Sitting at the road side with great tasting nasi campur. The belacan added a spicy kick to the dishes, curry chicken was tender and fragrant with plenty of gravy coating my rice. Sotong was abit over cooked.

Been here the past 10 years and standards still high. Managed to come before lunch crowd and got a seat at the air conditioned area. Come as a group to have variety. Lontong and so many dishes I don’t know the names were delightful.

One of my favourite Nasi Padang places. Never disappoints with the right touch of spices, flavours and range of dishes. Curry and chillies, must be enjoyed with Asia's staple of nicely cooked white rice. My recommendation is to enjoy each dish with the gravy on white rice, do not mix them all together. With your taste buds, enjoy the different flavours, spices, textures of each curry or chilli. Savour them separately, you will be amazed at the different flavours that can be enjoyed and enhanced with simple white rice.

It was the best food i had in Singapore. So many options of chicken and fish. Absolutely loved the food and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Haji lane.

Excellent indofood experience. Had the rendang daging (beef in creamy coconut sauce), sajur lodeh (vegetables) and terong. (Eggplant). The latter I made ‘belado’ myself by covering it in a tasty sambal. Brought me back to my youth in the Netherlands. Definitely recommended. I had lunch here at around 1400, plenty of tables available. Friendly semi-self service.

Do come early if you want to choose from the full spread. Be prepare to queue for at least 15 minutes during lunch break particularly on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday. It is within a 10-minute walk from Bugis MRT. Today I ordered a slice of beef rendang, a slice of thin eggplant / brinjal 🍆 and cassava leaves' curry (kari lemak daun singkong). Total $10.50 with a cup of warm teh tarik (pulled condensed milk tea). The restaurant also sells snacks, Malay traditional cakes and pastries, and bottles drinks such as Teh Botol Sosro. It is still good. Price is still quite reasonable. 18A has the air conditioning dining hall at level 2. While 18 is where the queue is when it comes to selecting food and serves as the non air-conditioning dining area. It also has outdoor seats. It is quite sunny as it shields diners partially. Staffs were busy but still managed to clear tables that customers forgot or did not aware of the self clearing requirement.

Had tried the one at Tampines Hub. This one is just as good except seats limited. Fortunately today’s a cool day with slight drizzle. Queue wasn’t that long as busy lunch hour is almost over. Though the serving of each item wasn’t too much, it was sufficient. The curry chicken drumstick was quite big. $8 for lunch is reasonable and filling. Definitely can give other nasi padang places around here a run for their money.

Recommended by a local, I came here with couple of friends für a lunch on a Saturday. The location is very nice, and you have a direct view on the mosque. Furthermore the food is also good, even though very spicy. Regarding the service, they could have been more responsive when we ordered at the counter, and my friend had to remind them two times that he asked for some water. All in all I would potentially recommend this place, but it’s not a must.
