😊: Friendly staff and a handsome manager. The room has a great view facing the ocean and it’s not noisy at all. Breakfast was very generous — even though I arrived late, the manager still prepared a perfect omelet for me. The third floor is carpeted, and the room is very comfortable.. 😢: The attic doesn’t seem to be open, and the shower doesn’t have enough hot water..

Seeing the reviews I was a bit worried about this one but they were great! Communication was a bit sporadic prior to the stay, but once I called them and got their number, they were brilliant. They were super apologetic about any miscommunications, arranged us a bus pick up from the ferry port for our group (even though it's close by) and upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were lovely, rooms very clean. Overall a great stay in Stone Town. No vegan options at breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was excellent.The owners of this hotel are very good.They are hands on and very active and always ready to help.The rooms are clean and tidy and have a working air conditioning system.Therefore,i will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others
