Saw many great reviews and I decided to try, it did not disappoint. Give it a try when you're in Solo. This restaurant has opened since 1969 and is one of the legendary eateries in the city. The menu varieties are great, big portions, simple presentation, and really tasty food. My dad even requested a takeaway portion to eat later at home. So satisfying. The staff is friendly, and the order came out quickly.

One of the legendary restaurants in Solo, they serve quite big variety of meals both local and Chinese/ oriental, also beverages. Super delicious, fast and efficient. We love the Fish sweet and sour and all of their drinks! Will come bacm try their legendary chicken!

One of the famous restaurants in Solo as it serves some of Solo’s iconic cuisines such as nasi liwet. The foods taste very good and definitely worth the price.

The food is top notch. 5 star for the food (fried chicken is good, jumbo size, the chilly is good, not too spicy, the kuah opor is so good sweet taste, the mango juice is also great taste) 1 star for the facilities, the mushola is not comfy (small space, no AC, the smell is not good, the sajadah and mukena feels like not washed) and also the mushola not soundproof (there is a corporate event in 2nd floor who use karaoke and disturb the customer) The area between the mushola and the toilet is often muddy, the ablution area is too open. prone to slipping The parking space is not spacious, I think in peak hour maybe customer might difficult in parking.

Adem Ayem is a must go-to restaurant in Solo town, they offer the best kind of Solo town specialty. They are pretty hectic during the day as everyone is trying to squeeze to eat. For vegetarian eaters, there are several options for you.

Standard food, not so delicious but decent The place is big and clean

Legendary! The crispy fried chicken was so nice, perfect pair with its sambal. It look simple, you might see similar dish anywhere in indonesia but this one is a bit exceptional. They use free range chicken but the meat is sweet and tender, braised and fried perfectly (dry crispy and not oily). The spices is not very complex, really reflecting the humbleness and simplicity of Solo. Reminds me that anything simple demands extra effort to deliver it perfectly. This place is a must when visiting solo.

Great service, we got seats allotted right away when we walked in. Ordered Ayam Goreng, Galantin Solo, Kurupuk and Lime tea All of the taste were good. Personally I didn’t like the Lime tea.
