I never rate restaurants, but I draw the line when there's a health risk involved.
Ordered a soup with Tapia (Snapper). When eating the last pieces, a strong taste and smell of ammonia surfaced. I stopped eating, hoping that parts of different fishes was just added to the soup. My body told me a few hours later that this was not the case. And without going into details, I had a bad last night in Jayapura. And not looking forward to my flight.
Serving spoiled fish that shows so many signs of being off when raw, in texture, smell, erc., tells me that the restaurant doesn't have sufficient quality control or care enough.
