An amazing experience from start to finish. The online portal was easy to navigate and book an appointment. When I arrived the reception was friendly and the masseuse was on time. She communicated well and helped me navigate my first experience with an RMT. Insurance being direct billed was important for me and they were able to verify it before the start of my appointment. Great experience. Immediately booked another appointment the following week. Looking forward to bringing family and friends to this location!

My first time to Runway and I had a great experience. The desk staff were super friendly and my RMT (Brenda) was awesome. One of the best massages I have had for a while!

Their massage therapists are excellent. I've seen Lawrence and Vivian. Both were able to tell right away the exact muscles that were causing my back pain. Vivian was also able to discover issues in areas that I was not aware of. Looking forward to future sessions 🙂

I had a fantastic experience at Runway Health for my RMT massage! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic had clean, calming atmosphere.My massage therapist was professional, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. They focused on the areas I needed most and helped relieve a lot of my muscle tension. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ve had the experience of Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy at Runway Health and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. You can always book or cancel appointments online which is something i love. The receptionist Carmen is very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. That’s my favourite place for relaxation now.

I truly enjoy getting my chiropractic treatments here with Dr. Tharshni—I've noticed significant improvements in both my back and knee pain. The staff are all very friendly, and the physiotherapists were excellent. I also found the knee decompression treatment to be really beneficial.
