Hotel offered exceptional views of the marina and also explore the forest. It's kitted out with various coffee machines in lobby and hallways, rooms are fairly basic but offer a great night's sleep. Meeting rooms are adequate for conferences, although do tend to get warm

Not stayed over, yet. Hence no review of rooms. Great place for meetings and workshops. Friendly staff and really good food and snacks. Location loses a star as it is not convenient to get to for a days meetings, but the location is still fantastic and lends itself for outdoor activities as well.

Up to last minute I enjoyed it. Great room. Super front desk, until a very uncomforting person, informed me that I had to be out of the room at 9 o’clock! I have never felt so bad about a hotel check out. The breakfast was closed and I could hardly take a shower. Fortunately I drove directly to Kokkedal Slot, where they gave me a room from 11:00AM, so I could rest and get everything in order. I have to give Rungstedgaard a no go in spite of the location, ambience and Michael and Kim?, both stellar hotel people. JP Bak

Very beautiful and scenic, just in front of beach. Good parting and electric charging option too. A big heavy on pocket

the grounds are absolutely stunning. The service was fantastic - very helpful on all fronts. I was here for 4 days of a fully-catered conference and the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING. The rooms were decent overall, however: 1) I found the mattress very soft and uncomfortable 2) the curtains did not reach the full height of the window, and thus the light in the summer made it hard to sleep. Otherwise very comfortable setting.

Amazing service and amenities in the hotel. Great location, good breakfast selection… all in all was a very nice stay and would recommend it.

We spent a couple of nights at this hotel, whose location is very convenient: opposite the beach and walking distance from the harbour.||The building is very nice and guests can benefit from facilities such as billiard room.|Much appreciated was the coffee, tea (high quality) and water station, as well as the kettle in the rooms.||We got 2 rooms on the first floor, facing the park. They both had a very nice, « green » view and were quiet and clean. |The rooms were not very large and they missed mostly a refrigerator, besides (less important) a safe and more hanging/storage place. |The bed was very comfortable and duvets very good too. |The bathrooms could benefit from a renovation but were functional.||One of the best aspects of the hotel is certainly the excellent breakfast, with lots of different options, salty and sweet, also gluten free. ||Bikes (with pedal brakes) are available for guests for free. Not very comfortable but ok to bike up to the Louisiana Museum.||All in all, a very good stay.

This hotel is just fabulous. I cannot say enough good things. From the location (easy to find), the beautiful grounds, the beach views (and great swimming), the bikes, the coffee, every little detail was perfect. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was the best I've had in my life. Just an incredible place to relax as a family for a few days.

Yelp
I stayed there on business for a week. Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are beatifically kept. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. From the front reception desk to the actual what they call Forest rooms it is about a block-long walk. Once I got to my room there were two what look like cots for beds. The mattress's were awful 2 inch thick slabs. One pillow & one throw pillow on each cot. the throw blankets were gross, to say the least. There was a tiny cell phone that wasn't connected to reach the front desk. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms so you have to open the sliding glass doors without screens - letting in all the bugs from outside. The bathrooms are open and only two towels & 2 small rolls of toilet tissue are given. No-wash cloths, soap bars, only a generic wall dispenser. The shower runs out of hot water fast. Overall cleanliness was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Trying to sleep on the slab was bad enough, but the house cleaning people didn't respect the hanging "Privacy" tags on the door, constantly walking in each day. I would have to say the best part of the stay was the coffee. I would NOT recommend.

Yelp
I'm on a 25 day trip in Denmark. I'm staying at the Rungstedgaard. This is an awesome place with all of the amenities you can imagine. Staff are very helpful. These pictures are from the hotel except for the beach picture. It is literally across the street. There is a public access path.

Yelp
Excellent hotel about 1/2 an hour north of Copenhagen. I cannot say enough nice things about this breakfast/brunch buffet. The selection at complimentary buffet was the largest and highest quality that we have experienced at any hotel. The fruit juices tasted fresh squeezed but there was also a juicer available if you preferred making your own. The coffee was excellent and served in stylish Stelton vacuum pitchers. There was a wide variety of food options and in spite of eating here three times I did not exhaust all the options. Hot options included crispy bacon and scrabbled eggs. There were also a wide variety of yogurts, cereals, breads and pastries. Altogether an excellent breakfast/brunch buffet at an excellent hotel/conference center.
