant mats, and gel, but no one taking temperatures regularly at the door, just upon check-in. On our visit the elevator was not working.||Rooms were quite large and the bathroom had a door separating the toilet and shower from the sink. Had TV and air conditioning. Parking for maybe 8-10 cars at the most.||Restaurants and stores all within walking distance. Close to the Zocalo where there was nightly entertainment sponsored by the local government.

Upgrading to an ocean view room was a mistake. It faces the noisy malecon and the patio doors rattle in the strong wind storms. The beds were hard with lumpy pillows. Overall the room was dirty with a clogged shower. Only bath towels are provided. No hand towel or bath mat. I didn't like stepping from a flooded shower onto a dirty floor. Seven days was way too long to stay here.

Fabulous location, friendly front desk staff - however can't say the same of the porters and other male staff. We stayed in their basic room (680 pesos for 2) and at first blush didn't seem like a bad price - however - there were no hand towels, no bath mat, no faceclothes, no water in the room and no television remote. ( we had to go downstairs and ask). The pillows were the lumpiest pillows I have ever slept on. There was no hot water in the shower and there was mold growing everywhere in the shower. All in all not an experience I am going to repeat!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms were very average. Location was pretty good, close to Malecon, harbor, tourist shopping and Zocalo. You can walk to pretty much everything from the hotel. Price was affordable. We booked when we arrived as we didn't have a reservation. There seem to be better hotels in the are for more $ and worse hotels for less $. They did have a restaurant in lobby that we didn't try. Valet parking. WiFi was spotty (typical of most of Mexico). Overall Average.

The hotel in general is nice, with all the services, very well located and comfortable, the service seemed great to me, only the rooms were not comfortable, the beds a little hard, but the truth is that I would highly recommend this place, it is very central.

Super clean rooms, newly remodeled from the looks. Great place to stay and walk around to see the sights. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Close to the "Portales" and Plaza Zócalo, just a short walk for some great people watching! The malacon is also just out the door and you can walk the entire port if you wish.

Never, Never in your wildest dreams consider staying at this hotel. The air conditioning didn't work in our first room, the remote control for the tv exploded sending sparks and buring the electrical wires in the second room, and lastly the cold water stopped while in the midst of a shower leaving only scalding hot water. The staff could have cared less about repairing anything or addressing our concerns.|
