Rumah Turi Boutique Resort

If there was 0star they would get it. This place is not a Boutique Resort. The owner lies about everything that he wrote in the description. It's a very old place in a poor neighborhood. Starting from the parking into the so cold hotel the floor is extremely sleeper because of moss. The rooms downstairs are extremely dark and smelly because of mold. There is window in the back toward a wall which looks moldy and green and so is the window. That is the view the owner is talking about. This downstair rooms they sell as deluxe rooms because of the terrasse which is a dark gangway and entrance of the rooms. Like a corridor but open towards an overgrown garden. The upstair rooms have windows that you can open. The view is towards the wall from downstairs, the water tank and the AC is also just in front of the window, to make sure you have a beautiful sound the whole night. In addition to the view in the description of the hotel. The walls in the room are mouldy and the paint is peeling off. The shower head is calcified and therefore only drops of water. The whole place feels like it needs a proper renovation and cleaning. I changed to an other hotel and asked for a refund. Which the owner didn't gave. So think twice. For as little as 200k more I'm now in a five star hotel with five star service including a huge breakfast buffet. The bathroom is big and the shower is working. There is even a dressing room. On the rooftop is a beautiful swimming pool where they serve free afternoon tea. And there is a spa and fitness room too.

I really love the ambience of this hotel so very much. A peaceful yet comfortable place in the center of Surakarta city, especially it's worth all the penny. Friendly host and service. Too easy to fallin' love this place, the greenies spoiled my eyes. The water heater and air conditioner works well. The room size is quite enough. The idea of eco green is nice to adapt. Water waste use for watering plant in there 🌿 Also it's near to Paragon and pharmacy, only needs 5 minutes from Rumah Turi... 👍🏼

The place is outstanding because it reduce the hot temperature of Solo as they got so many vegetation... I am always sweating bullet whenever visit Solo but it's not that much when I stay in Rumah Turi. The air is so fresh and will def calms your mind, esp when the rain came and puring the middle forest vegetation in there. The best part they provide 24hr front desk service, it helps you to handle any possibilities such early check in or late check out. I got 18+k rupiahs/night thru Agoda for staying 3 days in Rumah Turi and it is the best deal ever to stay when visiting Solo. The people there all so nice to talk and will give you some tourism spot also direction. Also the room is clean and smell well with their technique using charchoal to absorb humidity in room with aromatic oil so the room smell fresh and all clean, the air conditioner also well maintain bcs it's flow the right cool air as it should, remember that Rumah Turi start operating on 2008, i could say that the hospitality and the maintaining of this property really well handle. I'd love to stay in Rumah Turi again when i visit Solo

The place was nestled in a housing complex, you may not notice that this was a hotel at first glance. The location was superb, to the right you'll get access to the biggest mall in solo, to the left you'll find a local traditional eatery "wedangan pendopo". The place was beautifully design to blend with nature, all the greenery surrounding every room and every part of the hotel was very thoughtful. The down lights were designed to make you relaxed and not do any work. I was lucky enough to have the room near the fountain, the sound was so calming at night. The room was larger than most of the hotel In the Same price range. I have a problem with the AC, but the personnel responded swiftly and it was resolved in short time.

Location: Quiet area yet strategic. Short walking distance to Solo Paragon mall, the hip quarter of Bungur V n popular Nyah Lemu. Hotel&room: Lush courtyard with mini 'waterfall' n aesthetic bridge. Rustic, clean room with fridge n hot shower. Service: The staffs were all friendly n courteous.

Such a comfortable place to take a rest in the heart of Surakarta. When I came, no staff at the place. The room design is old style and it's very quite in the evening. The green concept also refreshes visitors. For those who want to stay away from the crowd, this hotel could be a good choice.

Stay here for 3 days 2 nights while in Solo. I came on thursday, i not see many guests here, its quiet, and greeny. On evening, they watering the plants until night, so it feels like rain outside.||The room is big, but when night comes you can find some mosquito. Sometimes you have trouble with the TV. The location near everything, you can walk to Pakuwon Mall. The staff nice.||When i checkout, i saw many guests, i think this hotel crowded when weekend.

Rumah Turi is my go-to hotels in Surakarta. Placed in a small alley, this cottage-like hotel holds a warm vibes and authentic experience. Definitely value for money!
